Location wasn't bad for Disney. Friendly staff... Not clean. Washed my face, stuck my head into a towel, and pulled someone else's hair from my mouth. We couldn't change, for the second night, (16 hours of Disney) but we didn't touch anything.Wouldn't recommend, wouldn't stay there again. The couch in our room was collapsed. Old and quaint is one thing, old and destroyed/filthy is another. Breakfast was minimal (no protein) and parking was not great. Too many choices here not to be of better quality. Good luck to them!
We really liked the decore and atmosphere of the hotel and room. The room was really spacious and the balcony was pretty neat even though the view wasnt that great. At 8am the maids started cleaning and the noise woke me and my boyfriend. We could hear them up and down the halls, banging their cleaning carts around and yelling at each other. The noise was so loud it seemed like the maids were inside our room.
Hotel Peppertree is a great place to stay. This was my second time staying here in two months. I'm a solo traveler and visit Anaheim for business often. The room is definitely spacious for one person. It has a King sized bed and an extra bed on the side, a couch and a kitchenette. One can definitely use this place for an extended stay. Although I do love the charming touch of the lion head fountain that was on the patio, the noise from the water can be a bit annoying. But it was definitely fixable. I will definitely stay here again.
The lay out was great! Lots of space specially for us 4. My sons could sit on the couches and we could nap on the beds. Across the street is this axing Peruvian restaurant, don't be turn off by the appearance, best Peruvian food I had in OC and I grew up there. Across the street is Mexican groceries, fresh bread! And whole chicke meals for 4 for $12-15! the fridge was normal size, which is great for left overs and juices. No stove, heating cool, but we didn't need it. The drawers squeak because they are wood on wood - not much of a complain.
Cozy home feel
The proximity to the parks was great! Very close to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, plenty of restaurants close by, free parking, kitchenette in room w/ full size fridge, and private patio. The actual location, not so great. Area is a little shady and we wouldn't have walked around outside at night. Air conditioner was old and loud, we had to cool the room before going to sleep and then turn the A/C off when we went to sleep because we couldn't sleep with it on. Walls/ceiling were very so even though there were quiet hours after 10pm, you could easily hear people in the hall/above you/next to you. I wouldn't really consider the free breakfast a real breakfast. More like packaged snacks, cereal, bread, and water/coffee. Bring your own breakfast items or you'll be hungry/disappointed.
Excellent staff, welcoming decor/ambiance, excellent location, great market across the street The loud neighbors on every side. Kids jumping off the bed, people using the outside stairs like a jungle gym...hard to fall asleep , woke up early each day to neighbor noise.
The hotel was an easy journey to and from Disneyland. The room offered one adult and two children room to spread out a bit. The refrigerator froze our produce at the lowest setting, but the kitchenette was stocked with silverware and knives as well as pots and pans and cups. Not the best part of town, but it met our needs for a trip to Disneyland
My room was very inexpensive and it came with 2 large beds, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room area as well as a balcony. The staff was very nice to me and allowed me to have my friends from the area come visit my room for no charge. The surrounding area (within walking distance) was a bit sketchy, but I didnt have any trouble going to the small plaza across the street for a few groceries.
Very clean and very spacious. Great breakfast. Great breakfast. Not to far to walk to Disneyland. Really enjoyed out stay. I booked through Priceline which told me parking was free, when we arrived we were informed it would be $17/day. (I don't live far and don't usually stay at a hotel when visiting Disneyland, I didn't realize mostly all the hotels charge for parking) I told the front desk that Priceline said parking was free and she gave me a 2 day free pass for the confusion. It was much appreciated.
Overall comfort of the room The tub didnt drain properly. It got gross and was uncomfortable to shower in.
The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and we loved our room. There seemed to be too few people on staff. Not very much communication among staff members, and not enough communication to guests (I.e. Parking situation was very confusing, had to ask 3 different people what to do with our car before finally finding out we overpaid) and room service (food) was very slow
We loved the location and that it was new. It had a nice pool that is shared with the neighboring hotel. The breakfast buffet was perfect to start our day at Disneyland and the following day prior to the drive home. They also will lend or give for free many items such as cell phone chargers, curling irons, toothbrushes, etc. they have complimentary Wall Street journal and USA Today and tv with DIRECTV with most of the channels we get at home in hidef. Nothing bad about this hotel.
Location is walking distance to Disneyland. Advertised 24 hour pool was closed without notice on website during our stay. Because this was the main reason I stayed here over other nearby places, I requested a voucher for breakfast, which I was given and appreciated. I was then scolded by staff for taking the wrong, hot breakfast and told that i was only entitled to bread and fruit.
The location was idea and the staff could not be more helpful. A great place to stay and I would highly recommend.
Rate was reasonable, terrific pool, bar and free computer facilities. Walking distance to disney land.
Loved: The pool/hot tub (open 24 hrs), the restaurant K'ya is delicious, the lobby is very nice, the hotel staff were pleasant, there are 2 shuttles that go to Disneyland, our beds were very comfy, overall I feel it was a good value. Hated: The size of the bathroom, they charge $10/day for parking, it's a little too far to walk to the Disneyland entrance, the room was not decorated and looked like it needed to be remodeled (in their defense I think they are in the middle of remodeling but hadn't gotten to the 5th floor yet).
The restaurant was very good and very inexpensive. The bed was comfortable and the large, flat screen TV was quite nice. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I believe that my only complaint would be that the (complimentary!) wireless internet signal was a bit spotty. There were a number of times that I was either unable to get a signal or it was so slow that it was unusable.
The staff are absolutely friendly. It's currently going through renovations, so not all rooms are consistent with one another. Can't wait until March 2017when the renovation is over. During my last stay, I was lucky enough to get a new room and it was amazing. I've stayed at Ménage 5+ times and every stay has been pleasant. Highly recommended.
I thought the lobby and the hotel restaurant were fabulous! The restaurant had a wide variety of food all $10 and under. The quality of the food was amazing, aned room service was very affordable. This along with the price of the room made the whole trip a treat! The pool looks very inviting though we didn't have time to enjoy. Our room's air conditioner was a little old and loud, but it did nto disturb us enough to complain.
We celebrated our 40th wedding in July of 2005 with 38 of our family & friends from around the country--our annv date is 8/15/65 but because of conflicts we had it in July--this is our 45th and we celebrate in Oct because of a wedding in Laguana Beach where we stayed in a sister hotel. The traffic is noise is constant
A Very Pleasant Stay . A Good Restaurant . Very Pleasant and helpful Staff.
We really enjoyed the kitchen. With a family of 7 and vacationing for 7 days, it helped in our overall costs. It would be nice to have a DVD player hooked up to at least one of the tvs.
The location was perfect--around the corner from Disneyland. The room was upgraded to a suite, which gave our family of 4 (2 older adults, 1 young adult and 1 teenager) more room to move around in, during the very little time we spent in the room. Microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator were a plus. Accommodations were basic, breakfast was free but not tasty, and we didn't like the pitch for attending a time share talk.
I spended 5 days and I had a great time. Good breakfast, nice lobby, good size rooms, good for family of 6, two queens and a sofabed. I would come back. During my stay they were fixing some of the halls walls and it looked like a mess but I understand that when they finish It's going to be nice and clean.
Our whole family agreed that the breakfast was the best we have had away from home .... I personally liked the little store in the hotel and the room set up Parking!!!!!!!! And the fact that we had to take two different elevators to get to different parts of the hotel
Everything was perfect. I'm a person that has a complaint for everything They didn't have a shuttle to Disneyland
Walking distance to Disneyland unless you have small children. Hotel and breakfast were great. Upon check in, only one person at desk and not a big variety of TV stations available, Otherwise it was fine.
Washing machines in 3rd and 4th floors Location is not to far to drive and not to close to walk to and from Disneyland ,shuttle is expensive 3$ per person per trip
Bed didn't have a comforter, also it was very hard.
It is a very clean and friendly hotel. I would stay again I didn't like that I couldn't watch the angels game. They only have a few channels you can watch from. They need more options to choose from.
I liked that it was close enough to walk to the parks. The staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean The bed was hard very hard! Hard to sleep on . I could hear kids all night running above my room, very loud, the old time air conditioner on the floor was so loud when it came on It would wake us all up! Only one area to get ready in the morning which is in the bathroom , daunting with girls. When we first arrived there were picketers out front, and were there every morning. I asked hotel staff about it and they seemed ok with it. if these things were updated the hotel would be great!
Good overall AC noisy, hum could keep light sleepers up
The sheets weren't changed on our beds we found hairs on the sheets when we took off the comforter
Too noisy as we could hear traffic on highway.
For the time and season near Disneyland even tho we weren't staying there for it, was a great place to stay. Rooms were good - AC Worked Well - Room had Micro and Fridge+ Staff was very helpful and nice. - They had security which made me feel safe. The pool was awesome. Its close to a lot of helpful areas. Security. Although made me feel safe it felt awkward. Backdoor entrance wasn't 100% unlocked when you used your card. you had to wiggle it. Not a Con But If you don't like a crazy morning breakfast, don't stay here. They do keep it clean however. KIDS
Staff was very friendly and willing to help me and my boyfriend right away. The room was very spacious and very comfortable and overall clean. The walls where kind of thin so we could hear what was going on on the room next to us, and the carpet looked a bit dirty.
Breakfast Easy online check in No direct shuttle
The bed was very comfortable and freshly made each day. The bathrooms were clean and had freshly washed towels every day.The friendly staff was responsive to all requests. Breakfast was great. Good coffee. Great location for us to visit our family in Anaheim each day. I felt safe and secure while we stayed at the Comfort Inn. I think that is time to start thinking about replacing carpets. The whole place would feel a bit fresher and more welcoming.
After reading reviews for this hotel decided to give it a shot. It is a great room for what you get as far as value. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. All in all it exceeded our expectations. Also extremely close to Disneyland which is the purpose of why we chose this place. If we had to complain about one thing it was that some of the items were not fully fully clean ( I.e. the lounge chair had stains and the lampshade was stained as well). And that's me nitpicking but everything else was fantastic.
Free breakfast, clean rooms, attentive staff. No disneyland shuttle
Clean, free continental breakfast None really
All was well
Good location. Staff friendly and helpful. parking included. Rooms reasonably clean and up-to-date. Gym facilities very limited. Would be nice if there was a plan with breakfast.
It was real close to Disneyland and the small mall shopping center with place to eat. I would for sure stay here again I wish they would improve there line of breakfast, I wasn't impress with what they had to offer.
Close To Disneyland Room was clean Room accommodated all 5 adults Free parking Free breakfast Friendly staff Room can get a bit warm Cannot open wind to let fresh air in Limits number of devices when connecting to wifi Not the fastest wifi
The room was way better than what I expected for the money I paid. Very nice, clean, comfortable and spacious room! And its a short 10 minute walk from Disney
Nicer than most hotels in that area, (That's not saying much) Seem a little higher end, half the hotel is in a remodel but less poeple and noise, staff friendly. Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, work out room, restaurant (Indian food, "I didn't care to try it.") FREE PARKING!!! THANK YOU! Room acomodations fair to good. Fridge, Microwave, TV, chairs, small table. Bit of a walk to Disneyland. lack of room service. Area is scary at night, but that is not their fault. Bathroom sink way to small!!!
Underground parking, close to things, clean, nice facility, good price the bedding had a strong bleach smell
Very friendly staff and convenient to the park entrance. Nice TV for viewing photos! Everything was clean and functional, but you can see the wear and tear around the edges.
Our room was not available
Breakfast was excellent Access to hotel was down an alley
Breakfast great!, Location Great, Staff excellent. Pool is very nice! No hot water in sink, shower roomy but no hangers for towels washcloths and not much pressure. rooms a bit stuffy, not much air. Parking is nightmare & you have to pay for it.
Overall the hotel was great the kids enjoyed staying here the breakfast was great the walk to disneyland was 2 blocks down we really enjoyed staying here would totally come back. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but overall nice.
All of the staff were great and very attentive, cleanliness, location, amenities, etc. For sure will consider it again for following trips. No shuttle to Disneyland.
Friendly staff Way too expensive!! Not quite! Small rooms!! Wifi was a joke!!
Second year staying at doubletree. Cookies at check in, business center where you can securely print boarding passes and other documents like tickets to attractions for free, right across the street from Dennys and Carl's Jr's if you get hungry. Very comfy beds. Price is a little up there compared to other locations in the area but I rather the hotel environment over motel. Pre check in with the hhonors app was completely useless. They ended up putting my 2 rooms on the complete opposite sides of the hotel instead of next to each other like I asked for.
We were a large group and rented three rooms. The suites were perfect to socialize in after a long day at Disney. The shuttle was frustrating so we ended up walking to and from Disney.
The two room Suite was ample room for our family of 6. There were two queens in one room and a foldout sofa bed in the other room. The vanity was separate from te shower/toilet area so we were able to share without too much difficulty. The restaurant offers a hot buffet breakfast for 12. and 7. if you have continental. This was convenient before Disneyland. Shuttle available to the parks for $4.00 a day per person, $1. for kids under 10. Many restaurants within walking distance including Carls JR, Buca Di Beppo. The second floor pool and jacuzzi were also nice.
The staff was wonderful in getting my family"s rooms close together which was great. Restaurant was friendly and food was good but took a long time to get.
Staff was very nice. I misplaced my parking pass and they issued me another one without hesitations. Guests should not have to pay for parking, and at such a steep price too. It was the same as amusement park parking.
Great rooms Parking fee a little high. $15
Nice hotel. Clean, spacious room Too expensive for what you get compared to hotels nearby that are actually closer.
Parking is very convenient. Rooms are very spacious and clean Nothing so far!
Close to Disney park
I like the chocolate pie which given by the hotel，we have a long trip before check in，we are very hungry. Our family all like the room， so clean so nice
The employees are very interested in making your stay as pleasurable as possible. No Wi-Fi connection and even that was charged.
Hotel staff was very rude, there was no place to park had to park next door for 25 a night. I would never stay at this place again
I loved how clean, comfortable and quiet the hotel was. It is walking distance from Disneyland. I stayed here a couple of nights with my mom and 2 yo daughter and we were very satisfied with our room.
Proximity to Disneyland, and it's a good deal for the rate. Nothing bad to say. Pool was somewhat small, but we didn't really use it since we were at Disbeyland so much.
The lobby smelled nice. Ok beds. Easy walk to disney. Air conditioning rumbled like an old washing machine trying to escape. Unfinished hole repairs in the walls. Room had a dirty feel to it.
I loved the location of this hotel. It is a 10 minute walk to Disneyland. Rooms were decent sizes. We checked in late and there was no parking so we had to valet our car. The valet was rude and very short with us. I had to be the first one to say hello. He gave me a ticket and went away with my car. Was very rude. Not sure if it is through a different company but this gentleman was sour.
The staff was wonderful
Short walk to convention center and the Hilton conference rooms. Hotel is well maintained. Parking is free, but limited spaces on site. Valet is provided free for parking your car next door at Sheraton. Small, but nice workout room. Executive king suites lack business desk to work at. Found rooms to be quite and very clean.
Beds were comfortable, we both slept well A high resort fee. Listed as $10 on some paperwork, charged $15 a night at checkout. Pool area was all concrete, jammed in between 2 buildings, hardly "resort like" No free shuttle to Disneyland Not enough parking, forced to use Valet Parking
Short walk to Disneyland. Less than $100 per night through Kayak.com. Friendly staff. Room was clean and had a large window and balcony overlooking the parking lot. Thin walls/door & limited parking. Arrive early to self park, or use the complementary valet, then walk or take the Anaheim bus to Disneyland. Regardless, the pros outweigh the cons at Portofino.
Our a/c didn't really work and the fridge didn't get very cold. It was just OK. Price was OK but still had to pay a $12/day resort fee I was unaware of until I arrived.
From checking in to checking out the staff was super nice and helpful. Thank you especially to Sandy. She had such an amazingly beautiful spirit about her.
This hotel is really close to Disneyland Resort. Easily walkable, but also right next to one of their parking lots if you want to have your car with you. Air conditioning was not working so it was really warm in our room. Slept with the balcony door open to get some circulation. worked out alright, save for the street noise. Bring earplugs.
Location was good! One block down from the cross walk, but actually better than right across because we used the crosswalk by the hotel to go across rather than fight with 100 other people to go across the direct one. Lots of towels in our room when we arrived. The breakfast was a great option before Disney for us. It was 9.99 for adults and free for kids so it was perfect for my husband and I with our 2 kids. Pool looked really nice but we came in late, did one day at Disneyland, and left at 5am the next morning. Dated hotel. Door and curtains let in light which we couldn't do anything about. Carpet was very dirty and possibly wet. We couldn't tell. My husband took a shower and then came out to fix the kids bed and then a few other things and got In bed and needed to wipe his feet off and the towel was filthy! It's time To replace the carpets!
1. The staff were not friendly and polite. The service at the front desk was unpleasant. And then you got the door key card and after walked almost half a mile to reach your room, you found the card didn't work, then they requested you to walk another half mile to the front desk to replace the key card. 2. The internet worked on the first day, but extremely slow, then completely died on the second day. The staff promised to fix it in 30 minutes, but it was never fixed throughout my stay (five days). Every time you asked, they asked you to go to a nearby McDonald's to use wireless, which was more than one mile away. I had to rely on my phone to receive and send emails.
We've been staying here every time we come to visit Disneyland and find that you get a great deal every time. It's within walking distance to Disneyland and staff is always friendly. It's not too fancy but it's a place to sleep after visiting the parks all day.
The location is excellent in relation to the park, especially for the price. The room was very hot and humid. Shower was a bit dirty, no trash can in the bathroom, etc. Not a "magical" hotel by any means, but definitely got the job done for just being at the park a few days.
Easy access to Disneyland and purchase of tickets at front desk. Room was hot with afternoon sun exposed wall. Needed to run the room air conditioner continuously.
Location Was a bit dated and the bathroom shower was terrible the lack of water pressure. Maid forgot to clean our room and just dropped off towels after I called
Plus: very close to Disneyland. Rooms are grungy and in need of an update. It feels more like a motel, carpets dirty bed is shaky and lumpy.
The staff were understanding, but their hands were tied as far as the new management's expensive policies. The new management charges $10 per night for parking, and a $100 deposit on your room! All fees for cribs and extra beds went up by $10. The facilities are old and run down. The cable was spotty and in and out on every channel. The wifi was uselessly slow. It was a ridiculously bad stay for us.
Clean Sketchy people, not well lite, very old and outdated. Should be torn down and replaced. Not what I expected for the price.
I stayed at the Anaheim Plaza Hotel and Suites for 1 night. I had to pay for parking, which is $10/day, I was double charged for my room, and had to pay a $100 deposit. I called to complain about being double charged and was told that it should be released in 5 business days. If not, I should call my credit card company and complain so that they will return the charge. That's awesome!! Thank you so much!!
Location. Old TV, no Free Wi-Fi, shabby paint jobs.
Location - good walking distance for Disneyland and convention Says free wifi but you connect and get no internet. Front desk told me it was location of my room.
Hotel comfortable, modern and clean. Staff went above and beyond to make us all happy. Restaurant mediocre and had limited hours
not suitable to bussiness man, but the staffs is helpfully. good location.
My Wife and I stayed here for the Disneyland Half Marathon (Labor Day Weekend) . The Price is the best available. We paid only $12 more than what the Motels nearby were going for. This park is literally down the street for Disneyland Entrance. We walked to the starting line and back from the finish line. Really easy walk. The location is also great because it is next to great restaurants in the Anaheim Garden Walk. The Staff is top notch and have great customer service. Rooms are standard hotel size but extremely clean and nice hard wood floors. The Bathrooms are excellent. The Beds are super comfortable. Parking is limited but we never had a problem getting a spot, but could see were people might not get one. The walls are a little thin and with it being a family hotel you can here kids and baby crying very easily. The Nightly Disney Firework show is nice to watch but is extremely loud in the hotel.
We stay here every time we visit the convention center, see an Angels game or want to visit the Disney theme parks. The hotel staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms ahs bathrooms are very stylish, comfortable, and very cream with plenty of towels. There is a restaurant on site as well as ready to eat food and drinks in the lobby. The pool, spa and gym are very nice. The guest laundry and business center are a nice addition. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants, coffee places and stores. Highly recommended! Limited parking. No ice and vending machines on every floor. Only one elevator that can be very slow during busy hours.
Great location, quiet room and a great breakfast! This was the best hotel we've stayed in yet for the NAMM convention. Breakfast here isn't just juice and donuts. We had cereal and donuts but also fresh pancakes, hard boiled eggs, freshly made eggs and bacon and more! Highly recommended!
Very clean, quiet and relaxing... Pleasant staff... Will defiantly stay here again- Wonderful hotel! N/A
Close proximity to the parks. Modern bathroom in the room. Hardwood floors. Clean room. Keurig in the room. Due to the hardwood floors in every room, you can hear every footstep above you. Try to get a top floor room.
We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo. It's a small but very modern and clean hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, our room was always clean and beds were very comfy, sadly not much of a view, but they are nice enough to ask you for your room preference. The location is great, right beside the Anaheim Gardenwalk with plenty of restaurants and shops, also it's a 10 min walk to Disneyland. The best part for us was the free parking with security gates only accessible with your room key, perfect if you have rented a car. I would definitely stay here again.
Close to Disney, nice rooms, friendly staff Online booking, not through indigo, said one bed, but hotel only had two bed rooms; couldn't switch. Won't dock them for that as it wasn't their site. Bed was slightly on the hard side, but sleepable.
So close to Disney, nice pool and a laundry Stompy kids upstairs, but as I have some of my own so it comes with the package! Sure it isn't a 4 star hotel, but the location and value are the points to focus on
We loved the location and the staff was nice and also attentive. Breakfast was good with many choices. Room was ok, sufficient for a night or two. Bedding seemed a bit scratchy, it was crazy-making for my sensory sensitive child.
Had a great experience at this hotel. We first stayed here in April for our Anniversary and again in September for my birthday. Rooms very clean and comfy. Breakfast served in the morning is very good with a wide variety. Disneyland Annual Passholder, so very convenient to walk across the street to the park. Enjoyed our stay so much will be back again in October.
The Full Service Breakfast & the Nightly Manager's Special were an enjoyable experience. Our room was very clean & the beds were very comfortable.
The made to order breakfast is outstanding and sure beats the hotels that offer the basic breakfast items. The Happy Hour foods are very basic and mostly unhealthy.
Great breakfast, big room and a nice indoor pool (great in the wintertime) Nope
Cocktail reception, breakfast buffet (both included in room rate) Climate control is NOT of one's control. Their system is absurd, and is set to fit their predetermined guidelines for heating or cooling to turn on or off. Thus, at times, you must endure sweltering and stuffy stays within the room.
Friendly staff One end oh the hotel is next to an all night recycling center, the other end is next door to a night club that cetainly exceeds the legal decibal level. Those are your choices.
Walking distance from downtown Disney. Staff was very friendly. Recommendation for Shuttle use to/from airport pick up was superb. Restaurant was excellent.
Walking distance from downtown Disney. Staff was very friendly. Shuttle pick up was superb. First one on AND first one off. Close to food mart. Restaurant was excellent. Room needed a refrigerator.
Staff was friendly Room too small /outdated hotel/i was staying on 5th fl and the elevator was broken /no complimentary breakfast
The location is ideal for travelers going to Disneyland if you do not mind a short walk. Our room was not cleaned on either day. The first day we went back to the hotel at 11:30 so I can see why it was not made up yet. The second day, we did not arrive back until 1:50 and the room was still not cleaned.
Location was great, Staff was nice, and room suite does bring a smile with all the Disney themes! We had 2 bedroom suite, 1 bed smelled fresh but the second kinda smelled a bit and had 2 long hairs under the sheets! I didn't call them or anything cause we only needed one bed. I would book here again!
Staff friendly and helpful The bed were comfortable
Everyone was really nice, they let me check in late so I could enjoy Disneyland with my family first. Didn't realize but they have shuttle to Disneyland for free. No complaints
U had to pay extra for parking
We arrived and checked into our room and as soon as we walked in there was a foul odor in our room. I called the front desk and the sent someone to come and spray sanitizing spray which helped a little but still did not remove the smell of mildew . Figured out it was the blankets that smelled as if they were not washed and dried properly. Next day we left and were gone all day. When returning the smell was overwhelming when we walked back into our room. We went to the front desk and we're given another room. The new room was much better but blankets still had the same slight odor ...not as bad as the other room . All we were compensated was one nights parking.
Realy close to the parks, great bed Could have a refrigerator in the room. Paid parking, $10 per night.
Loved everything about this hotel! The breakfast buffet is great and affordable. Very comfortable!
Walking distance to park, clean, comfortable bed, nice pool and spa, helpful staff No breakfast
Close walk to Disneyland. Comfortable bed and room. Free parking for one car Nothing. Good experience
Nice close walk to Disneyland. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable. Pool was great. No complaints.
There were no knives at breakfast!
I loved the staff and the ease of travel to and from this location in Anaheim. The overall decor of the place wasn't excessively modern, but provided plenty for the price that we paid during our stay. Definitely recommending more friends of ours to stay at Lemon Tree. Kudos to the staff there for making our week-long stay so comfortable!
The wireless connection was the best part about our stay at the Lemmon Tree. They did offer a light breakfast with a small selection and the housekeeping and desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. We also never had any issue with parking in the evening, that was nice. The rooms are in the middle of a remodel but hopefully when they are complete they will be better. The walls were very thin and we could hear everything it seemed. The window was right on Lincoln Ave which was very noisy all night and made it hard to sleep. If you can get by that then this is a great place to stay.
I like the location and the price. If you have stayed at other hotels and compare the breakfast provided you will find out that all do the same fruit, cereal, coffee, milk, toasts and butter so it is okay. Just a little bit noisy as business gets mixed with family stays. No issues with towels or toilet paper. I like the shampoo, lotion and conditioner dispensers. Cable is not the best, but it entertains. The cable provider they carry sucks poor program. No closet to keep your clothes separated provided.
NOTHING FIRST: HAD TO WAIT 1 1/2 HOURS TO CHECK IN . ROOMS NOT CLEANED. HAD NO TOWELS DIRTY COFFEE POT LEFT FROM PREVIOUS TENANTS, NO TOILET PAPER HOLDER BROKEN, NO CUPS IN ROOM, EVERYDAY HAD TO GET TOWELS AND CUPS HAD TO WAIT FOR TOWELS THEY WERE BEING WASHED IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM PROVIDED FOR TENANTS. STATED HOT BREAKFAST WHICH WAS TOAST AND CEREAL. THIS WAS POSTED AS A 3 STAR WOULDNT RATE IT EVEN A 1.
The room was okay, like a little studio with kitchen. Nothing too spectacular. The area seemed a little shady as some people were as well. Parking is a little a bit of a hassle. I found parking but few others don't know how to park and blocked parking for others.
Very comfortable, very clean, close to Disneyland Not enough room for parking
The room is big. TV is OK. The breakfast is bad.
Rooms were not clean; no towels and when we called to get some, they do laundry onsite and the towels came damp (not fully dried); no toilet paper, had to ask for that as well. One day our room did not get service at all. We definitely will not be staying here again. Everything about the room was outdated.
it's a good, comfortable place to stay with kids. They need a better breakfast especially for kids. Adults can go with coffee and a pastry, but pastry or sugar cereal aren't the best choices for kids. They could fix that by adding some yogurt and bagels and have a nice breakfast.
The only good thing about this place is that it is directly across from Disney resorts. Had to pay $20 for parking( for 2 nights), did not offer breakfast like advertised. No one told us, we had to read a small note in the room that "breakfast" was a grab bag of sausage sandwich( that had to be microwaved in your own room), granola bar, an apple, & orange juice. We went to the Starbucks down the street & got yogurt, fruit cup & oatmeal( they didn't add water to it & we just added hot water to it later). You are just paying for conveince with this hotel.
The location was great, The staff friendly and the rooms clean. We were able to get adjoining rooms as we traveled with kids and grand kids. restaurants near by made the adventure less of a hassle. The rooms are a little cramped and no microwave or refrigerator. however very nice location We would recommend and will stay again next time we travel to Disneyland.
Location Pillows, bedding
Breakfast was great. Closeness to Disneyland and how quite the room was.
Love that they served hot breakfast!!!! Helps when you have small children and all of you are beat from Disneyland the night before. My kids loved the bunk bed!!! It's about a 25-30 min walk to Disneyland, but it doesn't feel that long at all! Kids didn't complain, so that was a plus! Staff was friendly and no one bothered! I will definitely rent a room here again on our next Disneyland trip!
The location for the price was excellent, it was paid parking but there was always enough open spaces. The hotel is very close to both Disney and the Anahiem Convention center and was one of only a few hotels in the area to have breakfast included. Overall a good hotel for the price and will likely come back on future business trips. For the most part it was a pretty standard best western. There were a few oddities that didn't bother me but might bother others. Being in California it's very common to have open air hallways to the rooms the disadvantage of this is that it adds to the noise especially of cleaning carts rolling back and forth. When I tried to get ice both the ice machines on the 2nd and 3rd floor were not working. I did see the next day a new machine being assembled so it appears that problem was already being addressed. The outlets in my room for whatever reason fit plugs a bit loosely they all worked just had to be sure that the plug was all the way in and not falling out. The shower had ample hot water but when it was on it sounded like a motor was running in the distance, nothing wrong just came across as weird to me. Lastly the wifi was overall good but in my room it would only work consistently sitting at the desk of my room and the signal would fluctuate in quality especially during the morning and evening when the most people were around the hotel and active.
Loved that it had continental breakfast it was good .
Ihome dock for iphone, free wifi, breakfast, parking. No dining options, breakfast could have had more hot items
The breakfast could be a lot better. I have stayed at many hotels and its great that they do a breakfast, not all do but....for a hotel that is going to have mainly families on longer than one nights stays the continental breakfast could be and should be better. They need add more options to the menu.
Clean room and comfortable beds AC was loud and hard to run. Was billed by the hotel after already paying ahead of time.
Rooms are spacious. Great breakfast buffet. Close to Downtown Disney, Disneyland, and Disney California. Hotel offers complimentary shuttle to and from parks.
Nice breakfast. Nice pool. Big room. Everything I expected.
