Not much...maybe the rate?
A lot..they tried to overcharge me from the moment I checked in to the time I paid my bill upon check out. I had to show them Booking.com confirmation to correct the rate. The shower stall in the bathroom overflows with water and floods the floor due to a leak under the stall plus the door not closing well. They are apparently aware of it but have not done anything in the last 5 years about it. Food quality is bad, even at the breakfast room, car rental service tried to overcharge me, but the hotel did not listen to them. They should get rid of this person at the car rental desk. The Bell Captain (morning duty) was quite helpful and Mr Shady the manager took down notes as I enumerated all the problems I encountered in those three days!
