Pros: The Hotels location was excellent. We had easy access to downtown Breckenridge and the ski lift. We could ski into the hotel at the end of the day.
Pros: Hotel is great for those tha want to walk to town and walk to skiing. Weather was snowy any and icy so I was glad I didn't have to drive for several days. They also had underground garage so I didn't have to dig several feet of snow off of car.
Pros: Hotel employee was great
Pros: Location was great, staff was great, room was nice, and the free shuttle was very convenient.
Cons: I wish the room should have had a real bed rather than a Murphy bed.
Pros: Location was perfect, room Was gorgeous. One small note, there is no food at all available at the hotel but the town and gondola are so close it was no big deal. Loved this plae!
Pros: Nice spacious rooms, good location, friendly staff, great amenities
No question this is a great place to stay, a bit pricey but a nice treat, we were in buliding 1.
Pros: Great Location, free shuttle, hot tub, very nice accommodations.
Cons: Whats with these 'resort fee's' :-(
Great location but very old
Pros: Location and the staff was really helpful.
Cons: Old, very few amenities and no AC

Pros: The condo was great, clean and roomy. It was a close walk to everywhere.
Cons: The early check out time at 10am, other than that. It's a great place.
Pros: Short walk to the snowflake lift. They let me park in the lot before and after checkout so I didn't have to pay Breck prices to park. Got to enjoy the April storm all weekend! Great stay, super friendly folks at the front desk.
Cons: You have to take out your trash at the end of your stay, but the dumpster is super close by.
Pros: Free bus to lifts stops on property, ski right down to the condo.
Pros: We walked, hiked, rested and cooked great meals. The kitchen had more than enough tools to prepare great meals, The bed was amazing! The furnishings were very comfortable. The fireplace wasn't working so we called and maintenance came within the hour and it worked perfectly. All around awesome stay!
Cons: We had to go home.
Pros: Unit was very spacious. It was nice to have separate bedrooms, bathrooms and a kitchen.
Cons: Older fixtures and furniture in unit.
Pros: Location was great. Spacious 48 steps up was the sacrifice.
Cons: Comforters needed to be updated also the sheets.
Pros: The size of the condo and everything that was in the condo for our use. The location was great only a block from Main Street.
Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Having to walk up the stairs.
Pros: I liked the privacy and comfort of the apartment. It was clean, well stocked, and ideal for a long weekend getaway.
Cons: Our room faced the parking lot so sometimes you could hear people out of our window.
Pros: Great location for summer or winter at Brek! Near the river walk and main st. Just around the corner from the peak 9 base.
Pros: Booking and arrangements were great and the staff were very helpful and prompt.
Cons: Walking up five flights of stairs, but it got easier each day!

Pros: This hotel isn't on the mountain but they make up for it with a free shuttle that they run from 8am until 12 midnight. Is all you have to do is walk to the lobby and tell them where you wanna go and they'll take you anywhere. When you're done just use the number the driver gives you and he'll pick you up. We checked out before we went skiing and they had no problem letting us leave our car and taking us to and from the mountain.
They also have an awesome restaurant downstairs that should definitely be checked out if you stay there.
The room was really cool. You can tell the hotel has old bones, but it has modern upgrades which make it really enjoyable. Beds were great, balcony was awesome to drink a cup of coffee on and watch the sunrise. Really cool hotel and probably the best value in Breck.
Cons: I wish the breakfast was better. They had cereal, yogurt and a waffle maker. For a day that I'm going to be on the mountain all day I would like to have some hot food, at least scrambled eggs and some meat.
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly, but there needed to be more of them! The front desk never answered the phone, because they were either taking bags to rooms or running other errands for guests.
Old style charm. Loved being out of busy town, with easy shuttle access when needed.
Cons: Paid for a large room w/mountain view, got a small room w/ just an OK view. Lots of rooms have great rooms, I just wasn't given one of them. Since I paid for it, I felt I should have received a discount since I didn't receive one.
When checking out another couple was given opportunity to select a room, wish they would have given me that opportunity.
Restaurant needs a lot of work! Slow, slow, slow, and mediocre.
Pros: Everything was awesome. Although off the beaten path of the village it's worth it. The free shuttle to town and the mountain was very helpful.
Cons: The gps directions don't work because of the vertical gain/switch backs. Signage Could be better. A very minor issue compared to what you get.

Neutral down duvets feature button closure details. Bathrooms contain complimentary toiletries. Select rooms include fireplaces, balconies or kitchenettes. Room amenities include a 32-inch flat-panel television. Connecting/adjoining rooms, rollaway beds, and cribs are available.
Pros: Great location, easy access to Main Street shopping and dining. Very nice pool/hot tub facilities with a view of the small lake. Clean rooms and nice having a kitchen and dining area.
Cons: The bed was SO small, not really even a queen and it was extremely uncomfortable. 4 pm check in time is too late in my opinoin. 3 is bad enough!
Cons: Was not happy that the check in clerk ran my debit card for $100 without first asking my permission.
Pros: Perfect ski condos. Location and amenities are ideal for a family ski property. Walking distance to main street, lifts, restaurants etc. Well maintained facilities.
Cons: Have to go outside or wak through parking garage to get to front desk, fitness facility, hot tubs, etc. No big deal. Just would be nice to have some sort of connection.
Cons: A bit noisey from neighboring sallons at night.
Pros: This is right on Main Street and could not have a better location
Cons: Cold water shower on the second day with no compensation. This is something I have only experienced on the edge of civilization in third world countries. Terrible. Staff was using the elevator to move supplies between floors at the stated check-out time and would not let us on. Very poor supervision by maintenance services management.
Pros: Location: walking distance (5min) to Quicksilver chairlift and directly at Main street with shops and restaurants. Free shuttle service to everywhere in town; free DVD rentals. Studios are big engough for 2 people, nice large bathroom
Cons: No daily roomservice; amenities, towels, coffee has been asked for (but then you get it immediately); fitness center on side but not in the best "condition" and nobody who takes care during training hours, So people walk around and train in normal boots. Alos an disadvantage: people have to walk through the fitness to use the outdoor hot tubes (so carpet gets wet..); missed a bar to meet people after skiing.
Pros: Cannot think of any thing that I really liked
Cons: Was given rediculous direction to our room from the front desk.

Gas fireplaces with sandstone hearths add to the ambience of the mountain retreat, and open kitchens allow for autonomy, complete with custom cabinetry, natural slate flooring and granite countertops. Pros: Excellent views out the back side of the hotel, nice clean comfy rooms.
Showcasing a ski pass sales point and ski storage, Columbine Inn and Suites is located in Leadville in the region of Colorado, just 6 miles from Mount Evans. Free private parking is available on site. The rooms have a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Every room includes a private bathroom fitted with a bathtub. The nearest airport is Aspen-Pitkin County (Sardy Field) Airport, 31 miles from the property.
Pros: Perfect home away from home! Clean and cozy studio apparat meant.
Pros: Great location, friendly staff. I have stayed here a few times and even with the few minor drawbacks I would recommend the resort to others.
Cons: They do charge an extra fee when you get there which is not disclosed when purchasing via Kayak. They require you to valet your vehicle since it is a private garage which could add to your time to come and go. For me that was not a problem since I was able to walk almost everywhere I wanted to go. I stayed in the summer and the room I was given was quite warm since there was no A/C but I just opened a window and it cooled off. Since this hotel is primarily occupied in the winter for ski season I guess that isn't a high priority.
Pros: Good proximity to town center. Easy walking distance to retail.
Cons: Beware of hidden fees that aren't included with your booking. They hit me with a resort fee separately from the included fees paid with the booking to cover this. No A/C in the room of a south and west facing unit. Got extremely warm in the afternoon sun.
Pros: Location was great, accommodations were great & staff were great.
Cons: Nowhere on my reservation did it mention another $29 to be collected at hotel. May need to reconsider staying again if there are hidden fees not documented when reserving a room online.
Cons: I was billed an additional $60 for my two day stay that was not included in the price I paid thru Kayak.
Pros: Location was great right by the city center. Everyone was incredibly friendly as well.
Cons: I found the valet service to be incredibly frustrating and really wish it was optional rather than required. We would have to wait up to 20 minutes until vehicle which included trying to find someone to get the vehicle.
Pros: Mini kitchen is awsome. Full oven/range plus microwave and fridge. Love it.
Cons: Had to change rooms in middle of stay because "owner" had come in last minute. Annoying at worst, staff completely moved us while we were at lunch and took care of the worst of it. Got a bottle of wine out of the inconvenience.
Worst part is that latest allowed check out is 12 noon, while you can only ever be guaranteed a 4pm check in. How is that possible when hotels like Hampton, Hilton, Marriott, etc., have their act together much better?
Pros: Staff was friendly and facilities were well maintained.
Cons: No complaints.
Pros: Everything was great. Kids and our family really had a good time. All of the staff we came in contact with were good.
Cons: On a couple of occasions I went looing for the luggage carrier and none were available.

Pros: Tons of space! 2 floors in our suite. Whole kitchen. really enjoyed the layout!
Cons: Super confusing layout and signage. Hard to figure out where you are going!
Pros: We stayed in the 4th building on the 8th floor over-looking the valley in a studio. It was a great view! It took us a little longer to get our room and they didn't have the room that we originally booked so they upgraded us. ( we were skiing so there was no rush to get into our room) The staff was friendly and the shuttle was very quick. The rooms were cozy and I loved having a balcony and little kitchen area. It also had a great big bathtub in its own room which was a little strange but it was nice after a long day of skiing. It was so quiet! The last place we stayed at we could hear everything but it was so peaceful and quiet, we had a great night sleep in our comfy bed!
Cons: The parking was a little tricky and navigating around the actual resort was a little strange and hard to get around. The room was a little dated but it was cozy. There wasn't a fireplace but the thermostat worked well and it didn't get too stuffy or hot. The bathtub room was very 80s but it was actually really nice and very much needed after a long day.
Pros: The rooms are always nice and the hot tubs are great!
Cons: Our room was either too hot or too cold and the bed was pretty lumpy and uncomfortable. Probably not the best bed I've ever slept in.
Pros: Great ski instructor, took two lessons. Very good teacher
Cons: Need better early breakfast food service
Pros: the location simply cant be beat. we grabbed our gear and walked about 300ft to the chair lift, strapped in, and we were off and running.
Cons: obscenely expensive considering the facilities. the entire building is stuck in the 70's and 80's. needs a remodel badly!
awful furniture. beds/mattresses were uncomfortable and lumpy. poor shower pressure. toilets and sinks all clogged multiple times during our stay. no mini bar. the living room had blinds from the 80s that didnt even keep light out, so it was extremely bright first thing in the morning. patio had snow built up on it when we checked in, called maintenance to fix it, never happened.
the cleaning staff literally does not speak 1 word of english. not even 1 word, like hello. nothing.
paid $1500/night for a 2 bedroom suite during long weekend, not worth even 1/3 of that.
only 1 elevator servicing each building frrom the A-Lobby. huge lines of people waiting for elevators following the ski day. extremely slow and inefficient.
Pros: Ski in, ski out convenience. choice of dining options. Free equipment locker. Free shuttle into downtown. Decent pool and hot tub facilities.
Cons: Super expensive for holiday weekend. Rooms outdated. Food overpriced.
Pros: 5 min walk to the slopes.
Cons: The place was a tad run down and needs some renovations. The photographs of the rooms and amenities were a bit deceiving. Most staff was a bit off-putting and didn't seem very friendly. They mentioned recycling but had no bin or bag in our room under the sink like they mentioned. None of the information was very clear as to where to wait for the shuttle, where certain amenities were, etc. You would think the front desk would do a quick briefing on the map and amenities while you checked in but they did not.
Pros: It has nice amenities. Pools and hot tubs were nice.
Cons: Unfortunately the lady who checked us in was very rude. We were the only ones checking in and she could not be bothered.
The buildings look run down and older. The worst thing was that the interior was dirty. Lots of stains on hallway carpet and in the room. Looks like they aren't cleaned regularly.
We were disappointed with the facilities for the price.
Cons: most confusing hotel set up - got lost getting from the parking garage to our hotel after the first 3 lots we were directed to were full
the shower in the middle of the room was a bit odd and uncomfortable
we were woken up Saturday morning by a cement truck
nothing special that would make me want to come back here - all just okay
Pros: Location was great. Just blocks from downtown. Shuttle service was very handy. Easy access to lifts and slopes, just out the back door. Staff at hotel were very nice and equipment rental folks were helpful. There for two days and longer would have been even better and will stay with them again. Met all our expectations.
Cons: No unpleasant issues.
Pros: You can step out and be on the Peak 9 lifts in minutes. You are 5-10 min walk to Main St/Park which has lots of nice places. In addition, theres a free shuttle to town, which we used to go to an amazing restaurant and then called and were picked up within minutes!
The suite interior was nice, with a fireplace and everything we needed to cook
Cons: There is a 1970's vibe going on in the lodge I didn't expect to be an annoyance to me...but being just an average skier, and with the price of a 1bd suite approaching Four Seasons prices, I really expected a lot more.
Pros: Ski in/out was the best ever. Run their own shuttle. Have local free ski storage. Nice staff. Probably some of the best pizza in Breck at the deli shop on Copper Top 2. And one of the best values for saving money on food.
Cons: Expected, but the parking garage is an additional $10 a day. The internet was 0.25 mbs, which is terrible for a young couple who typically stream movies during the evening. We couldn't even browse facebook is was so slow.

Pros: Proximity to slopes, ski valet to slopes, shuttle service to Main Street Breckenridge. Overall standard hotel. great price for location.
Cons: Room was a little warm even with the heat turned down. Slight buzzing/rattle sound from one of the ceiling sprinklers. Breakfast buffet was overpriced at $25 and the coffee/snack bar was also very expensive.
Pros: Loved the location and the room
Cons: The room service was very basic. My wife and I did not enjoy the food and the ordering process
Pros: The rooms were nice quality, beds were comfy by hotel standards, and it was a good location with good views.
Cons: With only a couple of exceptions, most of the staff was rude and didn't seem to really care about their guests.
Cons: If you stay at the 7th floor and up, you need to take a long walk to the elevator, take it up to the 6th floor, walk again to the other side of the hotel, take a second elevator to your floor and walk again to your room. I don't consider such a journey to my room as "luxury".
Pros: walk out access to slopes, hot tub time machine, easy stroll into town- watch out for ice downhill.
Cons: skis kept being lost due to room sticker falling off, but were quickly found. skis not allowed in room, which could have prevented this but oh well
Cons: They had weird rules. It was at a ski resort but I was not allowed to have my skis in my room? LAME.
Cons: Being charged multiple times for someone else's room, seems they don't like you booking through anyone but them directly

Cons: My wife was terrified we'd find a body in our room. The pictures on kayak are nice but the room was everything but. Do not stay here.

Pros: The location is great, close to everything. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is a Victorian style hotel that has been in existence for a long time. I would recommend this place, regardless of the reason for your visit to Leadville.
Cons: I liked everything.
Pros: The staff was so accommodating and hospitable. I will definitely return here my next visit to Leadville.
Located near a train station, Delaware Hotel is a great choice for a stay in Leadville. You can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant or wind down at the end of the day with a drink from the bar/lounge.
Pros: Good location, nice view, plenty of room and an adequate garage.
Cons: We had a problem with the heating system (the baseline register was going ull blast, so it was quite hot) and it took 3 days to get the problem resolved. We had three evenings where we lost sleep because it was so hot in the condo.

Pros: Right at the base of the mountain. Great lift access!
Pros: This is an older hotel that has been updated, but not recently. The decor looks to be about ten years old. But it was clean and had new linens.
The location of the hotel is second to none. It is an easy one minute walk to the base of Peak 9, and a three minute walk to Main Street's shops and restaurants. Additionally, there is a shuttle stop just outside the front door.
Cons: The bathrooms are very small. So small, that you must step into the bathtub or squeeze into the six inches next to the toilet in order to close the bathroom door. Additionally, the entire hotel runs out of hot water during what the hotel's engineer called the "shower hour", which was around 4-5pm when many skiers came back to the hotel after a day of skiing.
Pros: Quick check-in, hot tubs, pool, location
Cons: Noise. Had a baby with us and the way the halls are designed put a door for another room by our wall. No room service. Forced valet parking.
With ski-in/ski-out access, The Village Hotel allows you more time for downhill skiing, plus you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Breckenridge Ski Resort. A fitness center and a terrace are other highlights, and all condos offer refrigerators and free WiFi. Skiers will appreciate access to ski storage and rentals.
Pros: Room wasn't ready at 930pm when we were trying to check in with our child. Check out time is noon so there is plenty of time to get it cleaned. There were several other people whose rooms were also not ready at that time.
Pros: Very comfortable and well appointed room. Slightly dated but in a nice way. Big comfortable chairs and fantastic older style well provided kitchen.
Cons: Car Park entrance is tight, but ok once you get used to it!
Pros: The location.
Cons: The tiny room was incredibly hot in the summer. The staff was unfriendly and unaccomodating. Parking was a hassle, and the decor was dated and musty.
Cons: Gym under repair. Windows wouldn't open, no fan and no wipes to clean machines.
Pros: The location.
Cons: Our bed was horrible. Outside hot tubs were small and the Jets didn't work on one of them. Our shower leaked on the floor and the sink in the bathroom was all chipped up. The decor was very dated. Carpet looked stained. The free DVD machine didn't work.
Pros: The location was great! A very short walk to the quaint downtown for shopping and eating. Close to the 4 o clock run and shuttle for the slopes. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Room was small for two beds, not much room to spread out or unpack. A little noisy at times. Hot tubs were crowded.

Pros: This was a great location for a decent price. Perfect for a stay near the best mountains in the area. Definitely would stay here again for another ski trip!
Pros: Good location, easy to get to the slopes. Condo was nicely decorated and clean.
Cons: Pull out couch bed was terrible, many missing springs and a very old mattress. Shuttle bus driver was extremely rude. Ski locker did not have a lock as was promised. Condo was also extremely small.

Free perks like WiFi and self parking mean guests have more money for fun in the snow. Bonuses like sofa beds, refrigerators, and microwaves are in all condos. Ski storage is also available.
Cons: Desk chair arm was broken. Not enough coffee in room only one pack. No room chair other than office chair. Breakfast room way too small
Pros: The room had all of the necessary amenities.
Pros: Overall a good experience. Rooms aren't too fancy, but they are clean.
