Pros: Pascal, the owner, is what makes this place special. He's charming and very welcoming.
Pros: Pasqual was an excellent host-although no beer and the breakfast -from an ex cook was superb .
Cons: The attic room , although newish , was difficult to access and not comfortable for a couple of active pensioners . We considered the 9.4 rating unbelievable and the offer overpriced by 33% . Distance from motorway was also a problem .
Pros: Hosts are lovely and very attentive. Instantly felt welcomed and at home upon arrival.
Pros: - Amazingly friendly owners - Beautiful rooms and garden - Loved having breakfast with other guests around the table - Everything was very clean - All facilities we could want - Lovely breakfast
Pros: Very nice house with quiet and very clean rooms
Cons: Croisant with breakfast

Pros: Very cosy atmosphere, friendly host, typical old farmer house with 1 appartment with perfect view of the landscape The 3 course dinner was delicious, exactly what we need and was served by Lynn the owner, she was very polite and there was a good atmosphere, we enjoyed our stay, very quiet, no traffic 2 km from the N road, the appartment was cosy, the old farmer style was still there, a nice 2 person bed, we slept excellent
Pros: very friendly, great meals ! (evening meal 10 euro )very authentic
Cons: a little damp (it was rainy weather)
Pros: very authentic super friendly and extremely responsive hosts Thank you very much !!! :)
Pros: Friendly owner, serving a good meal for a fair price. A nice place to stay and make jokes.
Cons: Size of the room
Pros: Good evening meal and breakfast. Friendly host. Quiet and peaceful
Pros: Lynne was very welcoming. The garden around the property was rustic and relaxing. The small plunge pool was ideal for cooling down on hot days. Breakfast was served with a smile at whatever time you requested.
Cons: The addition of a small fridge in the room would be a benefit.
Pros: Very quiet and tranquil countryside location. Owner speaks both French and English. Homemade breakfast (5€/person) and dinner (10€/person) offered for very reasonable cost. Very good value for money and unique country experience.
Pros: The old house is really lovely. Stone (interior) walls, stained glass. Lynn is a perfect host. It was the first time we booked a "chambre d'hôtes" but with the experience we had at "Le Bonheur", it will certainly not be the last time. Very good bed, quiet location with a parking place in the garden. The excellent food, proofing in every way that the host likes to cook.
Cons: There were some issues with the internet but the host tried everything to get it fixed. If you arrive in daylight you can look for the "Booking.Com" sign but even today we are still puzzled about the creative numbering of houses over different streets in that village (even our GPS did not get that). But follow the instructions of Lynn, its a small village and go for the "Villaine" part of it, not the Breugnon part of the village.
Pros: I booked quite late but the lady was willing to make me dinner, though she had not count on that. But she had a good and fast way to prepare me a tasty 3-ways dinner with some glasses of wine. Talking with her at her apartment was a relieve because I could speak English.
Cons: Actually nothing in particular. Maybe the privacy is not optimal because the property was kind of part of her property, so you hear each other. For a longer period maybe not as free as I want.

Fitted with a terrace, the units feature a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Guests at the bed and breakfast can enjoy a continental breakfast. Cycling can be enjoyed nearby. Auxerre is 38 km from lepiver, while Vézelay is 33 km from the property.
Pros: Our room is next to the terrace, where lot's of people sit, eat and drink in the evening. But we experienced no trouble from the talkative locals gathered there. We heard them, but could sleep. I think the owner keeps an eye on them and closes in time (at +/- 22h during the week). The beds were good and check-in was easy. The next morning we left early without breakfast.
Cons: It's difficult to get some fresh, natural air in the room. If we open a window, we should have heard too much noise from the people on the terrace. And we also didn't have any privacy then.
Pros: Very friendly owners despite my lack of the French language they were very understanding and helpful.. Thoroughly recommend to anyone for a short or longer stay.
Pros: Without a restaurant open in the village, the host managed to provide dinner at short notice. Well appreciated after a day of cycling in the rain.
With a stay at Hotel de La Poste in Clamecy, you'll be within a 5-minute walk of Museum of Art and History Romain Rolland and Saint-Martin's Collegiate Church. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby and multilingual staff.
Pros: Comfy bed
Cons: Street noise
Pros: breakfast was wonderful, quick, plentiful.
Cons: No AC but nice breeze through the large windows
Pros: I think the bedroom decor is inferior to the image the hotel projects. I feel the whole establishment could move more upmarket, promote its cuisine a bit more, and give the reception area more style in keeping with its image. It is included in the Logis Catalogue, but looking at the other hotels on offer, the Hostellerie de la Poste is in a different league, and would benefit from being in a better catalogue. One major point. Our room had the most effective an powerful shower I have ever had!
Cons: Bedroom decor, although the bed was excellent. Towels were rather small.
Pros: Comfortable bed, very friendly staff, good size room, very well renovated building
Cons: Larger selection of food
Pros: The friendly welcoming staff, the delicious food and the convenient location
Cons: The lack of a comfortable sitting room
Located in Ouagne, Relais de Maufront is within a 15-minute drive of Vauvert Park and Museum of Art and History Romain Rolland. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Great little caravan and beautiful setting. The owner was very friendly and the kids loved the cat, horses, chickens and rabbits
Cons: Veg quiet location. I would recommend cooking at home as I don’t know if there are any restaurants nearby
Pros: Quirky, lovely location. Such lovely hosts.
