Pros. Best hotel I have stayed at in many years.
Pros. Without a doubt, the finest hotel experience I’ve ever had. Everything from the front door to the linens was near perfect.
Pros. The hotel is ideally located in that it is walking distance to the White House and the Washington Monument. The room was also nicely appointed and clean. The staff was very nice and responsive. Service was on par with a 5 star experience.
Cons. We booked the premier room through Kayak. The room we were give. Was TINY - e.g. distance between dresser and the bed was probably less than 2 feet. If I were a solo traveler, this would not have been a problem. However, with a toddler, this became an immediate safety concern. We upgraded to a deluxe room.
