Pros:The staff was nice
Cons:I would not stay here again 2 reasons: 1st bedding was gross I'm very concerned that there may have been bed bugs on the bedding. Black specks on sheets and blanket. The top blanket had black marks on it. I asked the front desk to look and both front desk and the cleaning staff state the black markings are from the dryer. Either way its disgusting. 2nd the parking lot is not in the safest area it is a little ways from the hotel. This hotel was definitely was not worth the price I paid.
Pros:My sister and I stayed 4 days at the Amarillo Comfort Inn off Soncy Dr. Staff were so helpful, room spotless, breakfast was great. Highly recommend.
Cons:DIdn't like the location. Didn't realize it was so far away from the airport and seemed to be on the edge of town but was certainly handy to many restaurants for us.
Cons:Front desk person was confused
Cons:Car broken into and luggage stolen. Hotel has no outside security cameras.
Pros:The pool was great and jacuzzi fun and large but there was way too much chlorine which started to irritate my kids eyes.
Cons:There was a confusion about who was paying and rate, they didn't seem to understand going through a third party travel thing as they tried to charge me.
Pros:Clean and neat. Great breakfast.
Cons:Coming in from the west late at night, it was difficult for me to find the entrance. The two gals at the front desk were not friendly, did not mention anything about breakfast, and appeared to be more interested about carrying on their conversation than striving to make us feel welcome. That bothered me all night.
Pros:Location is close to shopping and medical. Breakfast food was good.
Cons:Noisy lobby that spilled into room, thin walls. Tiny bathroom, hair on floor from previous guests. Small, worn bath towels, beds are too firm. Coffee tastes terrible.

Cons:Lady at the front desk was rude. Told us we didn't have a reservation when I gave her the conformation number. I also gave her my first and last name several times. I had to get KAYAK to call her to prove we had reservations. Our room was loud with thin walls and ceiling. A/C didn't work. The window was open when we got the room. Front desk said only room available.
Pros:The staff, the rooms, breakfast, the facilities, pool and hot tub were great.
Pros:Facility was well kept and staff was friendly and professional. Location was convenient and quiet.
