friendly staff, good restaurant, (small) swimming pool, calm environment
The quietness of the rooms and the natural enviroment. Comfortable beds. Rest, peace and quiet. The food was not to our expectations; nor breakfast; nor supper.
Friendly, relaxing and comfortable hotel with excellent private parking. Very close to pretty countryside and Verdun.
This hotel is very tired and incredibly shabby from the outside.
The staff were extremely helpful and attentive to your needs - a welcome end to a long journey. Left the following morning relaxed and ready to complete my trip. Nothing
The grounds were fantastic as the hotel is very remote. We expected, from the remoteness of the location, that the hotel would be an extremely peaceful and tranquil location. However, a live band began at 2000 hrs and went full speed until we had to call down to the desk and complain. We had just completed 8 hrs. of grueling holiday travel and would have to face at least that much the next day. We didn't need very loud music and drunks celebrating until all hours.
Great Surroundings and Good Food. The rooms were clean and of good size. You did get the feeling though that the hotel was primarily for business customers not tourists as it had a conference centre feel so don't expect a nice intimate country hotel. .
Nice comfortable hotel, clean room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Pretty surroundings in forest. Went for an evening walk and saw a wild fox. Very peaceful and a bit off the beaten track (not a good hotel if you like to be in the centre of the action but luckily we don’t!). Excellent stopover on way through France. No
A very nice hotal set in tranquil grounds made for a relaxing stay. The manager and other staff were very attentive and helpful. The restaurant was very nice and the food reasonably priced for a gourmet experience. Overall I would rate this 8.5/10 Television was rather small
The friendliness and attentiveness of the Maitre d'hotel. A credit to his profession Nothing we did not like
