Pros: Central location, just a few blocks from the main square. Clean and spacious apartment, very hospitable owners. Livadeia provides much more than a simple stopover; the area around the spring of the Kria river is full of cafés and restaurants in a shady neighbourhood, some 8-10 minutes on foot from the apartment. The area is a genuine and unexpected highlight of our trip to Greece.
Pros: Great location. Friendly stuff and owner. Clean. Modern.
Pros: Very kind and helpful host. Stored cycles for us. Excellent breakfast
Pros: Very nice place, clean. Own by nice welcoming family.great place to stay
Pros: -very warm Welcome from Maria and her husband, they even took time to show me the main attractions of the city and recommendations of restaurants -very friendly hosts and keen to support on all that they can -Appreciated the Breakfasts that they prepared me early since I had to leave on early morning -Different types of rooms available :rooms or studios very calm and well equipped -Situation in the city, in the city center, all accessible by foot Small Family Hotel that Really worth the trip in the city
Pros: The location is great and the staff was really friendly (especially Greta). We had a room with windows facing the city centre and when we opened the window in the evening, we could smell delicious souvlaki from nearby restaurants.
Cons: 1. The first room we were offered stank of cigarette smoke so much that even I, being cold and with stuffiness, got uncomfortable. Even though we booked a non-smoker room. So we were offered another room which stank of cigarette smoke less. It was (allegedly) a non-smoker room but there was an ashtray in it. The corridors also stank of cigarette smoke often. 2. There was nothing in the kichenette: No electric kettle, no cups, no spoons (or other cutlery), no glasses, no plates or bowls. We got an electric kettle, cups and spoons after we asked for them, though.
Pros: A very comfortable place to stay. The owners were extremely kind and generous with their time. Other staff were very friendly.

Pros: Very good hotel with nice view, breakfast was rich. Easy to reach the beach. Very quiet and friendly place. Super clean room with A/C and TV.
Cons: The only thing that we did not like was that the bathroom was small, but that was not of big importance.
Pros: Excellent Breakfast, great view, near the beach, very nice family run hotel , beautiful bay and crystal clean water. Great discovery of an unknown miraculous salt lake nearby , with healing qualities .
Pros: Very lovely hotel, super nice breakfast. Nice and peace place. Very recommend to everyone.
Pros: Stayed in 2 weeks in July-2019. Super nice staff. AC was fine. Cozy hotel with a close proximity to the beach. The rooms I stayed had view to the sea. But don't get so much excited, your view is disturbed by obstacles. Still OK.
Cons: Low Wi-Fi speed. Generally speaking, the area is remote and internet on mobile is also struggling. Also depends on the number of guests.
Pros: The hotel / guesthouse was excellently located with a safe parking area for the car. The hostess was very hospitable. The breakfast was excellent.
Pros: Location very nice, close to beach (across the street). Hotel terrace and rooms with a view.
Cons: Reception want to keep your passport until checking out, which is not ok ... and also illegal. Room look was quite broken, making opening the door possible in only a position and requiring some time to do this otherwise simple task. When we complained about it, they say they will check it... but no one came. Orange juice for breakfast was spoiled.
Located in LIvadia Town of Viotia, Peridromos offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi. It features a bar-restaurant serving breakfast and other meals based on the Greek cuisine. Free, private parking is available on site. Modernly decorated, each room includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, minibar and desk. The private bathroom is fitted with a bathtub or shower, hairdryer and bathrobes. Some rooms overlook the property’s garden. Kria Springs can be reached within proximity. Staff at Peridromos can arrange ski lessons at the ski centre of Parnassos Mountain, at 55 km. The scenic village of Arachova and the historic monastery of Hosios Loukas are around 30 km away.
Pros: Central location but quiet. Owner is really friendly and nothing is to much trouble. Would definitely stay here again
Pros: very central location the staff was very helpful and friendly
Cons: the building could use a renovation
Pros: Friendly host, nice and clean apartment, parking spot available (which is of a great deficit in the town). The room is clean, the surroundings are rather quiet.
Cons: The room is a bit cramped for three adult people. The breakfast could be more diverse.
Pros: The breakfast was very good. The owner was very nice and very friendly. The location for the town and the waterfalls was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. It was very quiet at night.
Cons: The bathroom is in need of considerable up dating. The bath was awkward to get into with the shower screen. The bath surround had been filled with sealant many times and when showering the floor became very wet. The toilet seat was very loose and the toilet Cistern leaked when the toilet was flushed. I think the price paid was a little too much. However I do realise that times are difficult and keeping up with repairs is a big task.
Pros: I've had an excellent stay at Peridromos. Anargyros, the owner, offered Greek hospitality at its best. He provided the transfer from the airport to Livadeia and was helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The accommodation is very good, with high levels of cleanliness, and an enormous, Greek-style breakfast. The motel is in the centre of town, and within only a few minutes walk from the pedestrian area with bustling cafes and tavernas, and the amazing Krya Springs. I would stay here again in my next visit to Livadeia.
Cons: More toiletries in the bathroom.
Pros: It was goodness
Pros: Location was nice. Near the center with restaurants, shopping, etc. WiFi was okay.
Cons: Where to begin? The price definitely does not match the quality. 1. During booking I confused AM and PM, so I got greeted by "you mean 01;00 at night????????????" - I replied with an apology and explanation, which did not trigger any response whatsoever. 2. Even though Check-In was listed as starting at 1pm, I arrived at 1pm and room was not ready and I had to wait for another 20 minutes. 3. The mini shower-gel/shampoo bottles were half empty and disgusting and had a hair from a previous guest sticking on it. 4. Every time you leave the hotel, you have to hand over your keys. And you can't enter the hotel alone. I really don't like being watched all the time, I like to come and go whenever I please. 5. Breakfast is pretty unimpressive and I just skipped it. 6. I told the owner that he shouldn't clean my room, because i've got all my stuff lying around.. which was ignored. 7. I had to switch rooms after 2 days. "because I booked last minute".. 8. I have no idea what "Modernly decorated rooms" is referring to, the rooms are ancient (except maybe the TVs). Every one of those points is minor, but in combination and with the price this is seriously the worst experience i've had in a hotel. Not that the owner wasn't polite in person, but this doesn't change the overall experience.
Pros: Great location. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
Pros: Breakfast was good . Location great .
Cons: I rented 2 rooms the more expensive one was a 4 star , the cheapest one was not exactly what I expected from a 4 star hotel it was more like a 2 star hiden inside the 4 * hotel. The room was very small and the ceilling gave you the felling you are in a barn. The shower had no curtain .I also believe every room should have a fridge . So if you plan to stay there don’t pick the cheapest.
Pros: Rooms were modern, great location.
Cons: Would have been great if hotel had basement parking.
Cons: We have booked a standard room and this room was very old and unpleasant. There was a disgusting smell in the room. In the inner court, just under the window there are many chillers, which made big noise all night long. The walls between the rooms are very thin and you can here the neighbors voices. Wi fi don't work. So, if You want to sleep in normal place, this is not a right hotel.
Pros: Comfortable hotel
Cons: It was all great
Cons: I didn’t feel like im in a 4 star hotel. They say free parking. Yes,you park wherever you can .
750 metres above sea level, Hotel Athina in Agia Anna Village features a swimming pool and offers self-catering accommodation with mountain, pool and garden views. Free WiFi is available in public areas. Opening to a balcony, all studios and apartments come with a TV, and a kitchenette with a fridge and cooking hobs. They also have a safety deposit box, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. A restaurant and snack bar lie on site, while breakfast is daily served at Athina's dining area or at your own unit. Grocery stores and tavernas are within 20 metres. Livadia Town is approximately 25 km away. The hotel is conveniently located for mount climbing, hiking, 4x4 off-road driving and it is near a paintball centre. Free private parking is possible on site.
Pros: We visited the hotel in a non-busy period for one night (end of October. The hotel is in a quiet location with mountain view and the room was very spacious. The heating wasn't on but they offered to bring a heating convector switch worked ok. The young lady in the reception was very kind and helpful.
Cons: I would like to see a more clean bathroom. The breakfast was poor and some of the foods were many days old (like the croissants). Because of the off-season, I can understand (but not accept) the situation. What was really frustrating was the lobby/bar condition. The owner and some visitors were smoking so heavily that the atmosphere was disgusting. There were kids playing in the same room, which is sad. No receipt, too.
Pros: Countryside air and peace.
Cons: Breakfast was miserly. Swimming pool was out of order, though it was advertised as the main value and amusement at the property.
