It was right off the interstate, behind a gas station and a Hardee's. The hotel was only about 10 miles from the event site I was attending. The staff I encountered were friendly and always had a smile.
Very friendly staff
They need to fix some mold and old leak spots in the ceilings and make the rooms more presentable.
i could only stay june 5 was unable to get refund for june 6
It was easy to find, just off the freeway. Room was clean and the people at the desk were nice.
Complimentary breakfast was terrible. The waffle Iron was broken, oatmeal and other foodstuffs dried out, & coffee ran out too. Guests next door were loud and obnoxious till after midnight, then when leaving in the morning they honked the horn b4 8am.
Smoke smell in all rooms.
Didn't have the crib posted on line, and it was not a good place to be with a baby. Also they were re-roofing when we showed up and didn't get done till the day we left. All around horrible experience
location was terrrible & lack of cleanliness
location to Intertstate 20
some of the guests were loud and possibly intoxicated
cheap and clean room.
I reserved a king bed and they didn't have one available when I arrived. Not sure how reservations are handled there.
The ladies who did the cleaning and the desk staff were all polite and cordial. The price was the only other thing I liked.
The cleanliness was awful. A small roach crawled up onto the bed. The floors were dirty. The outer comforter was dirty.
Price and Location.
Hotel is under renovation, just messy but did not bother me on my stay. Glad to seem them getting it fixed up.
Very quiet cleaning staff were very thourogh. Also hotel staff were great.
Ill be honest there is a good bit. 1st the jacuzzi tub would not stay full me and my fiance had to keep the water on just to fill it halfway with both of us in the tub. 2nd water was filling the fixture in the bathroom and leaking into the toilet.
Room smelled of smoke. Underside of bedspread was stained badly with who knows what! Dirty tooth pick stuck in shower curtain!Used straw on floor. Carpet and chair looked filthy. Ran out of food before 9 am. Sand in pool and a cigarette floating in it.
This hotel was clean and breakfast good and staff nice.
I had to book it on priceline to get discount. Would appreciate discount at desk so I did not have to go on the computer.
I have stayed in 3 hotels in Aiken over the last month, mainly looking for the best deal at the time of my visit. Unfortunately the most economic is not really acceptable. Generally one would forgo comfort and cleanliness for a cheap rate. I was very pleased at the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of the bathroom. Def would recommend and would stay here again.
I stay at all kinds of hotels for work and leisure. This trip was for my son and I for a soccer tourney. We don't need luxury. We just wanted value for a 2 night stay. That's what we got. Basic accomodations, basic amminities and basic service. But it was worth what we paid. This is not a resort hotel. But for a couple of quick nights for me and my son, it was fine. If my wife and daughter were with us, I would have spent more and got a nicer place. But my son and I don't require that. Decent value.
This hotel is not advertised as a 5 star hotel, it is by the interstate, its near tractor trailer parking. However, I was in for a family function, and this hotel fit my needs for location, price, a place to sleep, and waffles for breakfast. I thought the room could have been cleaner, especially the shower, and the coffee was not worth drinking. I would stay there again if the need arises.
This hotel is located near another national chain hotel and gas stations. Although it is not in the most aesthetic location, the rooms are clean, the service is good, and the breakfast is okay if you're not a big breakfast eater. There is no fresh fruit to be found, but plenty of donuts, bagels, hot waffles, coffee, milk, juice and 2 cereals. My daughter called it the ghetto, but I thought it was okay and because it was behind other businesses, very quiet!
Clean, organized Room. Easy to find everything. Good staff.
