Underpricer was terrible. They wanted to charge me $150 for a seat asignment. Kayak is responsible for letting this happen. Please let me know if this is going to happen in the future. If it is i will not use kayak in the future.

Checking in was hard because we had to enter our middle name with our first name and wasn’t told to. The representative from underpricer investigated it and called me back. We were very appreciative for him.
One of the best economy flights I’ve ever taken .
Minimal legroom. Most passengers are respectful and don't recline. Outrageous long walk from Terminal One to Terminal Three.
Good, not excellent. We’re not informed about mattress pads in business class. My partner ordered food and didn’t get it
I said the boarding was just par with other airlines, but I can't think of a way to improve it.
The flight was canceled, and the airlines stated that they don't know when they can put me on another flight. I had to purchase another flight from a different airline. I am now having issues requesting a refund. What a nightmare experience, I will not refer anyone to this airline.
Enjoyed flying Japan Airlines! Staff were all nice & flight was comfortable.
It was a quick and comfortable flight. There was no entertainment or food so I gave them poor marks. I wasn’t really expecting either so wish there was a NA option. Great flight with more leg room than my longer, overseas seating!
Particularly meals were great. Service’s were excellent as usual. .
Great - This was the last flight before hurricane closures and did a quick turnaround to get the plane heading north. Much appreciated.
I liked the screens in the seat headrest with movies to watch. I didn’t like being forced to check my carryon bag and being told there wasn’t room for my bag - when there were 5 bins sitting empty on takeoff. I didn’t like the “I don’t give a fig” attitude of the flight attendants and the delta gate attendants when I asked why they decided to put me out. They gave me a 1800 number to call but I can’t get a live person on the phone. Customer service is non existent. My business must not be that important to them.
It was not in Delta's control, but when we landed, we ended up parking at the wrong gate, and so everyone was already ready to deplane and had their carryon bags, ready to leave. But we had to sit down and move to the proper gate. This process took over 30 minutes. Again, not Delta's fault - more so on the staff at JFK
It’s was good. There’s so much room for improvement though. Since the plane was small, there was no entertainment but for years now, the most jarring aspect of travel is the lack of tasty snacks.
Love delta but the delays and long waits for updates was just too much this time.
Flight for canceled. Horrible experience.. had to rent a car to drive myself up here.
If I can, I always fly Delta. I’ve found their service to always be reliable and pleasant.
Rated entertainment as Mediocre as there were major problems with the Infotainment system that took probably a half hour for them to fix.
Delta crushed it. Flight attendant in first was attentive and just never stopped. Honestly one of the best domestic flights I’ve been on.
The 1st class male crew member was very pleasant - the short female with round glasses , maybe in 50’s had no personality- never spoke when delivering my food, drink, & never smiled the whole trip! In fact looked annoyed when the boarding proses was happening- I would never hire this woman - unfriendly . Have never dealt with a crew member like her-
United Airlines changed my flight 5 hours before I arrived at the airport. This messed up my entire day that I arrived in Japan.
The flight attendant was very kind and offered my son a snack for free.
Crew went above and beyond. I was able to upgrade to United Polaris within 24 hours of my flight departure for 30,000 points. Was totally worth it.
Like all other airlines United makes you pay for everything. Like everyone, you have to pay for checking in a bag on top of your already expensive ticket. Hence no one does it and we all show up with our luggage at boarding which forces the company to push people to drop their luggage as there is no space. Well, that delays the boarding process a d generates frustrated passengers who lashes out on the poor crew. Please go back to the simple past: charge my original ticket 30 dollars more and make one bag check in included (even in basic economy). I won't even see the difference on price but will definitely notice the beauty of having the chance to ship my luggage !

Horrible , we missed our flight because they were way to busy for there airport to handle. We waited in line for the over three hours to be told there’s nothing they can do. Worst experience in any airport ever ,staff member from Lufthansa made it there job to be rude and unhelpful. I’m going to be calling to see if I can change flights because a 3 hour layover in a poorly ran airport isn’t enough.
My window shade didn’t work. So I missed coming into my city. ☹️
Flight was delayed in the gate by 5 hours and ultimately cancelled- rebooking service by United agents was terrible
Everything was pretty good except for food. They need to improve on it compared to other airlines.
Well....let's start from the point that I had to stay in airport for 12 hours instead of 2 that was scheduled. Poor company and even worst customer service. Never again....
Flights were great. Food was great. More information about the requirements for plane transfer in Canada would have been helpful. I almost missed it.
See review from the other leg San Antonio to Atlanta.. basically the same experience as the flight was operated by Delta.
Those flights were operated by Delta Airlines.. one of the reasons I booked them thru Expedia, even if the tickets are sold by WestJet. Service on board is good with Delta, but don't expect much snacks on inland flights in the US or to Canada. Their entertainment system was modernized, but not much new movies in the catalog.. Free Wi-Fi for Skymiles member aboard.

Your staff on the flight back to Calgary were very friendly and efficient .
The big lady was sitting right next to me and the button to recline my seat was blocked by her huge arm. No power outlet for chargers. No inflight Wi-Fi movies
Trip was uneventful which is good. Boarding took a long time due to many disabled/elderly requiring assistance which again is fine. Landing and take off were excellent. Food and entertainment were as expected, bring your own if you have preferences otherwise you get what you get.
The whole problem of being denied boarding on flight I had ticket for having to sit in airport for 5 hours and not offered drink or cup of soup at that hour which was dinner time and did not leave until 11 PM
Flight was delayed four hours! No on board entertainment fir a four flight. Minimal food
On time. Did not like that I was forced to check my carry on bag. When I got to my seat there was riom to store my bag.
Deparature was late, which is annoying but the arrival was fine and the baggage came early.
The flight attendants were talking the entire time on the back and I couldn’t even take a nap. Super annoying
WiFi was not working from pos to Mia…. As well as they rushed us to the gate as if the flight was already here and leaving shortly when the plane never even arrived and took off until the scheduled time so then why rush us to the gate and have us thinking we will miss our flight.
3 hour delay on run way, not even a drink offered, staff seemed rude and rushed, felt unwell so asked twice for paracetamol and was told to wait, never got it
Free WiFi and movies were not free - everything required signing up for future billing. Boston bound crew were very courteous and gracious.
Flight left more than 5 hours late. American's policy did not allow flight to be fueled or bags to be loaded due to intermittent lightning. We were on the plane for hours before having to deplane. They then changed the departure time to an earlier than expected time. We re-boarded and had to wait another 1.5 hours on the plane before it finally took off. Flight crew did not serve any food or drinks while airborne.

There was a serious delay of almost 2 hrs to departure.. it would have been to be told what caused the delay. Apart from the delay, boarding and the flight itself went smoothly.
entertainment choices, i.e. movie selection not very good. Also, I asked Iberia if an hour flight connection time in madrid was enough for a European flight and they said yes. It wasn't. We made our flight because our ongoing flight was delayed due to airport congestion.
Horrible airline! They always got something messed up with their planes. 3 hour delayed made us missed both out flights. Had to wake up early in the morning next morning to get another flight!
