Pros: Superb location, beautiful house and swimming pool. Amazing contact with owner, who provides all tips and information. We were welcomed woth fruits and bread, which can also be delivered each day. Quite and peace around
Cons: The only shame might be other visitors sharing the garden with you. Our neighbours did bbq party last night which did not help in relaxing.
Pros: Big and clean house with quiet surroundings. Ricardo was awesome! He took so much time planing our stay with us, giving us loads of information and tips. Also good fresh bread delivery every day.
Pros: The outdoor area is beautiful and the owner and team are super attentive, helpful and friendly.
Pros: I never leave feedback, but this time I can not stay quiet. The house was amazing and reception of Ricardo was just incredible. Everything was prepared, the smallest details have been noticed. I hope we could come back one day! Thank you, Ricardo!!
Pros: The location in a quiet area was lovely. The house is beautifully renovated with attention to every little detail (food in the fridge, washing machine, towels for the thermal baths). The host knows the island very well and took his time to inform us of all the sights. A really wonderful place!
Pros: We were welcomed by Joao who was such a nice and helpful person. He explained us in details all what we could do in Sao Miguel and gave us precious indication. The house is very nice, as if it was inhabited. The kitchen was well equipped and there were many things (local) to eat (fruits, marmalade etc). The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. THe garden is well maintained and there were bikes at disposal. It is a good starting point to visit the Nordeste region.
Pros: County location with beautiful views. Loads of farm animal in the area so there is a charming symphony of sound in the morning and evening. The facilities are spotless and comfortable but the best place to be is outside in the covered dining area, built in bbq with chopped wood provided for cooking. Ricardo is an excellent manager and provided loads of information about the area. Fresh bread every day was such a treat.
Cons: No a/c so just keep that in mind. It was cool enough but might not be best for those that like it cold. Can be very foggy in the morning so careful driving!
Pros: Perfect! Ricardo is a great host! Thank you so much for all those fantastic recommendations regarding view points and hiking trails. The house is cozy, Clean, well equipped, and we'll definetly come back to enjoy the Garden and outdoor area once again.
Pros: Very warm welcome by the host who answered all our questions and gave us very detailed information about the surroundings for great photo spots, restaurants and must-sees! The house is great! Very cosy and you just feel home for the time on the island. You can also ignite a fire in the fireplace if you feel like in the night and have a little romance… perfect!
Pros: Absolutely beautiful peaceful location, great house, amazing host! Would definitely come back!! Thank you Ricardo!

Pros: Breakfast was great—pineapple, cheese, delicious eggs. View was amazing. We enjoyed sampling local wines at the restaurant.
Cons: An extra towel? (But that’s super American of me, I know...)
Pros: We liked the beautiful view, the amazing terrasse and had one of our best coffee there.
Cons: The style of the furniture and the decoration in the room was a bit out of fashion.
Cons: We booked this apartment mainly because of the indoor swimming pool, but the temperature was too cold for our kids to really enjoy. Wifi was also not working during our stay. All in all, the hotel was good but definitely not worth 200 euro per night.
Pros: The breakfast was amazing, I liked the one spa and breakfast and the hotel bar had really comfy chairs
Pros: Nice hotel, good availability, parking is ok. Wellness is good also.
Cons: On a way to wellness it should have be a light in dark. No tables where you can find sauna, massage, pools. Like in a labirinth. When is booked a room it said: room with balkony, minibar and hairdrier. I had an option to customize bed type during booking, I did I received it. The less was automatically, I thoght. There was no minibar, no balkony and no hairdrier. When I asked they told me I had to mention it during my booking, about my preferences. For me it was not an option I choosed this hotel because these facilities in the room. The offered me a change next day but I had no time to deal with this I prefered to go around that beautiful island insted of packing and changing the room.
Pros: Lovely hotel looking over the town. Good quality, helpful staff, good value restaurant. Lots of car parking.
Pros: Friendly Staff Clean room Great sea view - thanks for the upgrade Great Spa Free parking
Cons: Very small gym Dark way to the Spa - outside walk

Pros: Very modern and clean house with all amenities. Strong Wi-Fi signal over the house except bedroom, Great personnel with quick reaction on questions and issues.
Cons: Wi-Fi signal in the bedroom could be improved.
Pros: This property and certainly the service that comes with it, was outstanding. The host prepared us a very nice welcome basked with local specialities and gave us very valuable informations about where to go and what to see. This is how hosting should look like! This property and host are better than any other hotel or apartment we've been on this trip!!
Pros: Very spacious and comfortable duplex. Some breakfast items were included in the welcome basket, which kept our breakfast more or less covered for 3 days. Nordeste is a nice base for exploring the eastern part of Sao Miguel, although the western part is just a (relatively) short drive away.
Cons: The welcome basket is a nice touch but could be upgraded with some local produce, e.g., cheese, jam. There were some problems with internet connection, but the owners say they are working on the issue.
Pros: Awesome host, awesome place. Host is willing to help, welcome basket is great(bread, milk, coffee, butter, jam, lemonades) , trying to help in every ocassion.
Pros: We liked the place and the area
Pros: Nordeste is an amazing place to discover the true Azorean lifestyle, and this house will be a perfect base for you. Easy parking is available very close to the house, which is authentic, well-equipped, has great internet etc.
Cons: The only thing I would mention is that the double bed is quite small, I would expect it to be larger.
Pros: Very comfortable, with great amenities and everything to enjoy the stay in Nordeste. There are shops abd restaurants in the close surroundings.

Pros: The friendly welcome and the provision of a basket with basic food when we arrived Sunday night.
Pros: A nice and cosy home in a beautiful town! Fernanda , the host, was great, very friendly and helpful! Thank you for the breakfast, my family and I enjoyed our time here.
Pros: The property is located near the heart of the village. Nordeste has a lot of festivities, so it was very nice to experience this (though sometimes a little late at night). We could see all the wonderful things Sao Miguel had to offer within 1 hour drive by car. The accommodation offered everything you need for a lovely 10 days holiday. It feels comfortable, cosy and air conditioning was nice to have. We definitely can recommend this lovely and neat place to everyone!
Cons: There is nothing what we did not like. Our communication went via the mailbox from Booking.com. That was not always the fastest way, but the owners are lovely people and finally things always were fixed!
Pros: Super clean! Hosts very friendly! Bed comfortable! I appreciated the basket with bread, jam, milk, butter and soda. Such a beautiful house!
Pros: Very nice place in the city center. House is big, comfortable and tidy. There's all you may need. I really wish I could stay there for longer than one day. Best value for money in Nordeste.
Pros: I was provided with the whole two-flour house reserved just for me alone. Just in the city centre down the Arches Bridge. Fernanda the manager was very kind and helpful - I found the way to Casa on 1st January evening very quickly, I was greeted and took the keys. The welcome basket containing local bread, milk, soda, water, tea, coffee, butter and jam was above all the expectations - those gifts were my breakfast on the sunrise by the Nordeste lighthouse. The check-out was very quick and accurate in time. You can also ask for bicycles if you want some bike drove while sightseeing. Strongly recommend!!!

Pros: We enjoyed our stay in the Perola Achadense very much. Thank you, Sandra for having breakfast with us so we could talk together. The breakfast and the lime tea from your garden was really great.
