Pros: I would give 15 points if I could! Absolutely amazing hotel. Loved everything about it: staff was wonderful, accommodated every request, design was super tasteful. Loved how they used old furniture but at the same time were modern where it mattered (shower). They had ergonomic pillows (slept great). The view from our room was out of this world. Simply very beautiful place and possibly my favorite hotel ever!

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were quite nice and super helpful, spotless clean hotel, modern and beautifully decorated rooms, superb breakfast and very delicious dinner. The quality of food was really amazing. The room service and spa area were also quite good.
Cons: Spa area was a little cold. At our dinner, when we asked for a recommendation of wine, the waiter picked one from the more expensive side of the wine menu. This really took me by surprise when I signed the bill. It would have been nice if the waiter had pointed to the wine on the price list before actually brining it. But this was a minor point.

Pros: Outstanding service, making my birthday very memorable and along with fantastic facilities including the sauna, steam room, and pool. Thanks so much for the champagne and cake for my bday

Pros: The hotel has the best possible location on the main square in Lisbon. The room was big with great view to Rossio square and St. George castle. The bed was huuge and comfortable. The room was cleaned and towels were changed daily. And what an amazing staff and management! They made us feel special from the first moment. Every day there was a nice surprise: a box of pasteis, a chocolate and, you would not beleive it, a bottle of champagn with cake and greeting card for my wife's birthday they had noticed was durung our stay! Breakfast was also very good. When we checked out we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel for a couple of hours because our flight was in the evening. Great hotel, highly recommended!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. From the design, to the spacious rooms and the fabulous staff.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay at the Lumiares was fantastic! We had a two bedroom suite. Upon arrival we were offered an alternative room with a better view which was a delightful surprise and very appreciated. The overall suite was perfect for traveling with our teenage daughter and gave everyone enough space of their own. We had two bathrooms as well, which was just fantastic! The rooftop bar is not to be missed! Amazing view and a welcome relaxation space at the end of a busy day hiking around the city. The location could not have been better - right in the central night scene yet quiet and restful to sleep.
Cons: The beds were just a touch hard for our taste and the one shower tended to get water everywhere, but that's sometimes typical of euro designed showers.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent facilities with complimentary mini bar, milk and water which was a very nice touch! Property was in a fantastic location, new and very clean and safe.
Cons: Bathroom was a little bit small but overall the room was well appointed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff welcomed us amazingly. The room was ready already in the morning, lot before the regular check in time without any additional costs. The suite was clean and beautiful. There was twice a day cleaning service, simply amazing. The breakfast buffet was minimal but so quality. Everything needed was there. The eggs made in the opened kitchen were amazing. All products were fresh and good. Tiffany the waitress was so kind every morning. The location was also great. There is no way we are going to other place on our next visit. This hotel is simply amazing!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Position - great for most touristy sites. Comfortable and modern.
Cons: Didn’t bother me but quite noisy as it’s in a party area. So Saturday nights are “vibrant”.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful spa, fantastic breakfast. Friendly staff
Cons: Expensive bar at the pool
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Front desk and restaurant staff was terrific and helpful, breakfast was excellent quality and offered a great selection.
Cons: Television made loud, crackling noises on several channels, upholstery on a chair was extremely worn, carpet had a bad stain.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The design, The ambience. this is a fantastic place. The staff, the friendliness, cleanliness, knowledge of everything. This is a fantastic place 5/5
Cons: More beds in the pool areas.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was amazing! I really enjoyed my stay it was definitely more than I expected and will be returning soon.
Cons: Absolutely nothing, my expectations was exceeded.
7.9 Good
Pros: 1- Spacious room 2- Nice Lobby 3- Good Breakfast 4- Thanks a lot for the early check in
Cons: Massage therapists at the spa were poor performers. I paid 140 Euro and suppose to have a 90 minute professional massage treatment, but it wasn’t the case. Treatment was too poor. Therapists seems not knowing any massage. I think better they work in a beauty shop but not a spa of 5 star hotel
6.3 Good
Pros: The room was in a quite area, super specious and the bed was quite comfortable. The toilet and the shower area were great and as well as the toiletries
Cons: After my first night I decided to experience the hotel SPA and booked myself for 90 mins full body massage. I was so disappointed and disturbed after the treatment as it was absolutely an awful experience. I wasn’t sure if the lady who gave me the service was experienced enough, in my views she shouldn’t be a massage therapist and should maybe handle other spa services. I did complain about my experience and luckily got about 45 euros discount on my total bill payment.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: The staff was very rude and unfriendly (except the staff that was serving breakfast). Front desk staff was extremely aggressive with no any attitude to assist. Every time you call to ask for some assistance or to confirm you are not happy about wet floors or that the electric blinds in bathroom was not working they were “so what” ? And continuous request to fix various issues were ignored. We stayed almost a week and within these short time 2 times faced with poor cleaning services. Was worst 5 star hotel experience.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great. The rooms are wonderful, clean.
Cons: Rooms could better maintained. i.e. cofee machine was leaky.

Pros: The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Lisbon. (Almost) everything is in walking distance. Very nice interior, friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the breakfast as well, nice selection and very good quality. We would definitely stay here if we return to Lisbon.

Pros: Great location, staff were great, very clean lovely room. The only negative was the pool was closed otherwise fantastic, will definitely recommend to friends and family
Cons: Pool could was closed for repair
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Fitness room was very good.
Cons: Our room was facing the street, would have preferred the inner garden view instead.
7.5 Good
Pros: - Great location: very close to bus/metro/train stops and places to eat. - Remarkable housekeeping. - Amazing bathroom with italian shower & sound system connected to the tv (cfr.don’t likes)
Cons: - The wirings were a little off in the room: non-functional plugs, sound system in the bathroom yes but very limited volume(couldn’t hear the program while showering) - Non-existant air-conditioning: Tried to change the settings but it never made a difference in our hot densed-air room so we had to keep the window open during the night...not very safe when you know that you’re sharing a balcony with another room... - Unaccessible pool due to maintenance: An unexpected twist that left a bitter taste to our trip. Unnotified prior to our check-in because it was so unexpected but no compensation offered for our money’s worth. However, you are welcome to use a pool in another establishment 400m away, free of charge...Not really the idea I was thinking when I chose this hotel. The idea was, after a long day of visiting the beautiful steep streets of Lisbon, to just wander at the pool, from and to our bedroom, within the comfort of our own hotel. That service was unfortunately not provided during out stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing for price, areas and facilities
Cons: N/A

Pros: Location was excellent
Cons: ...but couldn't get over the floors- just slabs of cold, scratched up concrete- no carpet/rug/wood- felt like was in a hospital- but at least hospitals use linoleum. Walls were also just plain white, so felt even more stark. Staff also not super helpful, they seemed bothered by any guest asking them questions

8.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was lovely and the concierge,Rachel, was wonderful She helped us put together a private tour with a driver, Abel. He showed us Sintra as well as many important sites in Lisbon. She also helped us with all of our questions and seemed really interesed in us. The hotel itself is quite lovely and the view from the 9th floor is amazing Our price, thanks you, was wonderful.
Cons: Although I checked in on line a day before arrival, our room was not ready. When they gave us a key, someone was in the room. Finally when we finally got in the room, it was not the twin beds I had requested. The last full day we were there, we came back to find a key in the electric switch. This hotel is very careless about keys. Prices for breakfast in the hotel were ridiculous.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very friendly staff. Great restaurant, very comfortable bed.
Cons: Slippers were too small, as well as the bathrobes, no treatment prices in the Spa menu
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My husband and I stayed here on the last day of our honeymoon and it was lovely. The room we stayed in was on the smaller side but by no means cramped and very clean, done in a beautiful light blue, light green, and white palette. The lobby is spacious with lovely green tile. The staff was very friendly and helped suggest an affordable local restaurant nearby, which was delicious. We didn't have a chance to go in the pool, but the staff let us in to look at it after it had closed, which was very nice. It looked very lovely as well. We didn't have a lot of money to spend and found a great deal and were treated very well by the staff.
Cons: The view on our room (one of the cheapest ones) did not have a good view, but I guess that is to be expected (it looked out over some flat rooftops with astroturf). One small thing, when we went out during the day my husband was dressed in a t-shirt and jeans and one the doormen sort of implied that he was looking for the wrong building, but it wasn't overtly rude, he just tried to stop him and ask if he could help direct him before he went in the door.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location and bed
Cons: Bathroom the shower
6.2 Good
Cons: When we (group of six people) book with paid in full and check in to hotel, we DID NOT know that we have to pay the taxes 2 euros per day and the person help to check in did not mention that either. After we signed our name on the card which we DID NOT see the taxes 2 euros per day on the card, but when we check out someone put that taxes 2 euros per day on the card afterward. THAT IS NOT RIGHT. IT IS THE MATTER OF PRINCIPLE. They can put any amount on the card after we signed. We REFUSED to pay the taxes. I hope that the hotel do not charge us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
Cons: Nothing
5.7 Okay
Pros: Clean and location
Cons: Staff is ok, but the so called lady executive mgr was not friendly and not try to solve problems. She did not try to make a six dollar error on a 3 nite stay. She said that mistake had to make by their executive DIRECTOR . That six dollar had to charge when we check out( they did not tell us when we checked in. And our was a PREPAID stay). The washing sink basin was made of kind of soft pastic( in a 4, 5 star hotel ??).

7.0 Good
Pros: The staff were friendly and polite.
Cons: The room was a bit dirty for a room costing 300 Euros a night. For some reasons, I couldn't close the lid of the bathtub, so I was forced to take a shower instead. All and all, the room was good, but not for an expensive room with 300 euros price tag.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, Location, Location!
5.8 Okay
Pros: I would only stay there for a day which I did and not for pleasure. It reminded me of am airport hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were exceptionally friendly and we got upgraded to club suite as they knew it was our anniversary. We also got champagne and a cake in our room which we really appreciated. Fantastic service and we told everyone about this!
Cons: The fake flowers in the bathroom were dusty.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, rooms were very clean and staff was friendly.
Cons: Glass bathroom made to hard to not disturb anyone sleeping in bedroom during the night since lighting would shrine through
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We recently stayed 3 nights at the Sheraton hotel. The service was excellent - from the front desk staff, to the room service staff to the breakfast staff. Very polite and professional. The breakfast offered a variety of choices (healthy as well). The gym was decent and the spa was fantastic. The hotel offers a wet sauna, dry sauna and an impressive jacuzzi. We didn't go in the outdoor pool, however it also looked inviting. The hotel was very clean. The location of the hotel was a bit away from the center, however was an excellent challenge for avid walkers and only a short ride by taxi.
Cons: The only thing that didn't impress was the club lounge (our room had club lounge access). The first 2 times we entered, the only food available was a tray of cookies. The 3rd visit produced a plate of fruit. It would have been nice if they offered some cheeses or cut vegetables. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Respectful employees, wonderful service, communicated in my native language and Spanish (which I appreciate), staff in the breakfast buffet were always attentive and made me feel special at all times.
Cons: There was nothing I did not like about this hotel. On the contrary, if I visit Lisbon in the future, I want to book in this hotel.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was very good with a wide choice of foods
Cons: a pity they didn't offer smoked Salmon and some more raw vegetables than only lettuce

9.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a good modern and confortable hotel with a beautiful lobby. The interior design feels premium. Amazing breakfast with great live piano music. Lifts system very practical, don't need to wait almost never for your turn! Well equipped and big gym (spa was partially under renovation). Very friendly staff. Good amenities.
Cons: Interior pool too cold to be used in this month, should be warmed (like with solar panels)! (a renovation would also be nice) Very confusing room lights system. It is not in the nicest center of Lisbon however in good area and I didnt find it to be a problem since how cheap and easy is to get around by taxi / uber or subway.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable rooms, the beds and pillows are the best.
Cons: No balcony in the rooms.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Very clean, great staff, and amazing breakfast. The fitness center is very nice.

7.0 Good
Pros: good room
Cons: noisy because of building work
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: It had good conference facilities.
Cons: The location is in a dull, out of the way district. The rooms are too small. The small amount of counter space was cluttered with overpriced offerings for food and drink. The check in and checkout procedures were inefficient and time consuming .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wow!Tough question especially when the product is first class and ran like a "well oiled machine".
Cons: There is nothing I can say to improve perfection

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We’ve stayed at this property 3 times since it opened 5 years ago. There’s still no reason to look elsewhere. The location is perfect (a short walk up to Bairro Alto or down to Baixa). Lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms are large and linens very comfortable - turn down service with fresh towels too. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very nice pool and gym area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic, friendly staff and great location. Loved the breakfast, lots of fresh choice. Lovely spa.
Cons: Would recommend the hotel to anyone. We loved it.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Every one of the staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful.
Cons: The air conditioning did not cool the room properly. Reported this and they did respond quickly and sent someone to fix. Still too warm though and we could not leave the terrace door open for cool air due to construction next door.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All that we expected plus very quiet.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent and friendly staff. Nice sized indoor pool. Healthy but doable walk to scenic areas and metro.
Cons: Has the "modern" room set up with a glass door bathroom, so the other person is disturbed by the light shining through. Beware that you will be charged 2.5 euros for each coffee pod beyond the two offered! Gym is small but workable.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful palace built by a 19th Century cocoa importer made a Count by the King. Magnificent building, professional and friendly staff, excellent breakfast included, comfortable rooms and good (not great) fitness center, spa and pool.
Cons: Not as many drawers for clothes as would be ideal; no facecloths in bathroom (only towels), location is 1+ mile away from the main activities so cabs are required.

Cons: Nothing would stay here again
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I really like the hotel, it has a great roof top bar and the staff are generally very helpful and friendly and lots of details have been done well.
Cons: Breakfast is a bit chaotic, the BEST orange juice I've ever had, but ordering breakfast took about 10 minutes and then the order was wrong, forgetting bacon is bad...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful little boutique hotel with a friendly staff. The room was small but included two comfy window seats that provided comfortable places to lounge, and we appreciated the in-room nespresso machine. The roof deck bar was delightful, with a great view. Breakfast was elaborate, with hot dishes that could be ordered a la carte as well as a huge and varied buffet of all kinds of sweet and savory treats. There were also snacks (brownies, gummy candies, cookies, etc.) available every afternoon in the lobby. Located an attractive (shaded!) walk through the shopping district away from the center of town. Good availability of subway lines within walking distance, and the airport bus stops just across the square.
Cons: Very few complaints. The gym a/c sometimes struggled to keep things cool, and a free weight was missing. Rooftop bar needed better wine selections. Stocking of the nespresso pods/extras was a bit spotty, and the cleaners' station was next to our room, and there was occasionally some loud slamming of the doors there. This was really only an issue in mid-afternoon, though.

Pros: Very nice hotel. I'll recommande without hesitation! Thank you! Marcel Lavertu
