Pros: Great B&B in the middle of a beautiful region. The host is very hospitable and the breakfast is fantastic ! I highly recommend this B&B.
Pros: Everything was perfect. Breakfast super. Host very friendly and she can bake like a real Italian nonna!! The room was very romantic and the views amazing. Super clean and it felt like home. Thank you Samuella for the perfect stay and please give Argo a big huge (I mis him).
Pros: A fantastic place, better than the description on Booking.com. A very helpful and delightful host, a fantastic breakfast and great facilities. My partner and another couple used the location for the (now) annual Michele Scarponi Grand Fondo ride, and were not disappointed. Lots of other local rides to do as well. Thoroughly recommend.
Cons: Everything of a high standard.

Pros: This is a great place to stay in Marche; a classic Italian house with large, comfortable rooms (including perfect bathroom facilities), very nicely situated with a charming garden. The staff is super friendly and very helpful, and they serve an excellent breakfast every morning. It is possible to have a nice dinner in the place, as there is also a restaurant; food is really good, quite a rich menu. We would highly recommend this place!

Pros: The park is lovely and we were in solitude :very romantic
Cons: All ok
Cons: Wifi wasn't good
Pros: This 4-star hotel is located outside Montecassiano so you must have a car to stay here. The grounds themselves are very nice and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The staff was friendly, especially Nadia, who was trying to make it through her first day. The breakfast was very good and substantial; served buffet-style, there was fruit, scrambled eggs, a variety of cakes, meats, and cheeses, as well as cereal, yogurt and a selection of juices. (Yes, and coffee.)
Cons: As noted above, this establishment is located a bit too far from Montecassiano to easily walk to, which is not something I prefer. I do like being near the centro, especially when only staying one night in an area. Also, the price seemed a bit high considering it wasn't high season. I realize it is a 4-star hotel, but I was consistently staying in places as nice or nicer as I traveled throughout Le Marche, and all of the other spots were substantially less expensive than this hotel. And one thing that is not a fault of the hotel, but something guests should be aware of; when I used Google Maps to find my way to this place, it sent me to someone's home about a kilometer away. And unfortunately, they were unwilling to put me up for the night.
Pros: Lovely building & grounds in quiet area. Friendly staff in both reception & restaurant. Not exactly a big room but cosy enough and comfortable bed.
Cons: Some hairs around the bathroom sink and water in the pool didn’t seem rightly treated for swimming, such a shame.
Pros: good but some fruit could be prepared .
Cons: THE SURROUNDINGS OF THE SWIMMING POOL ,NOT VERY PLEASANT TO WALK ON .
Pros: Lovely property, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Room was an excellent size and the bathroom was roomy and well laid out, something that is not always the case in Italy! Would definitely go back and next time I would stay a little longer to visit the area (didn't have a lot of time this trip).
Cons: A little out of the way - best access would be by car but this might be a great place from which to do some touring by bicycle!
Pros: Amazing grounds, and luxurious rooms, close to a magical Italian village, Montecassiano.

Pros: Lovely location, stunning views all around the property Nice pool Had a kitchenette in with the room which was a bonus
Cons: Room needed a bit of tlc. Walls very thin, could hear neighbours Portable air con was very noisy Breakfast adequate, typical of Italy, not a lot of choice on the first day of arrival but did get better
Pros: We were welcomed by the lovely owners and Mrs Anna made us feeling at home being always super friendly and available in supporting us with anything we might have needed. The house sits on top of a hill dominating the valleys around, surrounded by fields and no other houses. The property is kept in perfect conditions with a great mix of authentic countryside houses together with modern technologies and all possible services a B&B can offer. Great facilities like the driving range over olives trees and a luxurious swimming pool.

Pros: Relax atmosphere ; very friendly owners of the hotel ; nice location and facilities ; good food
Pros: The stuff meet all our need, however we could have not dinner there, even tough there was a restaurant.
Cons: Not so easy to find, no indication at all along the countryside way.
Pros: Charming atmosphere of the room and hotel as a whole; swimming pool absolute plus; room with balcony was offered for same price; stunning view of surrounding area; we appreciated the farewell present and the helpfulness of the family/staff.
Cons: Bad smell in the room when airco not switched-on. Presence of too much dust in the room (according to staff due to air-circulation). We remarked some details that we would expect to be better when going to a four star hotel.
Pros: Location of this hotel is excellent for relax and calm. Swimming pool is beautiful.
Cons: They need to repair some things, for example clima was not working. They should change mattress on beds.
Pros: This hotel is perfectly situated for relaxation. We returned late one evening and were surrounded by fireflies, it was magical. They had 2 weddings whilst we were there, we arrived back from a day out just as they were serving dessert and staff insisted we joined them, complimentary of course. We had ours at a table beside the pool, not with the guests naturally, but it was a wonderfully welcoming gesture. The beds are great, best nights sleep I've ever had excluding my own bed. The rooms are a good size and feel personal. The owners and the staff are very welcoming and accommodating, and the gift of their own pressed olive oil was a wonderful gift to bring home, so if you stay, make sure you keep enough weight allowance.
Pros: The family were very friendly and worked hard to make us feel welcome. Nice to have swimming pool
Cons: No bad points
Pros: The postion to explore the surrounding area is good. The town surrounding the hotel are very nice.
Cons: The place is a bit run down. The owners are trying but the place needs a bit of maintenance to get it back up to standards. Examples; garden completely overgrown, fountain very dirty, pool umbrellas broken, no cushions on pool furniture, TV not working properly, restaurant not longer operational, etc.
Pros: very friendly @ helpful staff in this family run small hotel;nothing was too much trouble.the food @ wine were excellent, the setting in the rolling country side, near to the hilltop town, was beautiful.
Cons: there were only 4 sun loungers around the pool, plastic, with no mattresses or cushions but this was only a minor problem @ would not deter us going again.
Pros: the friendliness of the staff and their helpfulness
Pros: The location and friendliness of the staff were the highlights of an all round excellent hotel.
