Pros: Amazing place, comfy beads, great service, rooms were neat and they also had hot water
Pros: Very pleasantly placed at the beginning of the village, overlooking the centre. Super-nice staff and a calm, cozy room with a little veranda to the garden. This was really a highlight!
Pros: The gardens were beautiful. The room was cozy. Jorge was friendly.
Cons: Another small trash bin in the room, or a larger one in the bathroom would be better.
Pros: Friendly staff and location
Pros: The staff, free (weak!) coffee all day, free fruit bowls and other goodies. The staff here are wonderful. The location was perfect, right on the edge of town near the bus stop for the Ruta de las Flores. The double room and private garden was beautiful, there is a kitchen that guests can use too.
Cons: The bathroom smelt of sewers but I have a feeling that could be the case in Ataco generally.
Pros: Amazing little cabin! The staff and owners were super accommodating and offered assistance anytime we asked. Area felt safe and quiet, all while being only a half block from the Main Street in town. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Pros: It is difficult to convey in words the beauty of the site where this property sits... The sunrise with hues of pink, blue and orange, waking up to the miriad of tropical birds, the warmth of staying in a house where a family has lived for five generations and that it is still hosted by a member of the family, and more importantly the service provided by Luis, Ronald and William who will pay attention to every detail imaginable to make your stay an experience you will cherish for years.
Cons: There was absolutely nothing I didn't love.
Pros: The place is beautiful, an old restored house, you can spend the afternoon in the terrace having a drink looking at the sun go away and how the small light on the patio go on, the staff is very profesional and friendly.
Pros: Excellent service from friendly staff. Lovely restored property in a traditional style. Great breakfast as well!!
Pros: This is the second time I've stayed at Casa Degraciela and it didn't disappoint. Staff are very attentive from the moment you arrive. The valet parking is a fantastic service, the gin amd tonics delicious and the billiard table is a great way to spend the evening. Location is also great, right next to the central square and the gardens are beautiful.
Cons: Beds are a little on the cost side. Be prepared to snuggle!
Pros: Casa de Graciela was one of the highlights of our trip. The place is gorgeous and the service and it’s staff are the best we’ve had in our 10 day stay throughout the country
Pros: Very neat and clean. Personnel was nice all the time, the beauty of this in place is in the little details.

When you stay at Hostal Deyluwin in Juayua, you'll be 4 minutes by foot from Juayua Park. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The owners are extremely nice and helpful. The place is very cute and perfectly taken care of. Perfect place
Pros: Location great
Pros: Lupitia and Edwin couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. The guest house has a lovely garden and outdoor sitting areas. A delicious made to order breakfast is available. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to stay again.
Cons: It would be helpful to have some storage and hanging space in the room.
Pros: The whole host-family is amazing. They are sooo kind and helped us with anything we needed at any time. We felt as if we arrived home and would have loved to stay longer. We loved sitting on our terace in the morning and eating our fantastic breakfast. The room was very clean and we had a lot of space. The bed is comfortable and they came to change our sheets every couple of days. Our towels were changed every day. We loved our stay and would retourn anytime!
Pros: Everything; location, owners were so friendly and very polite; excellent food; their employee ”Veronica “ was very nice and humble. The owners offer us any assistance at any time. Beautiful garden and set up. Definitely I will come back to this place and I highly recommend it to others.
Cons: Not applicable in this place. Everything was so nice.
Pros: Hostel was nice, clean serene perfect for family retreat. Owners and staff so kind and helpful, my husband and I brought my elderly parents to enjoy some relaxing time with us. The owners told us that if my husband and I wanted to take a walk around the town they would be happy to check on my parents. They did, and when we had a flat tired on a Sunday evening, the owner without hesitation went to find a mechanic to fix our tire. Our experience was great and we will return to stay with them and enjoy their beautiful gardens. Thank you kindly. Stephen and Guadalupe French.
Pros: The breakfasts were great different every day. The staff looked after everything really well. The garden was lovely.
Pros: Everything was much more than we expected. I definitely recommend this place 100%. The owners were very accommodating; pleasant, polite and respectful of our needs. There was one of their workers ( Veronica, I believe) she was very friendly and soft mannered, very polite as well. The rooms are very immaculate, spacious and cozy. The shower has cold and hot water spigots in addition they have this little man made tank were you can take a cold shower with a “ huacal”, like a little bucket. The location is excellent because is a couple of blocks away from the church and the park where you can go at a walking distance and the climate makes it perfect for that. The way how they set up the eating area is so perfect along with the flowers, plants and the grass. Everything was so wonderful; definitely I recommend this place with total confidence knowing that the next guesses who come here will have the same experience I had.
Pros: The privacy of the rooms, the garden and the cordiality of the owners.
Cons: My short visit to this place.

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Pros: The room for 4 is just perfect for the family. Each los has their own bed and they slept nicely all the night.
Pros: The customer service, location and facilities were incredible!
Cons: Not enough power outlets in the room to charge cellphones , smart watches and mp3s ( accessories to be used for the trail run we were here for)
Pros: The staff were kind and accommodating. Our children were awake well before breakfast and they offered coffee, hot milk for the kids, and were able to begin breakfast service a bit early for us.
Cons: Our room was on the first floor and with no windows- so there was a lot of humidity and moisture, which made it a bit difficult to breathe comfortably and made it smell moldy.
Pros: The staff was very attentive and courteous. The food was great and the place is well kept.
With a stay at El Pueblito de Don Luis in Concepcion de Ataco, you'll be within a 5-minute walk of Ataco Church and Fray Rafael Fernandez Park. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The gardens were beautiful. Staff was friendly.
Cons: One of the bed's sheets was dirty. A big turnoff but we only stayed one night. Oh, we were in the farther room so the wi-fi didn't work well.
Pros: Location, staff, personalized attention, gorgeous gardens, delicious breakfast and most of all, the best hostess ever
Cons: Everything was excellent!
Pros: Breakfast and the gardens
Cons: Nothing everything is good
Pros: Such a beautiful place to stay here in Ataco. The garden is amazing and the service is wonderful. The playground is perfect for kids.
Pros: This is a family-run property developed just in the last five years. Its main feature is a gigantic, many-acre garden with gazebo and chapel. It is well-planted not only with flowers and bushes, but planted in such a way that the plants near the rooms are six to eight feet or more tall, guaranteeing privacy. The location is four long blocks from the church and central park, so there is no town noise. The entire property is enclosed within a high wall, and there is no way in or out except through a locked gate. One man's job is to be nearby, to let guests in or out at any time of the day or night. He helped get me going at 3:15 a.m. and the staff had a driver sleeping there overnight so that I would make it to the San Salvador airport, 2-1/2 hours away, on time for an 8:30 a.m. flight. . . There is a large, graveled parking area within the wall, so if you have your own car you will be able to park it off-street. The rooms are huge and front onto a broad porch with comfortable rocking chairs. A choice of 5 breakfasts is included in the $85/night price. I also had one dinner-sized lunch there, and I thought the kitchen produced remarkably tasty food. . . Wi-fi is very strong and reliable in the reception area. My first day there it worked for email and Facebook in the room, but not for Skype or streaming video. The first night we had a spectacular storm, and lightning knocked out power for an hour. Next day, they called someone to get wi-fi restored to reception, but by the time I left (this was over a weekend), it hadn't been restored to the rooms. . . A/c is very efficient, with a turbo setting. Because it wasn't quite warm enough for a/c most of the time, I asked about a fan, and they brought a four-foot standing fan for me. But the porch just outside the door was also much cooler than the room interior.
Cons: I think the lighting in the room should be improved a lot. There is just a dim light in the center of the ceiling and a small bedside light. It it's too late to install more built-in lighting, I'd suggest adding a floor lamp or two and a comfortable easy chair. . . I don't know whether it's fair to suggest it, given whatever the costs are of doing business in Ataco, but I think a price of $65 or $70 would be more reasonable.
Pros: What I liked the most was the hospitality from the staff and owner, also the breakfast was good and the room was super clean and comfortable. Me and my family had a pleasure stay in the Hotel
Pros: When a place makes you cry happy tears you know it’s a 10/10. Beautiful property and gardens and Theresa is the most kind, generous and genuine host . I was shown a more “flashy” property close by but this hotel is a special gem.

Pros: Very welcoming place in the center of Ataco. Great coffee spot. The staff blew our minds with magic card tricks.
Cons: Rooms were okay, but roommate kept snoring.
Pros: Pretty good location. They have cozy rooms. The attention received was very good. I liked that they offer parking for your car. Food is cheap.
Cons: Everything was great!
Cons: No soap, chair inside, glass in bath, wifi not all time was accessible
Pros: Great location, close to everything. The staff was amazing and spoke good english!
Cons: Rooms are fairly simple and without AC but that is compensated by the great staff.
Pros: Great location, very comfortable beds. Friendly helpful staff. Nice cheap little cafe at front
Cons: Wasn’t any hot water in shower
Pros: Cute boutique design. Staff is friendly. They have a nice cafe.
Cons: They didn't have good resources for travel plans. We were looking for help to go places nearby, and it seemed they couldn't help us.

Pros: On my way there, I had problems with my car and the radiator blew up....we rented a truck, got the car to a safe place and went to Apaneca. At that point we were running really late and called to let the owner know we were still coming. He said it would be no problem. When we got there we were tired and hungry. The owner opened his heart and kitchen and fed us. The whole staff was kind and helpful making this much needed time for relaxation wonderful. Thank you...thank you....thank you....you are awesome!

Pros: The staff was so incredibly helpful and wonderful. The location was great and they were able to park my car inside for the night. The room was nice....the bed was comfortable.....the water in the shower was hot....excellent!
Cons: I wish I could have stayed longer.....
Pros: Once again, the owner and staff were fantastic. Always friendly, helpful and respectful! The rooms are nice. The beds are comfortable. The water is hot ...and the food is great! Wonderful place!
Cons: Once again, all I did not like was that I couldn't stay longer.
Pros: Owner very friendly and helpful, English was fairly good. Accommodation easy to find.
Cons: WiFi really bad, unusable a lot of the time. No water pressure sometimes, and the shower didn't drain very well. Room was also a bit bare -things like a bedside lamp or a bin would've been good to have
Pros: It is not the first time that we have stayed here....we keep coming back for many reasons....the location is great, the food is good, the bed is comfortable, the climate is awesome, the vibes are wonderful. Apaneca, especially the Jardin Hostal is very welcoming and non judgmental. On the Ruta de Flores, Apaneca seems to often be skipped and overlooked....I think it is the best.
Cons: More time....it is always that there is never enough time to relax, adventure and explore more....

Pros: Central location near main park, storefronts and restaurants. Toilet has good flushing pressure. Cozy room decor. Friendly staff.

Pros: Price and location and peaceful atmosphere and clean
Cons: Price change after booking they should have honored online price

I greatly recommend everyone to come stay here. Very nice and confortable rooms, good food, everything was awesome.
Cons: Honestly we enjoyed everything.
Pros: The views of the volcanoes are beautiful. The little town is very walkable.
Cons: We stayed for two nights, and the room was never cleaned during our stay.
Pros: The location is superb! It overlooks majority of the town, it even has a terrace to watch the sunrise, the room was quite large and beautifully decorated
Cons: Limited hours for food and drinks
Pros: The staff at the front desk were extremely helpfull! This made up for the negatives. The room was comfortable. The location was great!
Cons: Our first room didn't have hot water. They tried to fix it, but couldn't so they let us change rooms, which was nice. The staff at breakfast were not very welcoming. Our room was not cleaned for two days straight.
Cons: It was unbelievably noisy at night thanks to a very large party with a boom box music that was just above our heads. This hotel does have parties, as stated in their 'conditions'. (The manager was nice , however , and gave us a better room and cut the price by 50%.) The room facilities were sparse; no desk.
