I loved everything, the warm welcome, the beautiful property and the extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Definitely the best of my stay in Greece. Nothing - just note to call ahead if you want a free transfer from the Port. We walked though, and its not a long walk.
Nicoletta was so welcoming and her breakfast was so terrific - so many home made dishes!
World class family run hotel. Customer service exceptional. Best hotel in Greek Isles.
Nicolette and her staff were amazing. Very hospitable and she went out of her way to make us welcome and to be helpful. We were given a choice of rooms, advice on the island and she phoned the airline to arrange for delivery of our baggage when Olympic air lost it. This is how hotels should be run. Nothing. It exceeded our expectations.
Our room was clean and very nice with a wonderful view of the Naxos sunset. Breakfast was great and the hotel's host was a true delight who made our stay memorable and enjoyable.
good staff, free transfers to/from the ferry, free use of computer walking back at night on the road
Grotta is a lovely hotel in a perfect location. The staff was helpful, kind, accommodating, and made me feel like family.
You will not regret staying at Agios Prokopios Hotel. I have never felt more welcomed at a hotel than here. Vaggelis & Effie are some of the nicest people we've met in Greece and really did absolutely everything to make sure we had a great time during our vacation. Our group (6 people) stayed 3 nights here, but really wanted to extend our stay.
good location, close to beach, friendly helpful staff, We really enjoyed this pretty little hotel. Should have been clear on washing machine situation. They have one for the hotel, but sounded like there was one in the room. Not a big problem though.
Owner was very welcoming and helpful. Nice atmosphere, relaxed. Close to beach.
really friendly and helpful staff, nice swimming pool, clean spacious room with balcony, close to the beach and a selection of tavernas, all in all good value for money, and a lovely family break.
Very nice staff, good location.
The proprietors/owners are very friendly, accommodating, speak good English, and are well organized. The room was comfortable, entirely adequate, but not luxury, and opened out both sides on to a lovely central area with clean pool, and charming courtyard garden on the other. We found the hotel quiet, a very short walk from the beach and restaurants. If you enjoy privacy, you may feel a bit 'over-looked' here. The buffet breakfast was OK, but lacked variety, and while you won't go hungry, it was not great quality - plus you may get bored of the same things every day. However, there are options in walking distance if you want to opt out.
The family running the hotel is exceptionally pleasent and accommodating. The rooms are well-priced, large, clean, and comfortable. I would stay here again without giving a second thought.
Vaggelis (the proprietor) took care of everything! Breakfast, car rental, laundry, internet access, great location.
Friendly staff and good location
The staff was very helpful, the hotel was beautiful, and the location near the beach was perfect.
The family athmosphere and friendliness of the owners, just fantastic, felt like home away from home.
A little bit too far from the beach and and port (20 mn by walk Leak of the toilet flush
Reception frequently not staffed.
nice, quiet place. no
The room was clean and nice. There was a fridge and a nice balcony. The hotel is close to the port and "chora".
it's view and the swimming pool the cabin of the bathroom was damaged and the whole room was a little narrow and small.
Pool area was great. Close to average beach. Staff pleasant and helpful. Location was a long walk from town. Extremely dated interiors for the cost per night paid less for 5 star hotel centrally located in Athens. Absoulutely not a 4+ star accomodation. Minimal services for expectations. Not quite like the web site..does look good from outside thought. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable.
Although the services and amenities were not exactly 4 star, I would certainly go back because the staff was very kind and accomodating. It was family-owned and each of them aimed to please. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, had a great view, and great location.
Friendly and receptive staff, in 3 star hotel, that is beach front, clean, and 1km away from the awesome village of Nausau. Large terrace with a pool that serves food and beverages overlooking the pretty bay. air conditioning in my unit was underpowered or needed servicing and it took at least 30 to 45 minutes to drop the room temperature down to 78. Note that temps on the island of Paros were high 90s and 90 percent humidity in August.
Very friendly staff, good location, nice rooms
Good access to the beach with sun lounges / umbrellas + pool. Friendly staff, nice clean rooms and good facilities. Breakfast was 10 EUR per person per day extra - but still optional. Hotel is a 10-15 minute walk out of the main part of town so not super-central. On the other hand it is a nice quiet location so it depends on what you are after.
Good location to travel around island. Scuter rental is within 7 min walking towards church. No English TV
Comfortable room with ocean view and private balcony, helpfull and friendly staff, great pool and bar. Location is away from the hustle of town yet is only a short walk from restaurants and shops and is only 100 yards from a shallow, sandy and warm beach. We have no hesitation recommending the Galaxy.
It is very close the Agios Georgios beach - which is a better place to hang out than the hotel. Not worth the price - it has the same comfort level as a cheap guesthouse. This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in years - it has the most penny pinching, nasty owner/manager I've ever met and rude staff. Our initial room smelled horribly smokey so we had to move to a cheaper room without the view -- but we didn't get the discounted rate. They threatened to kick out my pregnant wife if she didn't accept the new room. The breakfast buffet is the most diabolical I've ever come across. Very poor quality food and most of it has already run out. The manager hovers over the buffet giving you death stares if you take more than 2 mini croisants. The pool doesn't have enough sun lounges so they all gone very early.
Very stylish hotel with great location close to the beach. Lovely decor, very nice pool area and lay out. 10 minutes walk to town centre. One of the most modern and new hotels in the area. Staff very helpful.
Very efficient and kind staff. The room was comfortable and had a nice outside private terrace. Bathroom was very modern and stylish. A very good hotel, to be recommended.
pro: service attitude of staff, breakfast, rooms, location 1 min footwalk to excellent beach, 10 min to downtown, parking wifi only at pool and at reception area available
Everything was excellente, the location is near downtown and at the same time is locate in a quite place. Friendly staff.
dining room, near the beach room too small, bed too small, frugal breakfest ,not enough shampoo, balcony to small, insufficient lighting on the balcony
Loved the staff, very helpful. The breakfast every morning was wonderful!! No, very nice!!
A different style of hotel. Fun and funky with all your hotel needs under one roof. Great room and bar area.
The beach was very close, the view from our balcony overlooking the pool was just beautiful. Beds were comfortable, It was quite a lovely hotel to stay at. There should have been instructions on how to use the shower with multiple shower sprays. It was difficult to figure out the temperature and which one of the sprays (or all) you wanted. Other than that, the shower area was very large.
The people who run the hotel were fabulous and very welcoming, we felt like we were staying in their home! We booked one of the roof top rooms which has a huge terrace with views of St. George's Beach as well as the town of Naxos. The location to both the beach and the town were fantastic. The breakfast was great and very filling. The top 2 rooms are great because they are large and have a shared terrace with fantastic views however the other rooms in the hotel had tiny balconies that would be difficult to hold more than 2 people.
I have stayed in lots of hotels all my life, some were luxurous, some had great views, some had beautiful rooms but this hotel is one of the hotel I will never forget, rooms are beautiful and clean, 3 minutes to beach on foot, but the owners and the girl at the reception are the most amazing people I have ever met, very helpful and beautiful in personality. I want to recommend this hotel highly, dont hesitate just book there a room
Our stay at Kymata Hotel was lovely. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are clean and pretty with a balcony. We also had a good view. The bathrooms were also great. We found it rather hard to communicate with the owner of the hotel, but the daughter who did speak English was able to check us out. The service was friendly.
The Hotel was close to the beach and close to the town! Nice view on the ocean! Good breakfast and really nice staff! The hotel is in a typical greece style and we definetly would come back! All perfect The bed is bit hard but if you like that no problem!
This is a family run hotel, which created a very warm and friendly atmosphere. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. I am diabetic and needed some help one morning and they couldn't do enough for me and took great care. They even gave me a little parting gift from Naxos and took me to and from the port to the hotel. The hotel itself has recently been revenovated and decorated to the highest standard, with beautiful furnishings. The rooms are painted in pastel colours with fresh and silk flowers throughout. A truly beautiful hotel offering a marvellous experience.
This family owned hotel is charming. The stuffing is friendly. Hotel is very clean. I got a room with ocean view. The breakfast is very impressive. Owner's wife prepares the breakfast very morning. You always got something different every morning. one minute walk to the beach. Great value. This place feels like home. I like Naxos and I enjoyed my stay at Kymata. Highly recommended.
By far one of the best places I've ever stayed! The owners are the sweetest people on earth. When we arrived in the hotel we were met with a warm smile and a complimentary drink from super amazing staff! Location is perfect with a nice rooftop overlooking the beach. I'm definitely staying there again and highly highly highly recommend it for everyone! :)
excellent staff, art deco rooms design, very spacious rooms, provide towells for beach, 5min drive from Naxos best beach of Ag. Prokopios bigger TV screen in rooms, rooms wireless internet
My stay in this hotel was the perfect getaway. Beautifully located almost on the beach in a stunning seaside town approx 6km from Naxos. It took about 1 minute to get from my bed to the sun lounger on the beach! The staff were friendly and attentive especially Maria whose client care was superb. A real find for the next time I need to get away to re-charge and as a single traveller I felt very comfortable here. I stayed in September which was perfect but apparently it gets very busy in August and might lose some of its charm.
The room was great one of the most beautiful rooms I have ever been! The bed was easily the most comfortable as were the pillows. The bathroom was the best bathroom I have ever been and the a/c was so perfectly installed it was very nice to have during the night. The design of the room was very clever and all appliances installed were perfectly matched. Last but not least the staff was more than helpful, the woman at the cafeteria offered to even prepare something that was not on the menu! A wonderful experience!
The inclusive breakfast was amazing!
The hotel is very comfortable and very nice. The A/C rooms are large and the staff is very friendly. The environment is natural and beautiful (direct view on the sea). The location is very quiet, but you need a car if you want to go somewhere, because the hotel is far from the busy places (what in our view is an advantage). The hotel is not cheap but you get what you pay. We have only two comments : the double bed in our room was slightly too small for two tall persons (what we are). In this case, it is perhaps better to ask for twin beds. Secondly, the eggs at the breakfast were always omelet (more choice would be welcome) and the omelet was cooked on a too intense fire.
This is a beautiful, luxurous and perfect hotel. It is great value for money, situated on a picturisque beach, it is like a lovely oasis and makes for the perfect Greek Island experience.
The staff were excellent- very accommodating, friendly, and offered good advice on the best beaches in the area. The pool and the location were also gorgeous. A great place to go to get away from it all. There was also lots of variety at breakfast and at the bar! Two fairly minor points, but dinner in the restaurant was not quite up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel's facilities. We were also given a disabled-access room which was fine, but meant that the water from the shower saturated the entire bathroom floor every time it was used. These are not major criticisms though- overall we thought the hotel was great and would definitely come back again,
location idyllic and quiet, right on the sea. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel design. Wonderful pool. Excellent quality rooms.
THe hotel is brand new and neautiful. It is right on the beach. All the staff is really friendly and the rooms are really clean. No complains. Free internet! Reccomend it to everyone. No
Finikas is a friendly welcoming place. Nothing is ever a problem. We arrived earlier than the check in time and instead of being asked to come back later, they apologised that the room wasn't quite ready yet and then quickly finished it for us. We needed to leave early to catch the boat and it was not problem to arrange an earlier than usual breakfast. These people are forever busy, the rooms are cleaned daily, also the pool and all footpaths. It is a lovely place to stay. We definitely reccommend it. Probably the only down side is the location it's a bit out of the way and the immediate beach not so nice. But it is a lovely view and there are other great beaches not so far away. We had a car which made all the difference.
Not at all. Fabulous hotel and staff
We really enjoyed our stay at Finikas. Everything was perfect. The room was great, very clean and comfortable. The staff was fantastic.
Meeting Michalis was the first positive (I think he is the owner). He was incredibly nice and energetic. He'll most likely be the one picking you up at the port, giving you information regarding Naxos and marking the important places on a map of the island. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was superior... it had a shower with a glass door (if you've ever traveled through Greece, you know these are rare). Breakfast was worth the money. It included hard-boiled eggs, homemade jams, bread and pastries, coffee, variety of teas, yogurt, and corn flakes. Pharmacy and restaurants are a few feet away. Overall this hotel exceeded my expectations and it was one of the best hotels I stayed on during my trip. excellent value. I can't say anything negative about Adriani Hotel. Really a great experience.
clean rooms the road with traffic from the hotel to the center.
the hotel has been modernised, is very clean, pick-up and drop-off at the ferry port, hotelier was friendly and informative 5/10 minutes walk to the water front area
We were very well received with a wellcome drink and a botle of Naxo's wine in the room. They had a tranfer from the port so it was very easy to get there. The room was quiet and confortable, with a big balcony with castle view. 10 min walking from the city center.
The hotel proprietor and his wife could not have been nicer. It is a lovely, modern hotel. Not too far from the Old Town.I had a broken ankle while I was there and they helped organise my flight home and getting me on to the ferry. They deserve to have a flourishing business
We loved everything: staff, services, cleanliness and decor of room, comfort, value for money and the hotel's location in Naxos town. We did not expect the noisiness of the street outside the hotel. It was necessary to close the windows (which sealed well and had wonderful noise-reducing and blackout blinds) and to use the AC.
Staff very kind, great skill, very nice position, near to the city centre but no noisy. If you need a silent room, ask to the staff and you'll be satisfied. Transfer from and to the port. Great quality for the price
Excellent friendly staff, helpful . Very good location, easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants. The room was very clean and nice, furnished with new furniture with really big bathroom. Pick up service from the port and to the port. I would say its more likely 3 star hotel. Excellent quality for the price.
clean, friendly hotel; free transfer to and from ferry I would like better internet access
very helpful and very friendly staff, nice room and bath-room, sat-tv, quite central location, wonderful roof terrace the bed
Fantastic location. Beautiful views. Senia very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return
The hotel, the stuff, the sea view, the services, the owners were... amazing!! Best Regards to Theodosis and Lefteris.. Should we ever visit Paros we will definitely stay there and only there!!!
Every thing was ok [ only the beach was litele disapointhing]
Leaving. The hotel staff were unfriendly, unhelpful and even forgot to bring our breakfast and when they finally did bring it they didn't seem apologetic at all. Accommodation is basic and very cramped. The only good thing about this hotel is that it overlooks one of the simple beaches in the town. The hotel map directions aren't very clear and you have to walk up and down alot of stairs to get to the hotel. didn't like too much at all about the hotel. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
Hotel Senia was a gorgeous hotel. It looked as though it had recently been renovated to a very high standard. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great view from our room to the sea. It was lovely being brought breakfast to your room every day (although the breakfast choices were slightly limited) and then being able to eat it on the balcony. It was also a very good location for going out in the evening to the cute little Port. There were no transfers to and from the port for the hotel. We had to catch a taxi there and a bus back. All other hotels we stayed in offered a transfer to and from the port.
The family that runs the place is nice. They let us store our luggage in their living room, and even offered a room to take a shower if we went to the beach after we checked out. Air conditioner worked fine, hot water also working. It's 2 minutes away from Nauossa (walking), which is the most beautiful town I've ever seen (specially at night, everything is open late). Yes! I felt this hotel is not represented accurately on their description. We were disappointed. Cab was 17 euro each way from the port. Our room was very basic, internet was almost non-existen (too weak to work), no phone, no possibility of room service (even though there was a menu in the room) and no hair dryer. I had to call the reception from my cell phone, because it was a long way up the hill. The breakfast was very poor, just bread, coffee and orange juice. About the internet: there was some internet in my room, but it was very weak, I was told it was my computer, but in the lobby it worked fine. Not a good value for money.
the sea view
The Hotel was clean and good value with lots of room and panoramic views of the coastline
the place is the best in the island, close to the beach & city center. the hotel is beautiful
The setting is absolutely fantastic The bathroom was a bit basic but the rest was so nice that it did not really matter
The bed. poor breakfast, tiny rooms, bathroom two decades old, no satellite tv
Very nicely desing, attention to details but ends there. This is the only good thing about hotel. Hotel staff are very unfriendly.Swiming pool was extremley cold 17c !?Breakfast was very poor. This hotel is style over substance I will not recommend.
The service was very satisfactory. I had the opportunity to use the wi- fi internet with my laptop. The breakfast was delicious and home made. Very nice outdoor and swimming pool area with great taste where you can enjoy and really nice day of lounging and relaxation.
The pool and the outdoor area are an excellent venue for a day of lounging
A very nicely designed hotel, with helpful and likable staff. Exceptionally comfortable beds, and nice spacious room. Felt modern & contemporary, stylish/boutiquey, with an air of sophistication (but without pretence). We were relieved we chose it when we arrived. Buffet breakfast is average, but there was a good choice. Don't expect to be excited by it.
the breakfast. The room does not meet the expectations resulting from the high price. The room equipment and the furniture are very old. it is a very expensive hotel with small rooms and a tiny swimming pool. few rooms have a poor view to the local beach and the rest of them see nothing but neighboring walls.
Lovely small hotel. Beautifully designed rooms. Great seaview from the balcony. The dining area with comfortable sofas and a small pool is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
Atmoshere, hospitality, cleanliness Bathroom
The hotel had a great quiet location. Ten minute walk to town. Pool and grounds were great. Excellent value. Beds hard like most of the Greek hotels I have stayed at. I highly recommend this hotel. Best value by far of my six Greek hotels I stayed at. See above. Firmness of the beds. Front desk help could have been warmer.
quitness of this hotel, good staf and good breakfast. no
fantastic location disappointed with the standard of the room, expected better.
It's a nice hotel close (pretty much on) the beach and with a great pool area. Room was a nice size had a good view of the beach/water. Nice walking distance to Naxos Chora along the beach as well. If you really want a double (rather than a twin) you should phone them and specify - even if you put it on the booking.com request. There are some poorer rooms as wel, like above the kitchen so it pays to phone ahead.
