Our hosts spoke very good English and was most helpful in suggesting restaurants within the area. Breakfast was outstanding delivered to our door in a picnic basket with such a fabulous selection and beautifully presented with a rose on top from the garden.
Cons: We can’t fault our stay in any way! It was excellent.

Pros: It was a standard business trip motel. The staff were very friendly. The room austere but clean. As I checked in late after 11 pm and left before 6 am I could not review the restaurant. All in all not fancy but central, easily reachable and fitted its purpose.
Pros: Basic but definitely value for money. Great location near highway (noisy with open window because of it).I will return
Pros: Convenient from the station
Pros: Close to Schiphol airport
Cons: Cleanliness of the bathroom
Pros: The hotel is just fine. Knowing the reputation of a Campanile hotel and the low price, we didn't expect much. But it was just fine. Beds were fine, everything you need is in the room and we were there just for 1 night. Good hotel if you just need a place to sleep, close to Vathorst where we needed to be ;-).
Pros: nice staff, clean room, excellent shower

Pros: Staff was wonderful. Helping where they could and very friendly. Shower was good so.was the bed and rest of the facilities. Didnt have breakfast there.

Pros: Clean, Friendly staff, in hotel parking, 10 min walk to center.
Cons: Breakfast not included in room rate.
Pros: Great location. Spacious and clean room.
Pros: Hotel between station and centre, very quiet, big rooms, comfortable bed, tiny fridge, coffee maker and nice large working area. Everything in walking distance.wifi worked alright also tv multilingual programs.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit dissopointment for that money. And one shoespoon and shoe polish kit could be handy like in old good times....
Pros: The hotel is located right between the train station and the town center, 10 minutes walk from each side. Breakfast is very good and staff is very polite and kind.
Cons: A/C works but you can’t select a desired temperature. I chooses a room with double size bed but it had only two bed put together, so I guess they don’t have double beds like king/queen size.

Pros: Very friendly staff, good restaurant and sports facilities.
Pros: It was clean & tidy. Staff were nice. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: The AC mode was locked somehow, and only gives cool air. Wasn't really cold and I was tired, so didn't bother to ask. Bf was a little bit disappointed when he saw there's no mini fridge in the room to store his beer
Pros: We stayed for dinner and the staff were excellent.
Cons: A holding deposit was held on my bank card despite having checked out and paid for my stay, which meant it was temporarily blocked.
Pros: The entrance was ok and our first room was clean.
Cons: We had two separate beds put together. When we later on top the beds separated. They were on wheels! We complained at the reception and got another and bigger room. But that room didn’t look that clean. The next morning we found an earbud at the bottom of our bed! How did it get there after cleaning a bed? Well we probably slept under used sheets

Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Breakfast, and my comfortable (clean) room.
Cons: Bar staff could be faster, advice to put the drink menu on the table. Carpet in the hallway on the floors (except ground floor) is outdated, a pitty as the rest of the hotel is classy.
Pros: Room very comfortable
Cons: English television
Pros: Food exceptional staff great
Cons: No gym nearby
Pros: Staff service very nice, room very clean, breakfast as expected. We recommend and will definitely use again.
Cons: All night you could hear loud music with strong bass from one of the neighboring rooms. The music continued until 5am.
Pros: Every thing was very good and comfortable Breakfast very good Bed wide and comfortable

Pros: Staff are friendly, place is quiet and closed to nature. The food was great and the rokm are really nice and clean, nice shower and bath tub
Cons: Nothing at all
Pros: Set near a nice cycling route near a small hill (a rarity in Holland)
Cons: Very limited choice for breakfast, there were not even scrambled eggs. Tea is Lipton, so the cheapest choice. I could go on..... It claims to have a gym but it's not true! the gym is another company, and it is a personal training studio (very shabby and rundown, by the way) and the trainers can restrict access when they have private customers, so you may be denied access. The whole hotel is quite run down and shabby, curtains in the showers etc.
Pros: The fitness is hard to find and availability is limited, but when you know how to use a PT gym, it is worth to give it a go.
Cons: The location is not the best, it is in a quite remote location.
Pros: The Hotel was very clean, with a good breakfast, and friendly staff
Cons: It stated on the website that there was a gym, however when I went to use it. I was told it was for personal trainers only and could not be used in the evening.
Pros: Peacefull and relaxing , near to nature!
Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable and the restaurant staff were incredibly rude and somewhat racist.
Pros: The staff were extremely nice and friendly.
Cons: The bed matrasses were really really bad. And the extra bed was horrible. The food was not good at all.
Pros: Location and neatness

Pros: a really nice place to stay and have a drink as well. the staff is truly nice and always in for a good one!
Pros: Fantastic location, super cosy hotel and friendly staff
Pros: Room was clean and tidy. Had washing facilities, shower and TV. Location was very close to City Centre and my relatives. Bar was good and staff personable. Bed was reasonably comfortable and warm. Would stay again.
Cons: Toilet was outside the room. Stairs up to room (first floor) were very steep with only one handrail. There is no lift. There were no tea/coffee making facilities. I assume the idea is that you buy tea/coffee from the bar on the ground floor.
Pros: Great location. Great bar. Comfortable rooms.

Cons: Fitness offering is too small
Cons: Bath tub Was not clean (Walls around it or the toilet) There were peanuts under the bed in the room...
Pros: the room is very spacious and has a very comfortable bed. Also some chairs, but no AC.
Cons: The breakfast didn't have too may options, but it was OK. The toilet was smelly. like the smell of the sewer was returning from the pipes. Also there was no way to turn off the floor heating in the toilet, which made the toilet too hot if you forget the lights on.
Pros: The room size was nice, bed was comfortable. The temperature of the room was a little too cold for me, and they wanted to exchange the towels every day, what i dont want.
Cons: Temperature and that they wanted to exchange the towels every day.
Pros: It was a very quick stay but very enjoyable. Clean and spacious room.

Pros: Friendly flexible and clean
Pros: Excellent and generous breakfast, friendly and helpful hosts, very comfortable bed, clean. The shower was great and there was little noise audible from other guests. It is in a good location close to town with good bus links to the station and quiet because not on a main road. Very good value for money.
Pros: close to city
Cons: a later breakfast time. i understand there was a lot of people who were there for work. but as a holiday maker it would have been nice if it could have been extended to 10.
Pros: Room is really small but that was expected based on the photos here, breakfast was absolutely superb can strongly recommend to book it, location is fairly good since it's reachable by walk from the station and so many cafes are nearby
Cons: Could be better heater in the bath, felt really cold + I'd say sound isolation isn't on it's best, especially when you live near the exit door. The rest was great
Located in Leusden-Centrum, Van der Valk Hotel Leusden - Amersfoort is a 5-minute drive from Amersfoort Concentration Camp and 5 minutes from Hoge Klei Golfclub. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Guests may use a train station pick-up service for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The reason we stayed there again is because it's a 2 minute drive from friends' house; the hotel room is wonderfully spacious (room 224), with a great bathroom and across the road is the Theo Meijer sports centre that you can use, free of charge, when you stay at the hotel. We didn't have time to stay for breakfast but it was offered when we checked in and also online before we checked in. Coffee/tea facilities, quiet and a lovely little 'walk through' balcony too which, unfortunately, was too chilly to make use of. We will stay here again when we are visiting our friends or are in the area; superb location, easy to get to.
Pros: I just like the rooms that are renewed!
Cons: The old rooms are not so good!
Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: Far from town, on a busy road, an ugly looking hotel, with Hugh ugly bedrooms, with no airconditioning. Early 80's style in the bedrooms which are depressing. Defenetaly what you do not expect from a 2 stars hotel. The room feels like a 2 star.
Pros: Location is good, the staff is friendly and professional. The rooms have a good size, as do the bathrooms. Bathroom was modern and clean, and had a bath tub and a separate shower stall. TV had lots of stations to choose from.
Cons: My room was on the street side of the hotel, close to the gas station, which caused some noise early in the morning. The WiFi was terrible; not able to stream a video and not strong enough to do some work from the hotel room at night. I've had this problem in other rooms before as well, and I think it's something the hotel can definitely improve on.
With a stay at Hotel De Gaaper in Amersfoort, you'll be just steps from Hof and St. George's Church. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage.

Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, late check-ins were not a problem, the location was very central.

Pros: The warm welcome and kindness
Cons: It is a very nice house run by a lovely family. The only downside is noise transfer between the rooms.
Pros: Very nice place, warm welcome, beautiful house, nice shower and comfortable bed.
Pros: Very friendly contact, good location close to the train station and city center, well-prepared breakfast and the flexibility to accommodate early departure in the morning when needed, even when earlier than normal breakfast hours.
Cons: It may be room-specific, but the location of the power outlets wasn't optimal for charging a laptop while also using it to browse the internet. I also experienced a few minor hiccups with the wifi, though overall it worked well.

Pros: Top location. Extremely friendly staff, learnt a lot about Amersfoort. The theme of an old Victorian cottage. Very warm in the winter. It had all the right facilities for an old apartment, tea, mini kitchen, terrace, fast internet. We loved the cafe downstairs with an amazing selection of cakes and pastries.
Cons: The door downstairs was hard to open.
Pros: Second time, second 10. If you really make your home work and your read and book accordilly, very good value for money
Pros: Cosy place with friendly staff and perfect location.
Cons: The noisy neighborhood
Pros: 1)deco, it's a very cute and cosy place 2) friendly people
Cons: 1)Very poor quality bed not suitable at all for 2 persons 2)Noisy street next to bars (so not suitable if you don't plant to join the party..). Earplugs are provided however. 3)Cold room
Pros: Pretty unique and cosy room and very nice stuff. If you know what you are booking, this accommodation has lots of potential. Don't go without trying the little home made pastries
Pros: The owners of the Bed & Breakfast. Very kind and caring people.
Cons: i got the smallest room, with no wardrobe so that was a bit inconvinient but they do have bigger rooms and double rooms in the venue too. only during my stay they were all booked.
With a stay at this houseboat in Amersfoort, you'll be a 5-minute walk from Kade Museum and 8 minutes by foot from Museums Flehite. Guests will find features like a car charging station.
Pros: Fabulous and unique. Perfectly maintained, wonderful hostess. Charming . Safe environment
Pros: Helena is very friendly and makes you feel at home. The location is great and the breakfast is delicious. And considering you’re on a boat the rooms and aminities are very comfortable. Would highly recommend Vita Nova!
Pros: The houseboat is absolutely well located, 5 min from the city centre, thoroughly refurbished with all comforts. The owners are super fast in replying, very flexible and ready to help out. Breakfast was delicious! I would definite recommend it for a truly Dutch experience!
Pros: Given that it's on a boat, the bathroom (particularly the shower) was much larger and nicer than I expected. The bed was also a good size, and comfortable too. It works as a home base to go exploring or as a cave of solitude. I used it for both. The owners are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Good location, close to the train station and right next to the old town. Would definitely stay again.
Cons: The only real storage space in the room itself is under the bed, but given that it's on a boat, that's only to be expected. There's enough to fit two full sized bags under there, if you're carrying that much.
Pros: The hospitality was amazing. The cabins are a lot smaller than I expected but were perfect for what i needed. I thought the price was a bit high for what you got (no table or chair in room). But I paid £60 per night last minute thru a third party so maybe that was my mistake. Apart from the price I would recommend this highly.
Cons: The price. I felt this was too high for what it was. Already mentioned this.
Pros: Nice place to stay. Very close to the bus station and to the train station only couple minutes by bus. Clean and nice. Nice personnel. Everything was ok .
Pros: Charming people The room is not that big but really cozy. More than i expected from a boat hotel

Pros: - The bed was alright and quite big.
Cons: - Noisy - Heating took a while to turn on - Old fashioned
Pros: The manager stayed late to let me in when I arrived late.
Cons: I was given back the one towel I wanted to send away (I was using it like a flannel) three times. I left it wet and on the floor.
Pros: Location. Bathroom was newly renovated and well stocked.
Cons: Room was cold. Windows weren’t completely sealed, so wind came through and the noise from the neighboring bars was well heard.
Pros: Everything was wonderful! The price is excellent for this wonderful hotel. I would like to stay here again.
Pros: Excellent location on a plaza with numerous restaurants and shopping. Kettle and refrigerator are added perk! Very clean. Staff willingly let us check in early since there was a room available.
Cons: We stayed on a Friday night, so there was lively restaurant noise until 3am.
Pros: The staff were amazing!!!!!
Cons: Over priced, rooms require updating. Bed uncomfortable and noisy. Bedding had a strange stale smell and the shower didn't work.
