9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely small beautifully decorated Boutique Hotel in a great location within walking distance to the shops and Romans baths and the River. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Bath.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and helpful staff. Warm comfortable room.
Cons: Bathroom a little shabby and poor drainage in the shower, though staff said it would be renovated soon. No tea making facilities in the room but you can ask for this to be added.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location for Bath Assembly rooms. Friendly helpful staff.
Cons: Nice hotel, lovely staff. Only gripe is that there's no tea/coffee facilities in the bedroom and they only serve free hot drinks until early evening.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed: 10. Space: 10. Charm: 10. The morning tea and coffee were high quality and delicious. The service was outstanding. Just a short and pleasant walk to the city center but in a very quiet street. A beautiful hotel.
Cons: The shower didn't drain well, even after being serviced. Also, and I know this is an American thing, but I would prefer in-room coffee. I struggle to get dressed and ready before coffee.
4.0 Okay
Cons: No complimentary tea/coffee in the rooms, only in the reception lounge area but only switched on throughout the day, which is no use if you are out sightseeing, booked three rooms but needed to cancel one due to illness but still was charged full price. No air conditioning in the rooms, turn down service appalling, no thrills.

Pros: both very good
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was excellent, very helpful and courteous from the front desk to the housekeepers to the kitchen staff. The morning breakfast was very good. The check in and check out was effortless and they were willing to hold our luggage several hours after we checked out. We had unit 4 which had a larger bedroom and a smaller bedroom and was perfect for our party of 3. The bathroom was modern. The location provides easy walking access to all of Bath's central sights.
Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like, but I should mention a few things. There was some street noise which was not bothersome enough to disturb our sleep and was over by midnight. The front stairs are steep and narrow and there is no elevator so I would not recommend this hotel for someone on a walker or cane. The back stairs are wider and easier to negotiate, particularly with a large suitcase.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Central location only a short walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Reserved parking close by.
Cons: We had a triple room which I felt was a bit small and tired for the price paid.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: good location to visit the hot spots
Cons: a little noisy around 11 pm since it is near a pub
