The location of the hotel is excellent (on the town hall square). If you are staying there, you are walking distance from the beach, sights, promenade, shops, wine/tapas bars, and also close to the bus stations (eg. C6 airport bus line). It easy to get around from here and experience the city. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating.
There are restaurants in the square where the hotel is and it can get quite loud and annoying if you are tired and trying to go to bed early.

The staff was very welcoming & friendly, especially Monica, she was at check in when we arrived, very friendly & smiling. Location is 5 minutes walking from the beach.
No coffee maker in room, water all over the bathroom each time using the shower, breakfast was below average and the same every day, definitely not a 4-star hotel quality overall, not enough lighting in the room.

Location easy going you can go down for breakfast/ coffee and take back to your room also rooftop terrace were you can sit or sunbathe as their are a couple of sun beds , and we have stayed 4 times in different rooms and different times of the year and the only noise we could hear were the church bells , bliss x
Think if you have a room at the back could be a bit cheaper

4th or 5th stay here over the years and this short overnight stay was as good as usual. Frinedly, helpful staff and a great location for the beach, marina, old town, castle and shopping. Nice to look out of your window onto the plaza below and watch the world go by. Highly recommend it
All good but if I had to note something was that the glass shower 'curtain' was fixed not movable so it made getting in and out of the bath a little difficult and potentially dangerous. Other than that, all good
