Pros: Mirabel & Vicente were PERFECT hosts. This is a fabulous welcoming place to stay and the food (all made and prepared by Maribel) is exceptional. Without doubt the best place we have stayed at in over 50 years of visiting Spain.
Pros: Lovely relaxing property in a beautiful setting. Maribel was extremely generous and attentive. She helped us organise our trips around the area, with homemade maps with points of interest. Breakfast was fantastic.
Pros: Caserio Maribel is a lovely old posada, where Maribel really makes you feel at home, cooks a delicious breakfast, will help you with any query you might have and gives you good tips and pointers to explore the region! We regretted we couldn't stay longer!
Pros: The warmest hosts ever! Huestes celestiales! !!!
Pros: Beautiful setting, Maribel and her husband really happy to help with absolutely anything, including preparing a lovely evening meal with ingredients provided by us that we ate in the garden. So good, highly recommended.
Cons: Nothing not to like.

Pros: Clean, comfortable and location.
Cons: Parking. There was a function on and the car park was full. Also a lot of road works made it difficult to find the hotel. Parking in this city is a nightmare
Pros: In the city center
Cons: Shower too small. Every time i turned i either opened the door or closed the water lever.
Pros: Room was spacious and clean, bed was big and comfortable. Powerful shower with very hot water. Location was good. For an ugly building the interior inside is lovely.
Cons: It was noisy. People were stomping on the floor above me - when I complained- the stomping increased - I asked to be moved - staff did not respond- I could hear TV from room behind my head board while laying in bed The beds were hard as rocks I would not recommend it to an enemy
Pros: the location is really excellent and the room is good
Cons: - the air condition does not work well during the night. I've complained but received no response; - noisy room; - there was a constant smell of cigarette in the last days. I've complained two times, but nothing was done (as it seems was standard protocol on this hotel)
Pros: Fantastic suite on top 10th floor with huge balcony with city views and separate lounge. Appreciate the upgrade from the friendly young guy on the late shift who checked us in and gave us good info.. Most comfortable bed ever in a hotel. Good coffee machine tea etc.

Pros: Staff ok, breakfast average for this type of hotel.
Cons: Price was outrageous, no A/C, when asked, staff said there was no need for air conditioning. "Just open the window is going to be cold tonight." But it was 84 during the day and the room is unbearable, "just open the window." Dogs barking all night and the room was hot even with the window open. I do not know if I will e vg er stay at another IHG property.
Pros: Rooms were clean, location easy to find and close to highway
Cons: Room smelled like there had been heavily smoked in it
Pros: It was okee
Cons: We got a good room in the beginning but as it was impossible to turn off the heating, we had to change rooms. The room was a lot less than the previous one with no excuse no nothing. Staff anyhow difficult to find. Breakfast: meciocre
Pros: The receptionist appeared to be new but her manner was both friendly and professional . She makes a great gin & tonic too.......
Pros: O loved the neighbourhood. the staff was super nice.
Cons: Breakfast could be a lot better.
Pros: Clean and excellent value - generous buffet breakfast included in price.
Pros: Excellent location for anyone travelling through.
Cons: Noisy guests arriving at 1am with no consideration for other guests sleeping.

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The location was perfect! We walked everywhere.
Cons: No on site parking- 15 euros a day to park in a lot nearby. Street parking free but hard to find.
Pros: Breakfast was great and bar in the evening had a good vibe. Good location - quick walk into town,
Cons: Gym could have been better. Noisy within the hotel on final day due to construction
Pros: Good location. Fair rooms. A little bit outdated.
Pros: Design of the inside of the hotel lobby
Cons: Noise from the street
Pros: Well located and the suit was very comfortable
With a stay at Gran Hotel Lakua in Vitoria-Gasteiz (Arriaga-Lakua), you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Cathedral of Mary Immaculate and Bellas Artes Museum. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Planning an event in Vitoria-Gasteiz? This hotel features 500 square feet (46 square meters) of event facilities. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Size of room
Cons: A kettle or coffee maker in the room would be better
Pros: Everything! Cannot fault thus hotel!
Pros: The quality of the hotel for the price
Cons: A bit too far away from the centre although bus and tram close by walking takes 30 min
Pros: We did not take the breakfast option, so we can't give our opinión. For us the staff was very kind, the location excellent for our needs. Little things as the number of clothes hangers, the facilities of the kitchen could be better for a hotel of this level.
Cons: We stayed two nights and we can't really say anything that was a problema for us.
Pros: Truly 5 Star hotel with luxurious fittings and facilities, a little soleless but that was probably due to the CR19 crisis. Great secure parking .Cafeteria food didn't match the rest of the hotel
Cons: This is a fact rather than a like or dislike . We require facilities for disabled, this hotel can only offer a bath, we adapted our routine and used a bath chair provided by the hotel. Whole suite huge so suitable for wheelchair users, but it is an adapted facility rather than bespoke. Washing is an important criteria for all guests.!!!
Located in Vitoria-Gasteiz (Arriaga-Lakua), Hotel Sercotel Boulevard Vitoria is within a 5-minute drive of Artium and Europa Conference and Exhibition Centre. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, express check-in, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Planning an event in Vitoria-Gasteiz? This hotel has facilities measuring 700 square feet (65 square meters), including a meeting room. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Location at outskirts of the old town in walking distance. Very comfortable suite with kitchenette. Nice and friendly staff made us feel very welcome. Convenient stay during our car travel to France. And a giant mall next door for any type of shopping.
Cons: kitchen should have been provided with kettle, drying up towel, the usual basics. Room was OK, bed small for a mini suite but comfortable. Decor rather tired. Lighting in corridor dim and not triggered until well outside room. Some tap fittings loose, bath tap inconveniently placed, carpets in corridor not A1. Feels in need of a refurb.
Pros: Great breakfast, excellent suite, and friendly staff
Cons: Nothing much
Pros: Kitchenette is convenient with enough to have a basic/quick meal, warm room and bathroom during a few wintry days, modern and clean bathroom. Large shopping centre right next to hotel with a big supermarket as well as multiple shops so you can buy anything you need. Staff pleasant and helpful. The junior suite has a separate room to the bedroom with an area to sit in (chairs, no sofa).
Cons: This did not impact my rating as it is clear in the description of the hotel, it is a walk to the historic centre so you need to bear it in mind (15-20 mins will get you there and you do walk off some of great food in Vitoria!). Some of the fittings and fixtures are looking a bit tired - scuffs on walls, chipped table, chipped stove. Minimum equipment (just 2 forks, 2 knifes, 2 spoons etc, coffee pot for stove but no kettle). Soundproofing between rooms not the best, but did not disturb us either.
Pros: Very good and modern hotel. Close to the old town of the city.
Cons: Heating not sufficient
With a stay at Hotel Jardines de Uleta Suites in Vitoria-Gasteiz (Mendizorrotza), you'll be within a 15-minute walk of Basilica of San Prudencio de Armentia and Mendizorroza Stadium. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Event facilities at this aparthotel consist of conference space and a meeting room. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: It was lovely to have a suite
Pros: The rooms are very big and have a very big kitchen. But these apartments are more for long stay.
Cons: Someone broke into our car. Personnel at the hotel wasn't helpful at all. Also they did not ask how our stay was. Would not go there again.
Pros: Nice suites, spacious and nicely equipped. Located a few minutes from the center.
Pros: Top notch property, a huge, comfortable, luxury apartment, extremely friendly staff
Cons: Nothing- It was a little far from the center but there is the most wonderful park through which you can walk the entire way to town
Pros: Nice big room
Cons: The units have kitchens which you are not allowed to use unless you pay more. The most disappointing is that not even a kettle is available for use which they refused to give us one when asked. As it was the 26th everything was closed including their own Restuarant. Location is not close to restaurants that were open either. Don’t recommend staying here if you want to make yourself a basic cup of tea . Disappointing all round for the price we paid.
Pros: Family room
Cons: Very low wifi connection. No accessories in the kitchen Breakfast offer very very limited

Pros: The location was great - easy to park but still close to the historic center. The hotel was very nicely decorated- modern, but comfortable, and the rooms were very big. The shower was great as well!
Cons: The shower leaked a little bit, so when we showered the bathroom floor got a puddle of water.
Pros: The front desk staff, especially Maite was really helpful. The house cleaning is great too.
Cons: The walls, floors and ceilings are a little thin... I can feel and hear every step taken by the person above me.
Pros: It was clean and pleasant. We were happy to find free parking on a Saturday on a street behind the hotel. Our room was very quiet due to the fact that it was facing inner space between blocks (not pretty, but quiet).
Cons: The price is a bit too high for what it is. Their menu is quite pricey as well, so didn't eat there. Instead, we went to a Michelin restaurant and paid less.
Pros: Location, walking distance to old town. Room was also very comfortable and good size.
Cons: The fa,ily room was $158US a night. Parking was additional $15 euros and a hassle. Every time we came back and had to park I had to leave the car in front of the hotel, walk over to the reception and wait for the receptionist to be done with whatever she was doing to acknowledge me and open the garage for me. I then had to,switch elevators to get to my room, which was impossible to do during check out, because the maids were using it.
Pros: Staff was polite The room was clean
Pros: Nice hotel, nice rooms
Cons: Slow wifi
Cons: The bedroom was a bit cold. There is no heater to put on, only cold air and it is ridiculous since it is located in Vitoria, a cold area.
Cons: Air conditioner should be more flexible
Pros: Very friendly service and professional staff
Cons: One lift broken no heating or air conditioning however they did a great job of moving me to a more suitable room and did not charge me any extra for that
With a stay at Hotel Centro Vitoria hcv, you'll be centrally located in Vitoria-Gasteiz, steps from Plaza de Espana and within a 5-minute walk of Statue of The Wayfarer. Featured amenities include express check-out, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff.
Pros: Clean room with everything you need inside, Staff were very friendly, Good wifi, Excellent location, Good bathroom, Very reasonably priced.
Cons: The walls were paper thin so I could hear people watching TV, the club below was loud through the night which also kept me up
Pros: Clean and pleasant hotel, very central. Friendly staff!
Cons: A room was a bit too small. No view through the window.
Pros: Very basic hotel in the centre of Vitoria. Perfect if you are just looking for a clean, tidy and functioning room to stay in, rather than a luxurious hotel, which was perfect for us. The ability to be able to enter the hotel when the reception staff are off duty was also a bonus feature. Very polite and useful staff. Also allowed us to leave bags for a couple of hours after checking out.
Cons: Quite expensive for a 1 night stay in off-season, as accomodation is just a room i.e. no fridge, gym, facilities etc etc
Cons: No breakfast Old room Internet very slow
Pros: Good value for money and very clean.
Cons: A fade odour probably from the cleaning liquids.
Pros: Great location near the walkable city centre with restaurantsand shopping etc., good value, clean, quiet, nice to have the lift, friendly staff.
With a stay at Abba Jazz Hotel in Vitoria-Gasteiz (Ensanche), you'll be within a 5-minute walk of Statue of The Wayfarer and Florida Park. Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk.
Pros: So close to old town and the best Pintxo places!
Pros: Everything was good
Pros: Great location!
Pros: Wonderfully friendly staff and perfect location. Comfortable bed.
Cons: The hotel could use a few maintenance upgrades. The bathroom had chipped tile, soiled wallpaper, etc. The shower head wouldn't stay in the holder with the water turned on.
Cons: Spectacular location. Unfortunately the hotel is in need of refurbishment. The road noise is terrible, the floor creeks at every step so you know when your neighbour arrives (and flushes). The AC is old and noisy and the bathroom is very outdated.
Pros: Well equjipped kitchen and Aldi two blocks away means we can have a home cooked meal. Easy location to find off main highways and easy to park onsite. Staff at gate helpful and apartment fittings modern and clean with large shower room, white fluffy towels and comfortable beds.
Pros: The apartment was excellent very clean and tidy, spacious and comfortable. I arrived late so I did not get the full benifit but checking in at the gate with the computer screen was easy and quick,.
Cons: Parking in the underground car park was not an option for me as I arrived after the reception closed at 1900.
Pros: Well equipped kitchen etc
Cons: Although arrived at 4.30 no one was on reception. Auto check in very poor. Had to call for help. When tried to use auto check out it did not work. Poor security as entry gate had been deliberately taped across the lock so anyone could walk in.
Pros: 10€ taxi ride from city centre. Complete kitchen with washing machine, microwaves, oven, filter coffe machine, etc. Big and comfortable rooms, massive bathroom, terrace and very good heating.
Cons: There were not a minimum of basic ingredients such as salt, sugar, oil....
Pros: Always super clean and well equipped a real home from home for us. Convenient location and near to Aldi and McD if one needs supplies. Late entry easy to navigate and telephone staff helpful when we were late on the road. SUPER place to spend a restful evening while on the road travelling south or north. excellent WiFi, TV, beds, heating and A/C with well equipped kitchen and bathroom/shower room, fresh linen and soft white towels etc. Green spaces to walk pets and ample parking also.
With a stay at Gorbea in Vitoria-Gasteiz (Ariznabarra), you'll be within a 15-minute walk of Bellas Artes Museum and Mendizorroza Stadium. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Cons: The bedroom was small, and I found a spider and a bug in the bathroom. The room didn't smell as good as I could expect
Pros: Nothing to like about this horrible room.
Cons: Complained over the phone to staff that we didn’t get room we asked for. Told us to phone booking. com and hung up. Ignorant + rude. Room was tiny and shabby. There is a light about 80cm from the floor attached to the wall, the curtains and bed linen are past their best. The building was recently a block of old council flats converted by Novotel into 11 pokey rooms on each of the 2 levels with the basic of fittings. How this can in any way be classed as a hotel is beyond me. Couldn’t get out quick enough. Do not waste your hard earned money by staying in this place.
Pros: excellent attention by employee, extremely helpful with everything, very nice person.
Cons: charged for parking which wasn't really necessary, but maybe it was also our fault for not analyzing the situation correctly.
Pros: The calmness
Cons: Everything was nice
Pros: Good location ...
Cons: Doors to noisy .... many doors slamming all night ... but good for a rest...
With a stay at ELE Hotelandgo Arasur in Ribera Baja, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Castle of Miranda de Ebro and Junguitu Wine Museum. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. This hotel has 2 meeting rooms available for events. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Everything. Staff speaks english and is very friendly polite and profissional
Pros: Useful location. Breakfast was fine.
Cons: The bed wasn't the best,
Pros: Nothing. I don’t mind sharing this with everyone
Cons: This was the worst hotel we stayed, one arrives there to a horrible pig smell ( there’s a factory there) the deco of the rooms are not nice, no place even to hang your jackets or clothes , they are not cheap and don’t deserve to be more than one or two stars. They charge us for breakfast a Continental breakfast and it was the worst continental breakfast we ever had, just sliced bread with butter or jam, there was no ham or cheese and the coffee is served ice cold and they offer you a microwave if you want to warm it up, it was just not worth the money, and will never stay there again and we travel every month so never again we will go to that hotel
Pros: Room plenty large enough, clean, nice bathroom
Cons: Facilities severely restricted by corona virus lockdown . No restaurant or alternative , no check in staff and automated check in difficult, check out staff did best they could.
Pros: Breakfist was ok but not super. Location and price were very good.
Cons: Hotel restaurant is closed on sunday. The room was not very clean.
Cons: For the money, nothing.
Pros: Location. Convenience for trip down to the ferry....
Cons: Poor breakfast choice. Otherwise good stop over. Cafeteria adjacent decent food for the money..
Cons: No hot water. I was told when checking in that they had a problem, and it was being mended. But there was never hot water or an apology.
With a stay at Hotel Sercotel Ciudad de Miranda, you'll be centrally located in Miranda de Ebro, within a 15-minute drive of Castle of Miranda de Ebro and Bodegas Gómez Cruzado. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and express check-in. Planning an event in Miranda de Ebro? This hotel has facilities measuring 2153 square feet (200 square meters), including conference space. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok
Cons: Wifi was very poor. It was not possible to download heavy attachments or watch anything on streaming
Pros: Lovely hotel, we did not know what to expect. The ladies at the reception were very helpful, the room, the beds, the bathroom all fine.
Cons: Perhaps a small reading lamp by the bed would be helpful and larger teapots at breakfast.
Pros: The restaurant is amazing
Pros: Location is good for the town. Our room was extremely comfortable - exec room. Very quiet too. The staff were excellent particularly as they needed to speak English. The garage entrance was a bit unusually going down in a lift but made it very secure which was important to us. We ate dinner in the railway carriage which was rather unusual but almost original inside. You could imagine being on an old train journey. Unfortunately the dinner was a bit disappointing, but the wine recommended was very nice and not unreasonable. Breakfast was good and catered for most.
Pros: Super modern hotel and an ideal stop-over travelling across northern Spain. It's about 15 minutes away from one of the motorways and quiet. The beds are really big and comfortable. We had asked for twins and they were next to each other so a huge double bed. The food for the evening dinner was excellent and we took it in the very comfortable old railway carriage at the back of the hotel. The carriage is not used in the hot summer months. The breakfast is also very good.
Cons: Only problem for us was finding a place to park as we had a roof box on top of the car and couldn't get into their own parking under the building. We were there on a Saturday evening and the street parking places were totally full!
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. The evening meal was excellent as was the breakfast. The bed was large and comfortable. It would have been good for a family too as there were two cleverly concealed pull down bunkbeds. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and the fitments new.
Cons: The town of Miranda de Ebro is not particularly interesting but is OK for easy access to the port of Bilbao. The secure garage is accessed by driving your car into a lift and backing into the lift on the way out - not for the fainthearted and not for the nervous driver!!
When you stay at Hotel Nagusi in Zuia, you'll be 13 minutes by car from Cascada de Gujuli. Featured amenities include luggage storage and an elevator. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The hotel was excellent and very clean. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The food was fantastic (best cod I have ever tasted!) The parking was secure and overall a fabulous place!
Cons: The room was too hot and really needed air con or at least a fan. I don’t think this was helped by having a memory foam mattress which made me hot. It would not stop me staying there again... I would just take a fan lol
Pros: Frendly small village.
Cons: There is no restaurant near the hotel so the dinner is not easy.
Pros: breakfast was excellent served from 8-10am , but when the host realised several people were leaving for an event at 5 am , he and his wife came in and served early ! excellent service and such nice people
Cons: Nothing - the hotel could not be faulted - all staff were excellent , friendly , professional , and helpful . i would stay here again
Pros: We were made to feel very welcome, Juan the owner was excellent, helped with 5am early breakfast before our Ironman event, always very helpful and informative. Lovely hotel, made better by all the staff, situated in a peaceful village!
Cons: I liked everything, I really have no complaints!
Pros: Warm welcome as soon as you arrive. Well located next to restaurants. Stored our bikes for us in a garage. Rooms are spacious and very clean. A wonderful hotel.

Pros: The staff and the location
Cons: The room smelt of smoke & the walls were very thin

Cons: Clean and bathrooms very bad
Pros: Room and breakfast were good
Cons: Difficult to find any restaurants close by. Difficult to find how to get in to the car park. Lift in car park was not working.
Pros: Parking close to hotel easy. Location excellent for catching tram into City centre. 2 bars in close proximity. Staff extremely helpful . Shower in bathroom powerful.
Cons: Hotel a little dated.
Pros: Position to amenities
Cons: Room decoration

Pros: Hotel ideal for breaking your journey. Clean rooms, parking and cafeteria on site. Stayed during ‘false 1’, protocol good.
Pros: Very nice breakfast and restaurant. Great place to stop if you are travelling.
Cons: The room above mine had a lot of noise, doors opening, cracks.
Cons: Just forget tooth brush
Pros: Just next to the motorway. Big and clean room. Clean bathroom with good shower. Free parking. Food and drinks 24/7.

Pros: The host was very helpful and friendly.
Pros: Excellent stay. I liked the bedroom I had. Comfy and clean. Worlds most squeaky floorboards. Hope I didn't disturb other guests. The owner was awesome. Lots of knowledge as he has lived there his whole life. I was super comfy at this place. It is simple, clean, and located in a great spot. I would stay again.
Pros: The room was beautiful, with polished wooden floors, crisp white sheets, very warm and comfortable. Great location with good tram links to main bus station. Jose could not have been more kind and helpful. Very sorry to leave
Pros: - Very nice host, with very good recommendations. - Super well located right between the train station and the entrance to the old town. - Comfortable beds
Cons: Nothing, was great.
Pros: It's really really awesome. No better location, impeccable clean, all what you need inside. Extraordinary attention and service.
Cons: Nothing at all

Featured amenities include a business center, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Event facilities at this residence consist of conference space and a meeting room. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Secure parking for motorbikes
Pros: Perfect place to stay with a dog and onsite parking a bonus
Pros: It's the second time we are staying this place with our cat. We needed a safe parking, as usual, and we got it! Our room was very warm, it's so rear and so important in winter season in South Europe.
Pros: Excellent location in centre of lovely rural village. Bar/ restaurant attached exceptional value/ great atmosphere,
Cons: A lift
Pros: Our arrival at Arganzon Plaza was a little bumpy. Parking onsite was taken, but alternate parking nearby was quickly found. We also arrived on a night when the bar/restaurant was closed, but as our room had a kitchenette we were able to fend for ourselves and enjoy a bar at the end of the plaza.. La Puebla de Arganzon is a charming small town close to Vitoria Gasteiz and Burgos. The rooms are quite spacious and very comfortable and offer an authentic experience of regional Spain.
A stay at Dato 2 places you in the heart of Vitoria-Gasteiz, steps from Statue of The Wayfarer and 4 minutes by foot from Virgen Blanca Square. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff.
Pros: Perfect location! Character!!! Refal!!!
Pros: Location brilliant
Cons: So many STAIRS!
Pros: We had a clean room with very comfortable beds street view. Excellent location- walking distance to everything. The hotel has a convenient arrangement with a nearby underground garage for Euros 12.
Cons: We had everything we need for the value. No complaints.
Pros: This property is great fun and we enjoy the extras around the hall and stairways - they have to be seen to be believed. We appreciate the table and chairs in each room. It is handy to the station. We've stayed here several time and would stay again.
Pros: Very good location. Easy in and out. The first night was cold .Then they immediately turned the heat on for me after I complained.
Cons: Shouldn’t forget the reception is in a different address from the place I stayed, there is a Dato and a Dato 2. The room is in a long and narrow shape which made the moving around a little difficult. It is a place full of statues which could scare you when open the room door because the first thing you see is a big dark shade with a sword in his raised hand. The shower space is so small I couldn’t take a shower without the body touching the curtains or bumping the head somewhere. I felt dirtier after I took a shower because I could get germs that didn’t belong to me. Facilities are basic and the room is out of date.
Pros: Location is great: walking distance to train station, the park, the plazas, main streets and old town. I could check in at midday, which was very convenient. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. Room 226 was clean, warm, quiet and amazing value considering it's location.
Pros: Great location, especially if you’re travelling by train. Fantastic decor, splendour of another age. Clean and quiet so long as your neighbouring guests aren’t noisy (thin separating walls). Beware if stairs aren’t your thing. Excellent value in lovely Vitoria-Gasteiz.
Cons: No fridge
