Raffael in the bar and dining room - warmly friendly and welcoming - fun. Breakfast was very good. There was no information in our room about air-conditioning, hot water, dining room menu, the city and palace, television - especially English channels
Nice Hotel good location. Noisy, very noisy, pay wi-fi, I stayed for six nights and they were unable to replace a light bulb in the shower even though I notified them on the first day.
you have to use public carpark, access is difficult, the staff were not very helpful
The staff at the hotel went beyond what I expected to accomodate us, including assisting with the car rental. Also, while some of the guide books called the decor at the hotel non-decript or plain, actually the hotel is undergoing renovation, the room we had was all wired with the hi-tech capabilities, lighting, etc and had a understated, great modern decor. We really liked it.
The rooms were renovated and nicely appointed. I had a double for single use and it was fine. The hotel, on your web site, offered a two bedroom suite. They do not have any two bedroom suites, they only have junior suites which are certainly not the same.
Being so close to the Royal Palace and gardens. view from our window of the grounds!
Easy to find with car parking close by. The restaurant was open until 22:30 giving us a chance to get a meal even though we checked in late. The room was quite and the beds spacious. I can't think of anything!
Good attention to customer The hotel requires renovation! The shower hinges were rusty, the door rubber seal was hanging, the "do not disturb" sign and safe were not functioning. The hotels needs to make small repairs before theay become major.
Nice new room. Close to palace and shops. Uninterested staff. Not service minded!
position the room was too small
The hall is a spectacular excercise in tastlessly showy design, complete with a flashy neon reproduction of Botticelli's primavera. I immagine this may appeal to some but to europeans it looks frankly outrageous. If you like trash tho... First of all this hotel is not in Caserta.Neighborhood is dreadful and dangerous. Getting there from Caserta Nord means you'll be forced to make a UTurn on the main street. Once there we couldn't find parking. We got to the reception, waited 10 minutes for a receptionist to show up only to find out our room was not ready. We were asked to leave our luggage there and take a walk (this translates into loytering in the main street among flamboyant day/night workers). Later on we got back and they gave us the wrong key so that we entered a room already occupied by somebody else (with all related security issues). We finally reached our small room. Broken air-cond.Overall design is dreadfully kitch, complete with fake neon-botticelli in the hall.
Excellent facilities in spacious rooms. Quite inside the building. Very good breakfast included. Value for money. Good for one night stop over to visit Caserta Palace. Very noisy outside (for example by the pool) as it's located on the junction of 2 extremely busy roads. Not child friendly.
The frendliness of the staff particulalry at the bar and reception The room access card did not work on a number of occasions. The hotel was aware of this and stated that it will be resolved at the end of this year but was somtimes a minor inconvenience.
lovely room and terrace with our room. Hotel looked very nice. only one retaurant open, staff in the retaurant were terrible, i complained to the manager as the service was shocking and the food not much better. Hotel did not charge us for dinner. very close to the motorway so no way you could have a window open at night.
The aesthetics of the hotel. Nice rooms and halls. Great breakfast. Room equipment (e.g. shaving set, ). The hotel is a real museum! Too far from city center. Shuttle to city center not included (charged: 8 euros). No in room internet services (e.g. wifi). No bathtub. Shower too high. Bathroom was cold with respect to the room temperature.
This 4 star hotel feels like a 5 star at a 3 star price.
Room, nice and large.
Ease of use n/a
Rooms were a good size and reasonably comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel was fine for a 2 night stopover, would not really like to stay any longer. Hotel was quite empty lacked atmosphere. Probably better suited as a conference hotel
The staff was most excellent. The hotel facilities are all very recent and good. The breakfast was very nice! The lack of proper parking. The bathroom could be improved.
The hotel was contemporary and clean. The staff was very receptive and helpful as soon as you walked in the door. The complimentary breakfast was good. Shopping district one block away. The thermostat was small and difficult to see and operate. It would be helpful to have a brief instruction pamphlet in the room for reference. A few dials on the thermostat not knowing their function. I booked 2 rooms and one room did not have a safe.
The lack of parking space was a major disadvantage
Oddly the hotel displayed no name other than 'Hotel' outside. Clean and moderately priced, it was good value for money and well located for visiting the Royal Palace. The breakfast was pretty unexciting. For the money, it provided a good experience. The staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast, included in the room rate, was not specially good.
internet pay,it would be very good to use free internet in your hotel. This would be a big plus to your hotel.
Friendly helpful service. Good shower and bathroom. Great position in town, near shops, attractive square, right by the Reggia (the big palace and tourist reason for being in town). All staff were very nice - breakfast staff went out of their way to give us great service and choice. The reception staff gave a great restaurant recommendation and drew a nice walk on the map. And great price. Signs suggested there was a gym but it wasn't open and showed no likelihood of being open soon (the designated space was just a storage room).
Clean and Good Value Food was mediocre.
Having a living room was wonderful extra space at this price!
cleanliness, service, comfortable, spacious rooms close to reggia di Caserta
Good location and friendly staff. Good value for money.
The hotel staff were extremely helpful. There were roadworks happening nearby and they offered to come and help us locate their offsite park.We stayed in Caserta to visit the nearby Palace and the location of the hotel was perfect for that. The rooms were generously proportioned with a sofa as well as a bed and the little extras like slippers and a robe to use were appreciated. Breakfast was quite ample. Difficult to access but that was more due to the roadworks than the location.
The nicest and most helpful staff on our entire tour of Italy
The rooms were pretty much suites, consisting of a living area and a bedroom. All was very nice, new, clean. Both rooms had its own AC unit. Free parking not far from the hotel was a plus, and free wi-fi also helped. Hotel staff spoke very little English, which is not to be held against them, just if you don't have a phrase book, it may be hard to communicate.
Good staff. Good location. Actually this hotel is not 4*. May be 2*. The photos on the site is much more better than reality. Could not advise this hotel to stay. Breakfast was poor. Actually it's hard to find quite good hotel with the good price in the cities of southern Italy, so if you have not any other ways, you could stay there for one night.
Very close to the station and the staff were extremely helpful. Room was of a very good size and good value for money.
The room was excellent. Shower was stopped up and no hot water in the evening. Shower was quickly fixed and plently of hot water next morning
This 4-star hotel, nevertheless it is not very expensive. Rooms are very large, most of them are two-room. Wi-fi internet in rooms is very fast. Breakfast is very good. Hotel is very nice. Walls between rooms are very thin, so everyone can hear what in other rooms happens.
Beautiful grounds and the design of the hotel was stunning. Fantastic staff. Very comfortable. Had a 'not quite built yet' quality about it! Obviously they hadn't quite finished it - but were doing very well in the circumstances! Also, the signage to the hotel is really bad so make sure you arrive in the day time and get them to direct you - again, I think it's just because it's not quite finished that the signs from the road are non-existant.
Beautiful buildings ... a restored stone village turned into a top quality resort. Gorgeous pool and spa facilities. Too hot to take advantage of the sauna, turkish bath, etc, but lovely. Wonderful lunch by the pool - the baked goods are over-the-top amazing. I believe the roll I had at lunch was the best roll of my lifetime. Strangely we were the only guests for three days ... the local town, Telese Terme, is not a dream location by any imagination. We did find places to eat though ... locanda di pacchiana was a really good, inexpensive, local place for dinner.
The kind attention of the staff. it was one of the highlights of our stay in Italy. no, it was great
Staff were brilliant, couldn't do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Facilities are excellent. Set in a wonderful area of the country between the mountains of Campania and deep valleys. Food very good. Close to a town (Telese Terme) for convenience but set apart to give a countryside feel. Not Really - have suggested that travel instructions are updated to make it easier to find.
The rooms are modern. The stay is very convenient and comfortabel.
The attitude and friendliness of the manager and staff were outstanding. Although we had some technical problems with the air conditioning and the wifi, the efforts and overall response by the manager and staff to resolve them was exceptional. Each room has it's own computer as well as wifi for mobile devices. The flat screen tv has a wide range of channels and the bathroom is state of the art and clean. Our room was also quite large and breakfast was served in the room at the time we specified. Parking was on-site and free. The issues regarding the air conditioning and wifi were unusual and not the fault of the hotel.
The hotel was great. Good position to visit the Reggia, awesome amenities, all it's brand new and extremely chic none
The hotel staff let us deposit suitcases at Hotel Europe closer to the station while we looked around the palace. Really modern and comfortable hotel. Little bit far from the station. We had breakfast in the room, but the room was not so large with one small table.
Looks quite modern, new and everything white
The suite that we had (and the building) itself was excellent . The staff were friendly but not trained to international 4 star standard and seemed unable to deliver even the simplest requirements. The restaurant and room service options were very limited and the waiting staff were appalling. Improved staff training and catering would make this good hotel a great hotel.
confortable for business-man locate in a strategic location to visit that area but you must have the car. In max 30min you can reac Naples, Vesuvio parck, Ercolano or Pompei and in 1hr you get Costiera Amalfitana Breackfast ends at 9.30, maybe too early
Very modern hotel just off the motorway. We used it 3 times to break our journey from Sicily to France. Good value for money.
Nice room at good price, pet friendly, friendly staff even very late check-in.
Lovely place, little dificult to find, great welcome, dinner of antipasta was excellent,by candle light and pool, lovely pool, children delighted that swimming pool had a diving board
good location, helpfull staff, good amentities, especially the pool
Close to old town, relatively quiet surroundings. Occasionally there was just one young woman on duty who did not seem to understand the word 'explain' (what items on the menu were etc) in either English or Italian and so sevice was very slow.
Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make us welcome and share their knowledge of the locality Nothing really, although it would be very nice to have access to a small lounge area near the bar.
Good location, walking distance from the medieval town, good base to visit the Caserta Palace we had a room at last floor which was small and low and with not much air. Probably comfort is better in proper rooms.
Location. Room balcony.
Quiet position and delightful staff. Good value. Swimming pool water was a bit sore for eyes
We planned to stay two nights and stayed for four. The location next to Cassertaanitca was walking distance. This is a typical Italian family run hotel so if you know Italy you will understand. Also dont expect English to be spoken however take your phrase book and try, they are very helpful and welcoming. We had some problems during our stay not associated with the hotel and they could not have been more helpful. It was nice to sightsee during the day then sunbathe round the pool to rest although the recent winds and rain had blown debris into the pool it was apparrent that the whole place is clean. The restaurant is used by locals at lunch time that says a lot about the quality of the food.
Very clean. Would probably be good for families with children. Nice pool area. The location was very far from Caserta and not that easy to find. The town is remote and has only a few pizza restaurants for dining. The halls were poorly insulated for sound. Hard beds and few pillows. Breakfast was minimal.
The hotel is located in a small mountain resort some distance from Caserta close to bars and restaurants busy in the evening. The room was comfortable and adequate for a short stay and the price was reasonable. Reception staff seemed a little disinterested but efficient. The choice for breakfast was limited but adequate.
