The room was beautiful, with hand-made wooden furniture, and walls out of stone. The room provided everything we needed (hairdryer etc). The breakfast was excellent. Our room was 'Kedros' and it was a bit too small with tiny wardrobe (tolerable for a weekend).
Wonderful room beautifully furnished with fantastic views. Good sized bathroom with quality complimentary toiletries. Lovely breakfast including the best omelettes ever served by charming hostess. Could not leave the windows open at night because of barking dogs in the town.
Really classy small hotel, beautiful views of village and mountains from our balcony, lovely staff, the best shower we've ever seen, few minutes walk to village
We visited Epohes in mid June and had a very memorable time indeed. Everything was perfect, the scenes of nature, the homemade meals with local products, the very friendly staff, the luxury of the rooms. It is ideal as a base for exploring nearby Neda canyon and river, with the hidden waterfalls. Also, there are many archeological sites nearby. Everything was perfect.
Location is lovely. Helpful staff and nice room. Despite a power cut due to heavy rain, hotel served a good dinner. Water in room was cold - perhaps due to power cut.
The peace, the total absence of noise, it was like a dream; the fresh air; the welcome feeling of isolation in such beautiful surroundings, the view from the balconies; the spacious rooms, the room service, the nuts and sweets and eau-de-vie waiting for us in the room the main sitting room is sad and dark and in strange contrast with the rest of the hotel; wifi almost inexistent; a more international ambience would have been nice
Very quiet location, ideal for a few-days break. The room was clean, the fireplace was a nice touch although the wood was soaked which lead to some smoke issues, and the food served in the restaurant was always a great success. Highly recommended! Note that you're probably better off not following the road signs pointing to Abelionas: they'll lead you to the dirt roads which you'd want to avoid. Trust your GPS or map if you have any. The wood provided for the fireplace was full of water. The service in the lounge was also quite disappointing (we waited almost an hour and were forced to check by the counter in order to get what we wanted, despite being told not too earlier...).
Excellent accomodation on a fantastic location
The location is very beautiful and the rooms are comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Please note that the location of the hotel is incorrect on your website - the name of the village is Ambeliona.
