Pros:I had to find a hotel for the night because nobody was there to receive us when we arrived. We knocked on the front door and walked around back and no one was there to receive us. It was night time and we were tired. The only phone number available was for the booking.com website and was not able to communicate with anyone from the property. We also ran into a couple of dogs at the entrance of the property who began barking at us when we approached and were not leashed, was not sure if the dogs were friendly or not my we continued to the door and still no one came out. I demand my money back because we had to find another hotel for the night and pay for a separate hotel.
Cons:Nobody was there and we had no way to walk I to the property, we knocked on the front door and yanked on the front gate but no one came out. We heard people inside and someone was coughing very loudly which really worried us given the current covid situation. When we walked around back everything looked poorly cleaned and up kept which worried us regarding covid protocols. I demand my money back as the experience was poor and we were not able to stay at this place.
