Rooms clean, but the bathroom had black mold in the shower. Beds pretty good.
Mold in bathroom, doors slamming all through the hall
clean facility, very comfortable beds, Walk in showers.
The shower had no shelf to place soap or shampoo. Everything had to be placed on the floor. For older people who have a hard time bending over, this can be a reason to go to another hotel. I have never been in a shower without a place to put the soap.
I loved almost everything about the motel.
I prefer larger pillows and a larger sink area. LOVED everything else about the room and building in general.
The breakfast and pool area was nicely themed. The front desk staff was nice.
There were 2 birthday parties that weekend that lasted the entire night, and we could not sleep. There were about 30 kids constantly running through the halls, and the pool area noise came up to our room.
The hotel was everything expected for the star rating!
Staff was willing to take our complaint and apologize.
The room had not been properly cleaned. We stayed two nights and the room was not cleaned before the second night. The manager did give us a free night and followed up with staff but the experience was not consistent with the money paid.
Convenient to the interstate
We didn't realize that we were getting a handicap-accessible room. The handheld shower head was located at a wheelchair height with no way of raising it without holding it in your hand. Would have liked an adjustable height on the bracket it.
The lady at the front desk was very helpful and got us an early check-in .Which was great as we needed to get ready for my Daughters Graduation ceremony!
Blood on wall, dirty.
location was good to interstate as well as to downtown/hospitala pet friendly hotel; pets behaved better than the humans there that night
Things were broken in room, no tissue or garbage bags for price I paid was surprised room was like thisLoud patrons in hotel running through hallways all night long and nothing was done about it
I liked the location. My family really liked the pool and breakfast was great.
Great beds. Couldn't hear anyone around us.
Not much of a lounge area in the lobby. One of the door frames on one of our rooms looked like someone had tried to break in - dents and scratches in the metal. Door locks didn't seem very secure.
The set-up and location, close to interstate, and gas stations.
The room had a musty smell, and the air conditioner didn't seem to be working properly, and was loud!
Close to highway 35 with easy access in and out. The bed was very comfortable.
My room had an old smoke smell although it was non-smoking. It didn't feel like the carpet was clean so I wore my shoes in the room the whole time. The air conditioning unit was really loud.
