Very clean hotel. Beautiful old building. Great pub atmosphere. Fantastic food. Breakfast was first class. Highly recommended
Nothing to dislike
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view over the picturesque high street. Breakfast was cooked to order with generous portions. Full of character but finished to a modern, luxurious spec. Friendly, efficient staff.
Nothing, perfect country pub / hotel
Really liked the hotel. Nice restaurant with good food. Friendly welcome. Comfy bed and nice ensuite facilities including a very nice shower. Breakfast was great, as was our dinner. Had a nice feel about it and was very good value.
Nothing stands out.
Breakfast was good quality
We stayed in a family room which was not set up for a family at all. There was 1 very uncomfortable double bed - in an average size room . and the floor boards were creepy which meant our baby woke up every time we walked around the room. The room was also locate s at the end of an upstairs and outdoor walkway - which doesn’t make it very safely accessible for a family at all.
Breakfast was super, especially not having to cook it !! Ideal situation for us. daughter has just moved to live in Arlesford.
Glasses at bedside were not washed, one day my early morning cup was not washed. Being on the ground floor was a bit noisy late evening. Parking right outside our window was a bit disturbing.
