Nice staff. Clean rooms. Good location for people not into skiing (like us). Near great restaurants and bars. Hallway noise seems very loud in the room. Superior King room was a bit smaller than I expected if you are traveling with a lot of luggage.
Everyone was super nice. The value during this time of year is amazing. The hotel is walkable to everything, and you can rent bikes for free and bike to Alta lake. The rooms were clean and up to date, and the beds were super comfy (perfect after our half marathon). I would definitely stay here again. While the pool area is fine, it's clean and up to date, it's not big or a luxury pool. It's good for a quick dip but thats about it.
Close to village, free GoPro, and great staff. Super thin walls, the door was very heavy and difficult to open, no business room (to check emails, etc), and the bed was way too soft and uncomfortable.
The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. I can say I will most definitely be going back and would highly recommend it to others looking to stay close to the village!!
enjoyed our time and staff very friendly.
Nice size room, comfortable bed, short walk to the gondola. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Room was clean, furnishings nice and unit was quiet. I am used to 4 star hotels and this was just fine for a short business stay. I was up for a golf tournament. No restaurant and no views. But not totally needed as both are just at your doorstep. Location may seem a bit off to some who don't know Whistler. But it is in an excellent location steps to the main pedestrian stroll in the village and close to two luxury hotels.
The soap smelt nice Pillows weren't very good
Drunk Irish drinking in the hot tub. Extremely annoying people.
The hotel is basic. Feels like an Aloft. Not much in terms of imenities. Very basic room. Zero frills. Lobby eas also very cold. Literally.
Relaxed atmosphere, good bike check
Quick check in/out Friendly and helpful staff Central location Reasonable price Pay parking No kitchinette
We enjoyed everyone minute een though we were only theree for one night, we lkoved the room service, location, and even the nrestaurant in the hotel, t was soo good we went back for breakfast. We also loved the spa and outdoors heated pool and hot tub, we are to go back rally soon. we loved everything
Enjoyed the restaurant at the hotel tremendously. The staff was excellent and made us feel so welcome.
Central location in Whistler. Spacious and comfortable. We were offered a reduction for the car parking charge. Friendly and helpful reception staff allowed us to check in early. (12:00) Facilities were poor. Pool and surround was dirty and untidy. Sunbeds were filthy and sparse. Hot Tub was not working. Room was comfortable but dull. Poor lighting. Noisy cleaning staff talking loudly in corridors ensured that we were awoken early in morning even though we had Privacy sign on door. Car parking charges should be included in the nightly rate.
They don't think it is below them to wash the dishes. They vacuum the floor. They air out the room. They live a rubber duckie after making the bed almost as fast as you get out of it, yet I rarely ever laid eyes on them. They must be Santa's elves. Superb!!
Great staff, location and room. Really enjoyed and highly recommend!
Really loved the room, so nice and comfortable, with a beautiful view and a romantic fireplace. The kitchen was really useful No, everything was as we expected
great location, the staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help any way they could. None
Location was great, centrally located and rooms were comfortable with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stovetop. Staff was rude and front desk was unmanned. It took me over an hour to check in and when I did, they gave me a room that was already occupied by a family. I had to go back downstairs multiple times. Then I had to wait for over an hour for them to clean a room because they could not give me a room with two beds because I purchased my stay at a discounted price. The parking was a rip off because the spaces were so small that most people could not fit their vehicles in the spaces. Myself and two other people had to find other parking spaces, even though we had paid the hotel for their underground parking.
Good Quality for money spent.
Clean accommodation. Everything worked. A couple of late night parties in nearby rooms. Nothing to do with the hotel really.
I love the beds at the Summit! I always book there because it is so cozy! The rooms are comfortable and the spa always smells so good, I will have to go next time I stay. The staff are always amazing. The hotel is a great price and it's close to all village amenities.
Great location to the Village walkway, restaurants and shops. The nicely appointed studio condo has a king bed, sofa, kitchen w/4 place settings, a Keurig, small balcony, WiFi, even a small gas fireplace, and all the amenities one would expect. The staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. There is a shallow pool, hot tub and on site parking ($20/nite extra). Just across Main St is a terrific crepe restaurant (Crepe Montagne) where we had breakfast twice. Check out their "revolutionary rent a fish" program. We had to leave!
Nice location, good amenities, clean, great ski equipment rental facility. I've got charged USD 35 per night for my car's parking, despite the fact that I could've easily taken my car out without even telling the hotel's staff. A rip off.
Service was outstanding. Beds comfortable, facility clean and beautiful. Location perfect for skiing. HVAC system was not up to the standards of the rest of the hotel. Did not fuction well when there were temperature swings outdoors.
Hotel is located right next to the bottom of the blackcomb mountain lifts. All the amenities of the hotel.
Food was good. Drinks good. Staff friendly and very helpful.
The amenities were great No breakfast reservations. No place to get a cup of coffee in the AM except the room.
The pool was packed with screaming kids, even in the lap pool.
We traveled with small children, skied everyday, enjoyed the breakfast choices, the lounge after skiing and the kids loved the late afternoon sledding and relaxing in the hot tub. The staff and facilities were all fabulous. The young people working there appeared to enjoy themselves and their jobs as much as the guests enjoyed the surroundings- hats off to the team of managers who keep this place so positive and the attention to the details!! We hope to make it an annual visit!!!
Fairmont Gold rooms were worth the extra money. The hotel was just amazing overall.
Close to everything. Friendly staff Small room, needed to be updated. Very noisy at night (from both the hallway and the street.
Very clean rooms . Very nice staff, cleaning ladies were very good and friendly
Proximity to the village walk -- the main cobblestone street where all the shops are located. Close to the center of town. Bathroom was not clean - even after cleaning staff were through the second day. Hair behind door, and stuff on floor tile. Pool and hottub offer no privacy - windows from restaurant are beside pool.
We went on our 1 year anniversary, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They gave us a complimentary bottle of Champagne, delivered by the manager on our first night there. Looks like each room had their own balcony, which was a fun experience to be able to walk out each morning and breath the fresh mountain air. When we asked for recommendations, they were happy to help and did not only suggest the restaurants they had a partnership with. Overall great experience.
The room was nice and big and the bed was very comfy! Pool was freezing cold!!
Location noisey room
That we were left alone and put in a quiet place in the hotel. The parking situation as it costs money. I have never heard of paying for parking at a hotel.
The hotel is right in the village, so we were close to coffee shops and the ski hill. We came in the off-season so the village was pretty sleepy, but we were there to relax. The staff was very chatty and warm, and offered us some promotions with local restaurants and shops. Since we were in Whistler for our anniversary, we used one of the promotions to have an excellent meal at Ric's Grill, attached to the hotel. So delicious, and after a stroll around the town we fell into bed. The room was smaller than expected.
Right in the village and walking distance to everything. Exits everywhere so you don't have to walk around buildings. Expensive, especially for shoulder season. Facilities were mediocre and seemed to be installed just so they could tick the boxes. Room was great but since the hotel is a little older some stuff is in need of repairs.
Excellent location in the middle of the village but not noisy at all. Friendly staff. Basic room but clean and comfortable.
The Cystal Lodge is one of the orginal Blackcomb Village hotels positioned in the heart of the orginal village. It is literally central to all the shops and resteraunts as well as a short walk to both mountain ski lifts. Excellent place to stay and will even accept pets for a nominal charge. no complaints
It was quiet and relaxing, close to town centre, pleasant staff, and fun place to be. No
Service and Cleanliness was great. We liked that you could take your dog. Nothing
The feont desk staff was very friendly and did very hard to accomidate us on our requests. All the staff was great! I know it was a very busy weekend we were there, but the room we had was very noisey people were partying till after 3am and the hallways were continually noisey with people talking very loud by our room this was all hours of the night and in the morning. It was very hard to get rest.
The staff were so helpful and friendly, the room was wonderful and I really enjoyed the suite facilities - particularly the outdoor heated pool!
Central location in the Village. Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff made it a pleasant stay.
Great staff, beautiful rooms, well stocked kitchen. Got s great rate for spring time. Would stay again.
It's quite rare to pay extra for wifi internet services. Most of the hotels world wide offer that service free.
The suite has been recently renovated, well laid out and very clean. There is a Pool that us good for kids older than 5 (it starts at 4 ft and is mostly outside). Our room was on the second floor directly over a nightclub. Not getting any sleep before 3am really put a damper on everything else.
Had a excellence experience during my stay. Great selection of beer and great food. The atmosphere in the village was positive and made some great purchases at the outdoors stores. My kids and I wished we could stay longer and will plan more vacations in the future.
The suite was perfect for our needs. N/A
Priced well, facilities were excellent, and location was good. Not much
I made reservations at the Delta simply because I recognized the name. I originally had myself and another guest staying in a suite, when we had a last minute addition, the folks at the front desk made quick changes and got us setup with a 3 bed suite. The three of us were there to bike at the end of the season, and the front desk staff, managers and cleaners are the most accommodating group of people I've ever had the pleasure to stay with (and i average 8months on the road per year, so that's a lot). The hotel is clean. Spa is really nice. Staff is amazing. Rooms are huge for the price you pay comparatively for the rest of whistler. Nothing.
The staff were friendly and cooperative and the allocated rooms were excellent, comfortable and with a good view, all at reasonable rates.
Thè central location makes up for any thing that might have been wrong.
For a Hilton it felt very dated, and basic. Honestly felt like staying at a Super 8. Was very surprised given the Hilton brand. The bed was very soft, to the point of providing very little support.
Room was great, perfect for what we needed, staff at the front desk had a really hard time explaining the charges to our credit card, when all they needed to say was its a damage deposit.
the staff was very responsive to our calls about noisy radio in the next room,
Large room, centrally located in whistler village Tried the Hilton thinking it was a step up but was disappointed. Beyond a larger room I have stayed at better 3* hotels and got better service and the same location. Ski arrangements with summit sports was inconvenient with lines of people (no priority) and limited service yet paid a premium!! Cheaper to rent with black tie or intersport with better quality equipment! Will not stay at the Hilton again... to top it all as I went through a 3rd party they didn't honor m'y HH membership! Guess my business will go elsewhere next time
They were more than accomidating, they have an awesome party on thursdays called Swedish apres ski I believe. The staff was really nice and courteous and our room was very nice, spacious and had a full kitchen. Walk to the lift and all the hot spots in town takes about 3-5 minutes depending on how hungover you are from the previous night! Whistler is a great time, I would suggest it to anyone! The hot tub outside is very small and it's also not warm enough to be refreshing. For me a temperate hot tub is essential to help with sore muscles from skiing/ boarding. Also they let little kids in the hot tub. Although I love kids, I'm not trying to hear them screaming/playing while I'm trying to relax on my vacation in the hot tub. However the indoor hot tub is a touch warmer but still not warm enough.
Good Location Excellent Facilities
It was close to the village and activities.
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Location on edge of main village, rooms are a good size and well furnished. Sound insulation is good, bed very comfortable. All staff I met were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Charge of 25 CAD per day for car parking is high. No oven in the room only hob and microwave.
Location and staff were excellent dental floss left under corner of bed on floor. When you purchase on a discount website the hotels tend to give you rooms in the older part of the hotel etc.
The room was actually clean, staff was super friendly and outgoing. Parking was $30.00 a night, I know all the hotels in Whistler charge for parking but paying $100.00 after taxes on top of the cost for the room for 3 nights just for parking seems a little steep.
I liked to stay at the Nita Lake Lodge because the hotel was located right in front of lake, and there was a beautiful trail that you can take a walk or bike just right behind the hotel. We followed the trail all the way to Whistler village, and It was 4.5Km and took us about an hour. The portion of food at the restaurant located right below the hotel was way too small, but the price was very expensive.ex:2pieces of smaill pieces of French toast with 3 slice of fruit cost me $14, and a cup of orange juice cost$4. I was still hungry after paid more than $20. Also, parking cost additional $15 per a day.
The lake, free bike rental pool too small, not enough lounge chairs by the pool, not enough services provided in the room (like robes), think walls, can hear noise from neighbours, extra pay for parking
The hotel is in a beautiful position overlooking the lake. It was very restful and relaxing watching people rowing, fishing or swimming in the lake. No hairdrier in the bedroom
Excellent staff. Very helpful.
Accommodation was luxurious and comfortable. It was a stretch to describe our view as "lake view". Unit 217 has a view of the bike path. We thought that charging $20 for parking on a $200 a night room was absurd. Menu in restaurant was limited but excellent quality. Wine list was lacking and horribly overpriced. The Whistler experience is shiny on the outside but a poor value overall.
Room was spectacular. Staff very friendly. Food and drink was good value for Whistler.
The service was excellent...very friendly, effort made to create a positive visit. Beautiful lodge. I don't know if this was the fault of booking.com or the hotel, but the room that we had reserved was not available when we checked in. However, the hotel staff worked to remedy the problem and even provided a complimentary dinner for our honeymoon.
Gorgeous, spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds and loved the adjustable tv! I always find it bothersome when facilities tack on extra charges . . . for example, the $15/night parking. The location of the hotel suggests that you would need a car and therefore would need somewhere to park it. Why not just build that into your pricing matrix? I feel like I get "two-bitted" to death when I travel and this is another example of this, when I travel I want one simple cost!
it was well placed and staff went out of there way to help you dinning room needs to get its act into gear, very dissapointed with the servise
Beautiful, spacious, clean, and well-appointed rooms. Wonderful setting. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Beautiful view. No trash cans in the hotel or even outside the hotel. They have them in the rooms, but we'd rather not have my daughter's stinky diapers pollute our living quarters. Shuttle service to/from the village is a bit slow, due to the single van and the distance.
The service was excellent - i hurt my ankle skiing and the staff were quite nice about providing ice etc. Also, a friend stayed with us and getting the pull out sofa made up was not a problem. The rooms are fabulous.
Staff and location were amazing.
Nice room and all but it was the staff that really made it. They were always very friendly. Also, we loved the pub downstairs (Dubh Linn Gate Pub).
good location to all of the Whistler attractions and activities
The hotel was well placed in Whistler right next to the main gondolas. The room was well equipped with full kitchen facilities including a dishwasher. Not wild about the idea of the folf-down bed, though the extra room during the day was welcome.
Quality, location,Service, it is as a quality hotel. Cost of overnight parking
I love the location and the amenities were excellent. The room was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly!
Wonderful hotel. I went on a busy long weekend and had a very late check in - but they made up for that by giving me an extended late check out. Excellent room service. The Wagyu Steak and frites is amazing for its reasonable price of wagyu. I also did the 9am yoga class which was a nice treat. Their gym facilities have state of the art high end equipment and very clean/ provides headsets/ water bottles/ cool towels. Wait time for check in and poor quality TV - the screen colour was distorted and hurt my eyes
The staff was incredibly friendly. Lack of amenities or extras, charging for bottled water, no mini bar, old furniture, uncomfortable beds, pillows, old towels, bathrobes, coffee service in morning too short and very basic, no water pressure in shower
Service of Valet
Rooms are comfortable. TV is nice. Hotel is steps away from downtown Whistler. hot tub was broken for 50% of the time we were there. Parking is an extra $18 per day. No A/C in room.
Proximity to restaurants and shops, as well as being the closest hotel to the conference center (the business part of my trip!). The free breakfast was a great option for rushed mornings. While in our room, we could clearly hear the shower and sink in the next room and it sounded so loud that we thought it was coming from our room! May not be a great choice for noise sensitive sleepers.
Location, location, location - right next to everything you need in Whistler. Good rooms and service and a great price Walls are thin, we could hear noise from next room clearly
Excellent location, awesome staff, very affordable. Rooms are clean and quiet. Parking is expensive, although that's the same with hotels around it.
Location,breakfast, Very small room
The location was good Don't bother staying here I certainly won't in the future. Check in was a nightmare. They told me my name wasn't on the booking despite me booking with my visa card and paying in full before hand had to call a booking agent and get them to call. I was standing there at the front desk They told me my name wasn't on the booking despite me booking with my visa card and paying in full before hand. had to call a booking agent and get them to call the front desk whilst I waited around. We had to move rooms once, as the first room stunk of smoke, had cigarette burns, gum on the phone, and toilet hadn't been cleaned, then the second room wasn't any better but we were only there for 2 days on a non refundable booking so we couldn't be bothered to keep moving rooms. Or room was right beside the lobby and maids room so noise was 24/7. On check out they tried to charge us for an additional couple despite the original booking already had been for 4 people. Anyways terrible and dirty place. If it had one positive its that the location is great. Apologies for the poor grammar and spelling as I'm on my phone
location stuffy room
Staff is awesome. They try to help you through all your problems as far as they can. The location of the hotel is good, right in the village. Hotel needs major updates. Totally dated rooms and equipments. For a place like whistler it is expected that rooms are well heated at the very least! The heater in the room was non functional. Staff provided us with portable heater. In additional to that the carpet in the room was damp and icy cold for some reason. Overall the entire experience of sleeping for a night was terrible. Free wifi sucks and keeps dropping connection every few minutes. Free breakfast is lame few muffins, toasts, coffee etc.
The quietness and cleanliness overall was impressive. Staff were helpful and friendly.Ideal location for Whistler Village.
I liked the wonderful, comfortable bedding, the luxurious room, the proximity to the town of Whistler and the fitness centre I was disappointed that the booking confirmation I received from booking.com did not match the booking information the hotel had. We had to pay another $80.00 plus to get upgraded or we would have had two queen beds in the main area
that is v.good hotel
The room was beautiful! The bedding was so comfortable we didn't want to get up. It was clean and well situated. Yes. The workmen were installing new carpeting directly above us. This resulted in pounding, scraping and dropping tools on the floor all afternoon long. I went to the desk after several hours and complained (something I never do). The person did not offer to move us that day and said the noise would stop in 5 minutes. 45 minutes to an hour, it was still going strong. I think this is inexcusable.
Location Price that had to be paid for the parking. Very expensive.
The hotel was very clean and accessible right to the gondola's, ski in and ski out. Located right in the heart of the village you can park your car and forget about it during your stay while you wander around and get to know the Whistler village area. Close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment.
Great location directly connected to the Whistler Village. The service was great and the community areas within the hotel are really nicely done and everything looks great. Almost all the doors in my room were hard to close. The pillows needed to be replaced and the rooms just lacked a bit of cleanliness.
Easy parking and check in. Great bed!
Very spacious comfortable room. The room smelled of cigarette smoke throughout our 2 day stay and upon telling the staff was offered a coffee to make up for it.
An excellent suite of rooms, would loved to have stayed more than one night No
Close proximity to the village, comfort and good service Absolutely nothing!
Great room, close to the village, staff was very helpful One of the 2 elevators was broken for most of the first day we were there, resulting in 10 minute waits. I was also disapointed that parking wasn't included, and had to be paid for seperately, this is sub-par for this class of hotel
Staff efficient and very helpful When the hotel is obviously not busy it would be helpful if one was allowed to extended one's stay until 4:00 pm - the offer suggested by staff was a rate of 40% of the 24 hour room rate for 2 extra hours
The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and welcoming. Great pool and hot tub.
We enjoyed the layout of the room with fireplace and eating area altogether and the view was lovely.Kitchen was well equiped. The temperture control of the room was not very good. The room was very hot and only could cool down by opening the door, also our skies and boots were not returned to our hotel and they were stored apart which delayed our departure..
It's a good hotel, but not a luxurious one.
My wife and I stayed three nights here at the end our our recent holiday in Canada. Great location in the centre of Whistler Village. We were upgraded for free to a suite with great self catering and other facilities. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great hotel in a great location.
Excelletn location and hotel rooms, they are small one bedroom apartments with fanatastic kitchens Bedroom got too hot and not enough lighting
Fantastic hotel and staff. Our room was great. Highly recommend spending a little more on the suite with a hot tub. So worth it. Don't pass this gem of a hotel by! The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we couldn't stay longer!
The hotel is conveniently situated in the village and the room was well equipped for a family with lots of room and comfort. No gym and no recycle collection in rooms.
MInt shampoo and great mattress The top sheet on the bed was a bit rough, need finer weaved sheets. The additional daily parking fee was a bit stiff.
The shuttle was the best part The place was old, and worn out. Room smelt like smoke. We were barely their so we didn't complain
clean, roomy suite . Staff very friendly and helpful . Shuttle service into Whistler village wonderful No
Staff was great. Service and quality of the breakfast was fantastic. Loud people catching the bus after midnight. My room overlooked the entrance area and it was loud.
We enjoyed our peaceful and quiet the hotel was, the pool and hot tubs were a nice plus. Staff were lovely and the bus stopped right out front of the hotel which made trips to the village easy. We would stay there again for sure. Lovely patio to sit and have coffee or even BBQ up some food with the bbqs provided. If your looking for a quiet stay away from the party of the village this is the place for you. Hot tub wasn't very warm and it was 8 minutes from the village so it took planning(minor) to make sure we weren't waiting to long for the bus.
The rooms are well equipped. Although the hotel is a fair way from the village, there is a convenient free shuttle at the door. The hotel was overcrowded during a summer weekend. We had to wait in line for breakfast and when we got to the hashbrowns and eggs, there were none left. The next morning (Monday) there weren't so many people but the hot breakfast consisted in pancakes... The rooms are good but there is no air-conditioning and it can get pretty hot on summer days. $ 15 per night for parking (no alternative) is a bit much considering the rates of the rooms.
The room, easy transport links breakfast arrangements, cost of car parking
We got a suite, with two balconies, two bedrooms/bathrooms, nice and cool in spite of 25oC outside. Great for a weekend trip with friends, Good value for money No dining close by
pool was small but not crowded Hotel was way to far from the village and was not told this upon booking
We loved the free shuttle to the village. What a magnificent bonus. We used the shuttle twice. The buffet was very plain and unfortunately for us, the hotel was so crowed that we could not get into the pool the evening we stayed. We tried again the next morning, but it was not open until 10:00am. We would really suggest opening the pool at 9:00am. It would of been nice to have a swim before we checked out.
No cream for the coffee in the morning. No power in the room until you insert the key in an inside switch -- front desk staff didn't warn me, so I thought there was a mechanical problem. Needed earplugs because dance music went boom boom boom all night. Shower setup means you have to stand under cold water when you turn it on.
I am not prone to gushing reviews, & with the caveat I don't know other whistler hotels, this was one of the best hotels for the price I've ever stayed at. Genuinely attractive living area with every amenity, view onto mountains, v comfy bed, charming and helpful staff. We were there for a break with our 2 yr old and was ideal for adult canoodling downstairs while babba slept upstairs, or vice versa. We could easily have imagined staying a couple of extra days just to enjoy the rooms. The patio, though v large with great views, was a bit concrete-y unattractive.
location, cleanliness, price, staff, suite itself was nicely layed out, air conditioner worked well. slow elevator, hot tub was way too cool both days
Everything...well organized I couldn't rest very well because of the music and all the noise from the night club..
Great location... Nice room and staff... The club next door thumpin music from 9pm till 2am... But atleast they leave ear plugs in the room for you.
the mountains the dark and dingy halls poor lighting in the living room , can't read . towels had to be asked for, not enough toiletries, dinky patio filthy hallway carpets, poor communication between staff
The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located and within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants.
Lovely staff, room small but very comfortable, convienent. 1. Room could have had crockery and cutlery and a microwave. Less of the alcohol in the fridge and more space for milk, youghurt etc. 2. This is some thing that most hotels get wrong: hairdrier and mirror and chair should always be closely situated (and not in the bathroom, that is dangerous) so that drying hair is comfortable and easy
excellent location, very helpful staff, nice details (microwave, log fireplace, scented lotions in bath, unique shower!)
the room no restaurant, no breakfast included
we had a bathroom door that jammed shut, several staff attempted to fix it without success so we were upgraded to a great two bedroom suite. big bonus. the fittings and supplied effects were lovely and the ambience was great. would have been perfect for a romantic break - which wasn't us, but we enjoyed the luxury after two months of travelling on a budget.
Sucks, it's like a dorm. Waste of money and the place smells weird with a lot of college kids , No place for a family to stay . Be Aware !!!!!!
I liked this one bed room suite with one queen and two single sofa beds. it is very good for small family. less view
Great staff. Close to shopping and major attractions. Rooms feel old. Heater hard to figure out
Cheap Really close to Fitzsimmons lift if you're a mountain biker (I am) Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night (3AM) because some other guests were smoking indoors. Took over an hour to shut off, so I basically didn't get any quality sleep; hotel staff was unapologetic for the most part.
My room was nothing special, and I was a bit taken back that it was a hideaway bed, but it was comfortable enough. The hotel itself was not fancy, but everything I needed and an excellent deal for the money. Be aware of an extra $19 charge for parking. Absolutely zero complaints and worked great for two nights. I would stay here for a week even, and would stay again. Hideaway bed, parking fee.
The location is hard to beat. You're as close to the resort lifts as virtually any upscale hotel.
Location was great!
It was a good last minute deal in terms of price, since we only stayed one night. Had many amenities such as kitchen, TV, WiFi etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location in the heart of the village. Entire room and most amenities were quite outdated and not too clean. The bed was a pull down bed and not very comfortable. The walls are also thin so you could hear noise from other rooms. Cleanliness was also low in the main room, but the bathroom was clean and updated.
good location with underground car park
Very convenient setting. Extremely helpful and friendly staff at reception. Parking was convenient. And Whistler in the Summer is magnificent! No
I enjoyed how close we were to the village but that's about it It was weird how the hotel and the front desk were in different buildings. The front desk staff gave terrible and confusing directions to where parking and our building were. Our towels had hairs and stains on them and we had to call to get fresh ones which is unacceptable in s hotel. The floor looked like it hadn't been properly vacuumed either.
Wonderful location. Exceptional staff. Well kept. A bit hard to find & limited check in parking
the hotel and the room was very comfortable. There was a small kitchen with all you need ! The decoration of the room was very nice The parking is 15 CAD for one night
rooms as small suites are nice. kitchenette would be useful. no real lobby social space
It was central There was no proper entrance to park and unload. The staff should smile a little more, even if they have to fake it.
The location is great. A 5 minute walk to the backcomb and whistler ski lifts. It's worth it if you can get a good deal, but the facility and rooms need a facelift. The bed and be linings in particular weren't great. And we were disappointed that the hot tub was at a sister hotel, not actually at this facility.
location is great, very clean, staff nice. extra charge for parking ($24 per day) and wi-fi
The bed was the best feature...very comfortable...we liked the balcony the bathroom was very small and uncomfortable...the door hit the toilet so you could not open it all the way....no air conditioning, smelled like wood smoke in the room....however it is under renovations so hopefully some of these things will improve.
Nice room, friendly and helpful staff, great location
The location of this hotel is just perfect - very close to the lift. In addition, rooms are greatly furnished.
good pool and hot tub sink in bathroom almost plugged-drain plug filthy
Benevolentness of hotel employees. Nothing.
Easy, Free parking, service and comfort. Close to amenities. I told the curteous staff that during the night, the doors in the hallway slammed alot waking up myself easily but my wife too who is not a light sleeper.
We like the space itself and would book accommodation here again. We would also recomment the hotel to families and young sports minded people we know.
it had a bedroom; enjoyed the pool and hottubs and of course the fireplace very loud- could hear people in hallways and the people next door were partying very late at night and we very loud
i like the kitchen...it's pretty good.
