Terrible pickup experience
Cons: The airport signs pointed us toward a long trek to their office in the parking garage. They very unhelpful attendant told us he could t help us and made us walk back to the terminal. This same confusion happened to at least 3 other guests in the time we sat there. The unhelpful attendant did end up helping one other irate guest which means he could have helped me but didn't. Took 45m to get my car. Unacceptable.

Cons: Rental Agents were rude. Reserve a Camary or similar and when we got there, they tried to upsell us even though we request for a Camry! After driving the car for a couple days, the maintenance light came on and it showed something to do with the charging system of the car. We were in San Diego so we called and they said we could exchange the car for another. We went and same story, rude agent! Told us that the car has just been serviced and the mechanic forgot to reset it. Mind you, we rented the car on Thursday and it's now Monday and that agent never even looked at the car. Plus this car was rented out of Santa Ana not San Diego. Probably should get all of your information straight and listened to all of your customer's concerns before arguing with your customer! He then turned on the car and looked at it an figured out he was wrong and blurted out well we only have a standard not a full size car available! For the rest of the time he would not address us or answer our question when we tried to ask him anything as if we were inconveniencing him. Then he handed us the key and told us the lot where the car was and that was it. A few hour later my dad receives a call from them asking him for the car number and telling him the car is not under contract and etc.! Probably would not rent from them again. Honestly I don't even think they honored this booking! I would honestly spend a little more and rent from the other company and get a better car and better service. Price wise it almost came out to be the same because when we got there, there were all these hidden fees!!

Cons: They told me to go to three different places to pick up my car and were very unhelpful, resulting in my canceling the entire trip because I didn't have a rental car.

very smooth rental experience
Pros: It was a last-minute rental and they had the car ready on time. The check out process was very smooth, it helped that there was no line at all. The insurance up-sell was actually pretty subdued, which is very unusual for a car rental company. Overall, the employees with whom I interacted were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The car was beaten up a bit, quite a few scratches all over the car.
