Cons:
Showed up to get the car and the office was closed for the day. No indication on the reservation that they would be closed at the time we had reserved the car. No call to tell us. We had to drive a half hour to get another car at three times the rate. Overall a terrible experience.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

When making the reservation, it wasn't until after I received the confirmation email that it was stated that there was a fee after a certain amount of miles. This needs to be stated upfront.7.2 Good

Pros:
Ended up switching my reservation to Summit office. Staff at both offices were professional and pleasant. Will definitely continue to rent from them.Cons:
Office was very busy so they had to wash a car for me. While I waited. Car didn't end up being as clean as I would have liked...mostly the windshield. Considering they were able to switch my rental location at the last minute, I didn't want to make a fuss.10.0 Wonderful

Upgraded me to a more appropriate sized cargo van for same price. Van was nearly new and very comfortable. Picked me up and dropped me off.Cons:
Confusion about commercial plates on van and whether private car insurance and or credit card would cover an accident. Had to buy CDW.10.0 Wonderful
