New rooms but poor staff Get a room service is my first negative online booking experience. Next time I will not book anything through this service and I would recommend others to use better services like hotels.com or expedia.
reception staff was able to place our group in three adjacent rooms, per our request upon our arrival We didn't get enough bath towels at our first day of cleaning but more were provided after that, at our request.

Public and private spaces were clean, lovely to look at and recently decorated. 'Manager's Reception' was geared for 8 year old boys. Battered Macaroni & Cheese shapes, potato chips and recycled lettuce. Plus use of the soda machine. HOT what we had expected. Bar was under rehab. Should look really nice by next weekend.
Pure luxury, secluded location, cleanness, everything looks and feels new, the beds are amazing, top notch quality. The guy at the front desk seemed disturbed by our presence and was not pleasant. At 5am there was no staff to be found to check us out so we left just like that. Everything was great except the front desk staff, they weren't there to check us out.
The hotel's rooms were stylish and updated. The location was out in the middle of nowhere. It took the front desk staff fifteen minutes to check me in. No breakfast and the one I purchased was not good at all.

Location The coffee pot in the room did not have a carafe so had to get dressed, go downstairs and buy some. Shower curtain has some mold on it. Took a while to check in.
The hotel is clean, and clearly somewhat new. The staff said they couldn't change me to a King room citing Priceline policy, and the request goes through Priceline. I use NYOP often and know this isn't true. Was very put off by feeling 'mistreated.'
this is nothing i like for real The help knocked my door from 8am!!!!!!And it suppose to be dog friendly, but when I checked out they asked my dog to stay outside just because she was barking!!!!The staff is so mean and the service is so bad!!! Could not find a worse one in the world
Location was great for business The room was a little on the warn side.
Nice big, complete room. Friendly and helpful staff. Included amenities were nice. Clean hotel with lots of parking. Problem with the Hot Tub not working. We were really looking forward to relaxing in it after a day of long walking. Had to ask at the front desk and they had maintenance fix it. The tub broke again in 15 minutes, so we didn't bother asking to fix.
I was completely unprepared to check into a hotel that had not sign on the building, and the small print on the sign said 'Watch your step.' The floors had been stripped and the hotel is in the midst of a major reconstruction project. There are NO amenities outside of the room itself, which was perfectly average... no pool, breakfast, wifi, etc. Just the room, and the look and feel of a Scooby Doo episode.
