Cons:poor customer service. crew made a mistake between upgraded and business class passenger and blamed one of the passengers. UIA has very poor customer service standards and rude, unprofessional flight attendants.

Cons:Airplane seemed outdated, with no individual televisions, and some strange movie selections, which I could not see over the seat/hair in front of me. The flight was very long, so individual entertainment would have made the time pass a little more quickly. The main meal entree was okay, but the bun and brownie was stale. The snack was inedible, despite being quite hungry (stale bun with very little chicken, no seasoning or lettuce or mayo, very dry). Did not see the crew very much after the initial meal was served, but that was okay as I did not require assistance.

Cons:There was a 1 hour delay in our flight and so we missed our connection to Amsterdam, then we had to wait in Kiev airport for 3 hours just to get a room in a hotel near the airport. Customer service is horrible, no one cares about you or for all that you are going through.
