Was as expected. Crowed planes. Too many carryons delaying takeoff. But the ride only took an hour and saved me a lot of time SFO is a not a great airport.

I used to fly SWA all the time. I know the crew has their little acts that are often fun, and entertaining. On this flight one of the crew was just not nice. Very surprising.
The plane arrived 25 minutes late, and the Wi-Fi was slower than it usually is.
Forget beverage, they didn't even have water for half the passangers?
Can not wait for seating change to reduce the amount of pre boards - it’s disheartening the abuse. And then then deplaning
If your boarding Military, it should be with ore board, and with my spouse, so rude and stupid to not let us board together and before a group. All the other airlines clearly understand Military courtesy, this is why I Rarely fly SWA and Always fly Alaska
I boarded last because of my boarding assignment and was given a middle seat at the back of the plane. I’m 6”1” so it was really tight. I wish I just had a seat assignment instead of a general boarding group. My bag was way at the front and my seat at the back. Was never offered a beverage and had no room to move.
Flight was ok. Boarding wasn’t fun. Flights were delayed by 12 minutes on each leg.
One of the flight attendant was very rude and not helpful. The others were good. Also seats were dirty with food bags left on the seats. Looks like the plane wasn’t clean before we boarded.
Couldn’t plug in the computer to the electrical plug underneath the seat. Should accommodate a computer power line.
I don't know what it is. But it seems that flights from Ontario to Seattle are always delayed. This one was delayed 3 hours. I guess I should just expect it from now on.
Excellent, as always. Just a bit of comparison from the same routes. United has free blankets. Horrible terminal. EWR JetBlue. Updated terminal. EWR. Screens for each seat. Self service pantry and a lavatory in the middle of the plane. Alaska. Always has new planes neon lighting. Mood music for boarding and deplaning. No screens. Outlets yes. Offers water latter part of the flight. Which is nice. Excellent flight attendants. Customer service on phone or gates are always extra polite and friendly.
Correction for previous notes…..poor first refreshment woman on this flight. Second person was great. Pleasant staff. Even got re-seated together.
The first flight attendant who served refreshments was not pleasant at all. No eye contact, no smile, I used my “please “ and “thank you “ and all but had pretzels thrown at me. Next one far surpassed pleasantries and more like Alaska Air! Good leg room, comfortable seats. Boarding was without flaws. I didn’t order food….
All was good. Flight from STS to Burbank was on a new plane; flight back was on a plane that was showing its age.
Quick, efficient, incredibly kind staff. It was a short flight (50 min)but still received beverage service. Treated my 5 year old like a star. Just endlessly appreciative.
You sold me a $230 seat upgrade. But it was exactly the same seat as the $89 upgrade. The bait and switch seems to have become common practice.
Lovely crew and organized. Flight landed early, even better. Seats could have been endowed with more like Room.
I actually received a notification from kayak on email but not one by text from Delta when my departure gait changed and I almost missed my flight

Delta flight was great from the check in all the way to arrival. However, I had a very bad experience. I requested a wheelchair and the wheelchair employee that went to pick me up from the plane in Boston to bring me to the baggage claims told me I have to pay him. I was under the impression that it was a free service and I usually give tips but the person forced me to pay and since I said no because I was upset with his demand when my daughter walked in to pick me up he demanded payment from my daughter who paid him thinking maybe now it is a charged service.
Horrible. Grateful to be alive but spent 13 hours at airport only to return back to my familys house and flight changed to next day. They tried to fix a part on plane, had no back up plane and after 10 hours , reattempted the flight and it STILL wasn't fixed. We got a meal voucher and rescheduled flight but there should be some other compensation for the 15 hours spent in airport
My seat was changed at the last minute and I was moved to the last row, right next to the bathroom despite selecting my seat well in advance. I was also made to check my carry on due to space but when I got on the plane there was significant empty overhead space. Picking up my carry on from the luggage carousel added time to my trip which had already been extended due to delay.
There was plenty of overhead room but half of the passengers were told they had to check their carryon bags. My partner and I checked in as early as possible and our seats were split across the aisle.
Flew first class so everything was great. But maybe because the flights were red eye, no meals were served, just chips. I flew Alaska Air 1st class at 9PM (2 hour flight) and they served beef short rib sliders!
There was a loud squeaky sound the whole time we were flying.
I didn’t not like that I could not select my seat and ended up with the worse seat.
The landing was bad and the hostess came two times and i was sleeping but when she served the person that nexts to me I woke up and she didn’t even asked me if I need any drink or snacks two times!!!!
Enjoyed every stage of travel and really loved the free WiFi on the international flight. I would only make one recommendation. There was a lot of young children under 2 on the flight. Loud crying screaming and just playing. Constant poopie diapers. These families were spread through out the plane. Some of the passengers with no patience actually yelled at these parents unfortunately. I would recommend keeping all the families with young children in the same part of the plane if possible that way the passengers that complain can be relocated. In this situation there was no part of the plane that didn't have a noisy child. Any ways I will be flying Hawaiian airlines again because the service was just that good!

The food wasn’t very good but everyone on the plane was great.
Friendly crew, flight left on time and arrived early. Had problems with using in flight entertainment on my iPhone, could not get it to work, with WiFi available. Liked being able to charge my phone. Overall a good experience!
The plane was nearly empty. My wife and I were seated behind a family with 3 sreaming kids. The parents refused to control their kids. When we tried to move to a quieter section of the near-empty plane, the flight attendant said please return to your seat. When we tried to explain, he stared at us coldly and simply repeated please return to your seat. When I asked if we could move after take-off he simply start and repeated please return to your seats. About as far from friendly and helpful as you can imagine.
Hawaiian Airlines is one of the best. The flight attendant are attentive to your needs courteous and very polite. The entertainment on the flight is also very good with numerous choices and TV movies. I would definitely recommend Hawaiian airlines.
It was a bit cold. The worst thing was the insecticide spraying which we were not notified about before the flight. There was no choice of complimentary food. I'm a vegetarian, and the food had meat. The seats were comfortable. The movie selection was nice. I'm glad I brought a headset, as none was offered. The flight times were very good.
Paid for extra leg room but seat was still uncomfortable! Not flying Hawaiian again.
Nice people, easy boarding, comfortable seats. But didn’t like being stuck in a seat that I paid for only to hear an ad read by flight attendant for the Hawaiian Airlines credit card. TWO different times. No desire to hear all that. Wish there had been a mute button. And flight attendant handing out applications at the exit was way too much, Otherwise all good!!!
The crews were very friendly and provided excellent service. They offered a breakfast sandwich on our early flight which was a welcome option.
Over 2 hour delay due to “weather” but all other flights were taking off with no issues. We felt lied to the entire time as well.
LA to Seattle was a smooth process. Seattle to LA was delayed more Than 6hrs
Spirit's seating does not work for an overnight flight and my back is killing me. This airline does not meet the minimum standards for being an airline.

This is the first and last times I take spirit. It’s really bare bones. That old saying that everything comes at a price, that’s really applicable here.
Flight was delayed 8 hours so far. Don’t expect to fly when choosing Spirit Airlines. I will happily pay more to never deal with this company again.
The first flight was delayed which would've caused me to miss the connecting flight. It wasn't the first delay of my overall trip with spirit airlines. They were both due to crew. I was offered a credit after I cancelled my newark flight, but honestly, I won't be flying with them ever again. It's absolutely ridiculous that a full refund isn't given considering it wasn't something mechanical or weather related. It's literally their own crew being late.
Purchasing tickets on their website is upsetting, they take the consumer for a ride...I wanted 2 tickets for me and my friend but we only had one carry on between the two of us. It was impossible to only pay for one - I had to pay for 2 carry ons and blew $50! Shame on their sleazy business practices! The seats in the airplane are shockingly uncomfortable! In the future I will only fly Spirit if I have no other reasonably priced choice. The flight and the crew were good. But still: Go Southwest Airlines!!!
Doubt that you care, the flight from OAK to Las Vegas took longer on the runway when we arrived. The flight attendants & pilot announced that they knew a lot of us were getting on a connection to Dallas & that it was waiting for us. Lied. Ended up having to take another layover & it’s added way more time to my flights. The ticketing staff at the gates were extremely rude. I don’t think I ever want to fly Spirit again.
Spirit airlines flight delays caused me to miss my connecting flight. I was rebooked in a different flight that routed through Texas. The flight from LAS to Houston was miserable, the person seated next to me was visibly intoxicated, and was served more alcohol in the plane. Upon arrival in Houston nothing was open, even TSA. I had to spend 6 hours just waiting in the airport. All in all, I arrived home a full 12 hours after my originally planned travel which out my family in a bad position. Do better!!!
