Pros: The hospitality was incredible! I couldn't find any vegetarian food around so the Hotel-Mama cooked something for me. I'm very grateful for your hospitality. The Restaurant near by has the best coffee!!
Pros: Breakfast was okay. Airco working very well.
Cons: The pics created expectations of comfort that are not met - for me. The bathroom has many holes open to the free air so that mosquitos could enter freely. Would not have been such a big issue if the bathroom door would have closed well at least, but it could not because the latching was worn out. Resulting in many mosquito bites next morning despite various mosquito killing sessions at night (high ceiling and colored / poster covered walls made it actually impossible). Quite stupid for a hotel room that else was quite okay. Note: we had two rooms with this same problem. The back area of the hotel around the deserted restaurant is construction area - avoid it. We were seated there when we asked for dinner but after 30 minutes sitting alone in this dreary area we went to the bar section where other people was served food. Strange. An order for 4 lemon-lemonades for dinner needed more than 1(!) hour and came as 3 small orange juices on the rocks - after the meal. Dinner itself was okay; not everything available though but that seems to be the standard in Sulawesi.
Pros: The staff was friendly and helped us to get information and tickets to the ferry to Togean Islands as the speed boat we expected to take in the morning was alredy fully booked. The breakfast was nice. The air-condition was working efficiently.
Cons: We asked for the room to be changed from twin bed to double when we arrived. We had to ask for the toilet paper. Then we had to ask for the sheet to cover for night as the blanket didn't seem to be clean. There was no sink or mirror in the bathroom. The wifi was not working in the room. We expected something better from this hotel and were quite dissappointed.
Pros: An stylish oasis for weary travellers! Very helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Lovely hot water
Cons: Grim lighting in the bedrooms. With a little effort, it could be lovely! No washbasin in bathroom a bit odd.
Pros: The bed, very comfortable, nice clean room. Lovely premises and helpful and approachable staff, they do a great job!
Cons: The breakfast/food.
Pros: Staff, location, food
Pros: Nice area outside, breakfast was nice, quiet room.
Cons: Very small bathroom, many muskitos outside, WiFi did not work in the room.
Pros: Bed and breakfast
Pros: Place looks morden. Dinner was good, price is quite cheap. Staffs were ok.
Cons: Very tiny bathroom with delux room. Blanket feels not clean and itchy. Lots of mosquitoes. Room has no view and no window.
