The staff. Each and everyone of them were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us wherever possible.
Great hotel but we booked this property for using the pool and it was closed. Had we known this we would have stayed in the centre of Alicante which would have been a much better location for us. We were caught up in Gota Fria, our hire car was flooded and we were wading around San Pedro Del Pinatar before driving to Alicante. What should be a 1 hour drive took 2.5 hours. Very disappointed hotel great but we should have been notified of them closing the pool due to adverse weather conditions.

The breakfast was amazing, had gluten free options and the staff even made me gluten free bread! Reasonable location, loved the swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym. Really comfortable beds and the room was cleaned well. Very happy :)
Minor things - the bed moved a bit which was a bit annoying. The air con was not very strong either. The lifts are also incredibly slow, quicker to go up by the stairs.

All the facilities and amenities are functional and well taken care of, so we make use a lot of it.
My son is a water-lover beach and pool, so everytime we book a hotel we make sure that a pool is present. We enjoyed using the pool, though it is a bit small for all of the guests.

Our in-house restaurant, Nhube, serves delectable, homemade Spanish dishes in a relaxing atmosphere. Guests can work out in the fully equipped gym or relax in the sauna and Jacuzzi. Our refreshing rooftop pool is perfect for cooling off after a long day sightseeing and is open from June - September. At the NH Alicante, there are 7 meeting rooms which can hold a maximum of 300 people. With advance notice, our events services team will be glad to assist in planning your event and organizing menus or car and limousine services.
