Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was great and the owner had gone the extra mile for us and provided with a delicious gluten free bread from the village baker
6.0 Good
Pros: The breakfast was fine, in a lovely room, with pleasant music playing quietly in the background; and the outward appearance of the Chateau was excellent. The parking facilities were OK.
Cons: The pool maintenance was not as good as others we had visited, with flies and other insects in the pool and maintenance was being carried out whilst the pool was in use, with a net being used to fish out floating objects. The room was as expected dated, but the equipment was not well maintained, eg a heater (which wasn't used) with tape wrapped around it was a little discouraging, as was the tea-set on the mantlepiece which had black deposits in some of the cups (decorative to be fair but nevertheless discouraging). The temperature of the water was far too hot and care needed to be taken when using the shower or water at the sink. The parking facilities were OK, but as we had arrived a little early and had walked around we saw another parking area where we thought we could park. We were directed away from that area to the one near the entrance, in a rather abrupt manner. Our mistake, but it left us feeling quite unwelcome.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The ambience was excellent and the Hosts were very welcoming. Excellent breakfast.
Cons: N/A
7.5 Good
Pros: Lovely room with working air con.
Cons: Swimming pool not in action as per brochure. Looking forward to a swim after a very long drive and very disappointed. No soap in dispenser!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was way too far from the nearest city. Breakfast was OK. nothing more. While the owner was making an effort to give the place a feeling of a genuine "Chateau" the place was quite far from delivering this.
Cons: Location, overall attention to details, walking the extra mile to make it what was meant

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Booked 2 nights for visiting Futuroscope (about a 10 min drive away) and was so thankful we took the 'cave' room as it was during the last heat wave in France ... but with this room and the pool we were good! Perfect also for taking a break from a long day at the park, returning for a swim and returning to park for the shows. Breakfast included great value for money! Couple of nice restaurants around (car needed) also.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous experience. Bedroom in a cave! Very very comfortable.

4.5 Okay
Pros: You will need mosquito spray in and out . The shower room/wc is through the dining room and straight of the kitchen . The hosts are very helpful but they have a lot to learn .
Cons: Mosquito's in the bedroom buzzing and biting all night ,no windows , having to go through the house to use the shower or WC .
9.3 Excellent

Cons: Bedclothes could have been better quality to make sleeping more comfortable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic. Amazing. Wonderful. Far exceeded our expectations. Cosy and warm. Lovely views. Breakfast was super; Sandra cooks a tasty omelette with eggs from their own chickens. Home made jams. Sandra and Alain were very friendly. Will definitely visits again ASAP.
5.5 Okay
Pros: If you are looking for this kind of thing then it will undoubtedly be great. If however you feel misled by the description of the place then you will be extremely disappointed, as we were. It's not bad, it's ok, but no more than that. It is a "gite" which many will like. In my extremely well travelled opinion however this merely seems to mean "unfinished" as every gite I have stayed in over the years seems to be that way. A far better experience in France is to find a "chamber d'hote" which for the same price results in an infinitely more satisfactory stay. We travel by motorcycle and I liked the secure parking location on which we could close the gate for security. I did like the breakfast very much also. I believe the proprietors may be Belgian which would account for the fine breakfast. The Belgian breakfast is superb, infinitely superior to a French breakfast and this did not disappoint here however that is pretty much the high point.
Cons: My problem with this property is in the way it is described. It is not in Site de Futuroscope. It is not even in Beaumont. It is in a small hamlet a coupe of miles from Beaumont and actually more than 10 miles from the Futuroscope site. We made the booking the day before arrival and on the basis on the information they present on the site. The description says it has a on site coffee house. Utter nonsense. There is no such thing. It also states they have a restaurant. Again, utter nonsense, there is no restaurant on site. We were driving 650 kms that day. We wanted a hotel with a restaurant, so we could park, unpack, and have something to eat and drink before retiring for the night. Instead, we arrive to be told there is no food on site. After a 650 km drive we then had to drive off again in search of food which, in France, in a small village, on a Sunday, is not an easy task. I was not pleased as we wanted a hotel in the Futuroscope area because of the convenience of the location on the motorway and the facility to eat on site before another exhausting drive of around 600 kms the following day. It seems only after you make your booking does it state you need to order a meal in advance, actually they require notice the day before. How are you supposed to do this when you have no idea what they have on offer? I e-mailed them to ask this on the night I made the booking and I did not receive a response. In fact, even though I selected "I don't know" in the estimated arrival time box I received a message asking me what time I thought I would be arriving! How can you answer that on the eve of a 650km drive?...hence the "I don't know" in the box! The description of this property is misleading. Had I known the above information in advance I would never have booked here. I feel it is booking.com's responsibility to verify the information proprietors display and I will be seeking a refund from them as a result of this negligence. Utter...

Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: fantastic home made lots of choice
5.5 Okay
Pros: Frankly, not a great much.
Cons: The accommodation is in a converted Wine Press room, and the press is still there for all to see, the conversion is done rather amateurishly, all the rooms are on the first floor and the stairs, as in many older French buildings are on a par to climbing Everest! So not for the older ones amongst us or those with physical difficulties. The building itself was rather cold and quite draughty, the pillows were a 1.5 metre bolster with little or nothing in it. The breakfast, whilst as shown in the advert also consists of the hostess hovering over you, I am sure only to be friendly but gives the impression of watching what you are doing and making sure you don't take more than your entitlement. Quaint! Quirky, definitely, will certainly appeal to your Jeremy Corbonites and those still living in the 60's/70's and Peace to All type people. Having said that, probably perfect for families with kids that want to run around and explore.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Bed very comfortable. Croissants divine. Receptionist friendly and helpful.
Cons: No soap dish by the sink! Toilet separate room, felt like a temporary box.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were upgraded to a stunningly beautiful room. The staff were all very kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel has a special relationship with the Theatre car park making parking very affordable, safe and close by.
Cons: The vast ( and beautiful ) restaurant makes noise reverberate so that conversation and the shaking of cocktails makes for very noisy dining. As noisy as a big railway station. A shame as the food is very good but the noise makes it an unpleasant experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really lovely staff at the desk. Lovely room, lovely hotel and ideally located.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Food was excellent and superb value for a very high quality
Cons: Rooms let the hotel down. Generally it was fine but the bathroom was that of a much more down-market hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and friendly staff
Cons: Put wine bill on both our and friend’s invoice
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Dinner, breakfast, staff, pool location
Cons: Bathroom couldn’t be better
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had such a great welcome in a beautiful setting, sdaly the river had dried up when we stayed due to problems further up which they are working to resolve, but this didn't affect us at all, thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to go back next year!
6.3 Good
Pros: Our room was delightful. The breakfast was good and the dinner as always was superb. However...
Cons: The service in the restaurant was TERRIBLE! It took 15 minutes to be served a drink after being seated and then a further 70 minutes to get first course. The food was terrific as always but ....
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Pretty hotel and lake outside. Restaurant for dinner had an excellent vegetarian set menu. Drinks lovely also.
Cons: View from hotel room was of the car park. There was an old slipper and a lot of dust under the bed. No bathrobes provided here.
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming and the bedroom was very spacious.
Cons: At the price this hotel sets, one would expect an extremely high standard throughout, but sadly that was not the case. The cistern in the toilet had two large cracks, as did one of the floor tiles. A saucer at breakfast was chipped. These are not major faults in themselves, but not at this price establishment. The breakfast was way over-priced at Euro 15 per person for a fairly standard breakfast.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Our room overlooked the pool, behind which the river ran. The room was very comfortable and we would have happily spent more time there reading and enjoying the view. The star of our trip was the restaurant - get value for money and some of the best food we've eaten in France for a long time. The Hotel/Restaurant is ideally located for those wanting to break their journey north south. Not much in the immediate vicinity, it seems to be a mainly commercial area, but great for a one night stay.
Cons: I personally found our room a bit noisy - throughout the night some plumbing/overflow ran at regular intervals. It didn't bother my husband but it kept me awake. The noise was not generated from any plumbing in our room (36), as far as I could tell, more likely upstairs or next door.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The food. particularly dinner, was excellent. Lovely food and great value for money.
Cons: The shower by the pool did not work. A shower screen in the bathroom would stop water going all over the floor.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The restaurant was amazing, food, ambiance and staff.
Cons: There was quite a bad smell as you entered reception

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Used it many times if we are travelling that particular route. Consistently perfect. The restaurant is second to non ... was impossible to find any fault ! Our waiter that evening needs a special mention. I should have asked his name, but didn’t. A black haired young man, quite long hair, perfect English and extremely helpful and polite. The management needs to know ! All of the staff are always without fault, a credit to Accord.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The list is never-ending absolutely the best Ibis I've stayed in, restaurant is fabulous value food, a Buffet selection eat as much as you like 3 courses 23 euros, with an incredible seafood section, so food perfect, wine was a bit high priced would normally fine those prices in top end restaurant. Breakfast selection again incredible including boiled eggs. Great serving staff. Bar is very comfortable with excellent service always with a smile, wrong time of year to use pool, but I will be back as it was a business stay and I have further meetings later in the year. Room was perfect spotless and clean, beds really comfortable and lots of hot water. All areas in hotel spotlessly clean and tidy.
Cons: Absolutely nothing, well done Ibis you have got this one perfect
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I liked the disabled bathroom. It made all the difference having a shower wet room.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Comfy beds, stylish interiors, great food - I was really surprised at this. So all in all fantastic with no complaints at all.
Cons: Nothing really.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The park itself was good, the hotel was nice and it had a good layout.
Cons: The food was overly expensive and the coffee was rubbish. At the start make sure not to go to the ibis budget section - it was the same building, but on the other side.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was our second stay at this fantastic hotel.Again, only for one night(memo to self"next time longer!") Reception, bar, restaurant and cleaning staff all very helpful and welcoming. The room was quite large and bed very comfortable. Bathroom clean and water hot. The buffet style restaurant has to be seen to be believed. The choices at both breakfast and dinner are outstanding. Also, right next door to Futuroscope.
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Standard stop on our way to Spain, very convenient and proper.

Pros: It was comfortable, clean and very close to the Futuroscope
Cons: The breakfast was not so good
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Room
Cons: Would not let us use the pool because ee had no speedos!!!!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice location to access the futuroscope park. Hotel is nice and rooms are comfortable and clean.
Cons: 1.Swimming pool is underground with no external light. We went there in the afternoon during the summer and it would have been nice to see at least a bit of outside 2. I forgot an item at the hotel and wanted them to send it to me by post mail. it took me several calls back and forth with several people just or hear that I just have to wait for their email for instructions. Of course the email never came... so I dropped it. It casts a doubt on the level of organization...
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The quality of the food at the buffet was excellent.
Cons: Dining in the restaurant is a bit pricey- we spent €85 for a simple meal for 2 adults and 2 children.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location for Futuroscope, hotel is clean and rooms are modern, we only had breakfast food was good.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Renovated and very clean rooms.
Cons: Outside parking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable hotel and well located for futuroscope. It is within walking distance but there is a complimentary shuttle bus. The Room and the bathroom were clean and fresh, with modern decor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a good night’s sleep. It was very quiet.
Cons: Nothing could have been better.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We had clean, spacious interconnecting rooms. Breakfast was good and with enough variety. We did not use the pool or spa, but it looks good.
Cons: We arrived by train (with 3 kids and luggage...) and there was no bus connection to the hotel, nor a taxi stand... As it was evening the brigde to Futuroscope was closed, so you have to walk at least half an hour (count on 40 minutes with luggage) to get to the hotel... No hotel shuttle. For returning, the staff could not tell us whether there were busses available (it was a holiday, but not season) or if taxis for 5 persons would be possible... An information reception should be able to help you with in my opinion. The bus stop though is close to the hotel.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: My son had his birthday and they prepared some sweets and personalized card. Thank you for that! We had complimentary water on a daily basis which was very appreciated!
Cons: Shuttle bus to Futuroscope

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location great for through France travel. Room bed and shower, great dinner and excellent breakfast. Dog friendly. All we need at a fair price. Have stayed here many (20+) times and never been disappointed.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: An exceptionally pleasant little hotel located 200 metres off the N910 Poitiers to Tours road, clean comfortable, each room individually decorated, if you want dinner, then steer clear of weekends otherwise good menu very reasonable priced. Also a good buffet breakfast to be had, sets you up for the day.
Cons: Pillows. I hate soft pillows. I like two nice firm pillows with support.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely food and friendly staff . A quaint little hotel with French charm .
Cons: Pillows were a bit hard.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean Helpful staff Great price
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: very nice clean hotel, we like it ,
Cons: nothing,
4.3 Okay
Cons: Either campers or travellers at the back of the hotel were non pet friendly. There was no boundary fencing or any separation. They allowed a chained dog to yap all night keeping us all awake and the next morning screamed at and attempted to kick our very small and inoffensive dog that had accidentally strayed their way when we let her out on the hotel grounds for a morning pee. The hotel needs to take action against these campers/travellers if it wishes to gain better reviews. This is aside from other issues that we already had. I’ve two minds to demand a full refund.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good stop off point when travelling to the south of France from the north. Lovely continental breakfast (not included in the price) with lots of choice including little egg boiling bath and a hob with tiny frying pans.
Cons: The lights on the bed headboard are located in the most ludicrous areas; i.e. just above the pillows and there are also pointy studs dotted around it. The plug in fan is as noisy as a petrol lawnmower... however, you need it on as the room gets quite warm in summer.
6.3 Good
Pros: Close to the motorway
Cons: Appeared to be travellers around the back. They were making a lot of noise and dogs barking.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, easy parking, dog friendly
Cons: HDMI on the tv was not working, no food offering
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Simple but very good breakfast and the cleanliness are the must. All the problens I had are quickly solve by the staff with simpathy :-)
Cons: The way from the train to the hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect for visiting Futuroscope.
Cons: Canteen style breakfast with designated sitting for only 1/2 hour
7.5 Good
Pros: The price!
Cons: The heating is set to warm up the bedrooms up to 23.5 degrees which is absolutely crazy. I complained at reception as we had to leave the windows open for an hour before going to sleep. And the lady at reception said that there was nothing they could do about it, it was set for the whole hotel. I am very concerned about the impact on the environment. 19 degrees would be more reasonable in my opinion. It is a waste of energy. The hotel mentions the environment in the showers but should really do a bit about that in the first place. It is absolutely appalling to be losing so much energy in every bedroom every day.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very confortable and the room was clean. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel to take you to the park or to the TGV station, so very good location.
Cons: There was a breakfast hotel fee + the breakfast cost and we didn't think it was worth it, very basic 90's hotel breakfast. The receptionist didn't told us that there was a bus going to the park every 15 mins. I think they should give this information to every arriving guest.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room very well organised, nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable.
Cons: The room was a bit small, for 4.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay was just a stop-over. The place is fantastic, just 200m from the highway exit.
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The air conditioning in the room was fantastic and very welcome! The double bed in the room was very comfortable and the hotel was fairly quiet considering how large and busy it was. The proximity to Futuroscope was amazing!
Cons: I wasn't happy that there was only one small pillow per bed but it's to be expected in a budget hotel. Personally I was disappointed with the breakfast. The croissants and pain au chocolats were like cardboard. My other small complaint was that there was a small hole in my son's sheet.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Room perfect
Cons: Breakfast : not enough staff, not organized, not enough space

2.5 Mediocre
Cons: After a 9 hour drive from Amsterdam, we were told there wasn’t a restaurant available in the hotel.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to motorway, excellent checkin , parking good
Cons: Size of room , separate toilet ( strange felt like back in 1950’s ) paper cups supplied in bedroom , lack of beverage choice
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: At the reception they don’t speak any language only french when I ask for towel they don’t now what means
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Requested taxi to take us to local restaurant for dinner. Taxi let us down so hotel manager took us. Above and beyond the call but much appreciated.
6.3 Good
Pros: No restaurant in the hotel or in any other nearby location
6.8 Good
Pros: Great location 2 minutes off exit 28 of A10 motorway.
Cons: Disappointing service for a 4 star hotel. No staff at reception on arrival or at the bar, which is very small and basic. No bell to get attention. Wandered around to find staff. Restaurant - no staff around to show us to a table. Again wandered around. Menu in French only. Fair enough. After some time the waiter who could speak English asked if we needed help choosing after he already knew we didn’t speak fluent French as I’d asked if there was a menu in English. Food very expensive for what we ordered. Veal tough and chewy, not edible. Lamb very good so my wife and I shared it. Rooms are quite small for the price Euro’s 109.00 per night, no breakfast. Breakfast is Euro’s 16.00, didn’t see it but again it’s expensive. It was 27 degrees, unusual for February, but the air conditioning wouldn’t go below 24 degrees. The star rating for this hotel should be 3 maximum in my opinion. No notable luxury evident anywhere. Pet friendly (we had our miniature Schnauzer with us) but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a large dog if all rooms are as small as the one we had (110).
