Room are 4 star but service and details are below . I don’t think they reflect the price . For 4 star they need to go a little bit extra .
Pros: All!!! The staff, facilities, cleanliness, confort...
Pros: We used this as a stop over on a cycle ride from Madrid to Malaga. V convenient location in the centre of town, friendly owner and staff, nice rooms, and secure storage for our bicycles ! Great breakfast, just what we needed to fuel our next days' cycling ! We were made to feel v welcome.
Pros: The bed was a twin bed. However, the hotel in general met my expectation, even though there is no gym facilities. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Breakfast should include non pork/ham sausages,etc.....
Pros: Great views, safe, friendly staff
Cons: wifi was spotty. Not a consistent connection. Had trouble and was kicked off frequently

Pros: Very hospitable hosts! Super dinner for only 12,5€. Great location - sheep, cows and horses farms, forest and the village.
Pros: Hosts were delightful and very obliging.
Cons: Shower heads in both rooms were loose and unable to be directed properly. Dinner was lacking in vegetables.
Pros: The property needs some updating and TLC. Pool had a mouse swimming in it. Owner told us that they don't clean up the pool until June. Overall the property is beautiful but a little neglected. The place is run by father and his two sons. They were very attentive and to our great surprise they cooked us the best dinner we have had in Spain so far. They spoiled us for the rest of the trip. Their hospitality was superb. We were the only visitors during our two nights stay. Our teenage kids loved the place. The two dogs on the property were a great entertainment for all of us. It is quite isolated in a beautiful and quiet part of the La Mancha. The owners also own a hunting lodge in the mountains for fishing and hunting. If the place was cleaned up a bit and had more attention to detail this place would be outstanding.
Cons: Place needs some TLC. It's a little neglected.
Situated in Brazatortas, this country house is within 12 mi (20 km) of Plaza de Toro, Church Nuestra Señora de la Asunción, and Puertollano Mining Museum. Pinturas Rupestres La batanera and Sierra de Andujar Natural Park are also within 32 mi (52 km).
Pros: The hotel is pretty and charming. The room looks perfect and the (small) pool and garden are fine too. The staff was very nice on arrival and on the phone.
Cons: After our arrival we wanted to relax in the garden / at the pool. While we sat there, some men kept doing maintainance (using machines next to us) so it wasn’t the relaxed place we expected. This probably was because the next day there people were coming to film for some tv-show, but they should’ve told us earlier. The breakfast was just a bottle of orangejuice with a few slices of old Casino-bread. We asked for some more or something else, and we received a bag of Casino-bread with fungus/mould (hongo / schimmel) on it!!! After showing it to a staffmember we got an apology, but no food or whatsoever, which was even mire disappointing. We won’t go back here.
Cons: smell from the bathroom and no window in bedroom, would have liked fresh bread for breakfast, the booking said we could pay by visa and we couldn't

Located in the centre of Puertollano, just a few minutes from the main attractions and the AVE high-speed train station, the Hotel Puertollano is the best hotel for a stay in Puertollano and the surrounding area thanks to its excellent location, extensive facilities and quality services. Pros: Staff did their best with the facilities available
Cons: Room facing west with hot sun heating the room and no air-con. Building very tired and in need of maintaining.
Pros: The cleanness
Cons: First of all the staff. Especially a man with a beard and black hair. I booked my room with my mum’s card and when doing the check-in he only did not know what was going on but he had the cheekiness of telling me “you shouldn’t be travelling without a card” excuse me? Making false statements without knowing me? I was carrying my bank card the only issue was him not knowing what was going on and his rudeness. I also requested a twin room and they gave me a room with two single beds that we had to push together. One of the pipes in the bathroom was definitely broken and the smell in there was unbearable. Also, just ONE light out of 4/5 in the room worked. The window you either had to flip it around all the way down to leave it open or fully close, as it did not have any buckles to hold it. And if that wasn’t enough, my mum had to send an email TWICE authorising the payment of her card as the email address that the rude guy from reception gave us was all wrong! My advice is, if you’re staying in Puertollano I definitely recommend Santa Eulalia hotel.
Pros: Very clean. Comfy beds. Lovely staff.
Pros: Air Conditioning was surprisingly quiet.
Pros: Clean bathroom and spacious room. Loved the little bar/cafe. Nice staff.
Cons: Couldnt get the air conditioner to work so we opened the window. Really narrow, curved underground garage ramp!
Pros: Comfortable bed, 2 good pillows, ideal location for overnight stop and a good price
Cons: Coffee machine at breakfast
Cons: Breakfest was poor and horible They charge for parking without say it ahead
Cons: to hot to sleap comfortable.
