Pros: Location and the best breakfast I have had in a long time
Pros: Everything! 1
Pros: Great, Friendly, helpful Owners. Delicious home made breakfast. They make you feel right at home.
Pros: The breakfast was delicious (amazing pancakes, fresh herb garnishes), it was impeccably clean, and a bonus that one of the proprietors is a massage therapist. I plan to return!
Pros: breakfast great and walkability excellent
Pros: The room was very comfortable. The balcony was perfect. The food was delicious and the owners were very nice. This was a great B&B experience.
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Quiet and peaceful setting. Very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Ten mile drive for dinner.
Pros: Beautiful house with a comfortable sitting area. Cooked breakfast was delicious. The hosts were very friendly and helpful
Cons: The room was very small
Pros: Breakfast was fantastic! The bed was remarkably comfortable. The house was charming, comfortable and very clean. Our hosts were wonderful.
Pros: It was a return trip to Crystal Mt. We don’t ski so we have visited in Spring, Summer and early Fall. Always enough to do and the natural surroundings are beautiful.
Pros: We stayed at the Hamlet and the room was perfect for our family of 4, with a great view of the slopes. Very clean, with a convenient mini kitchenette with microwave, fridge and utensiles. The beds were very comfortable. Hamlet is ideally located for a ski vacation with ski locker and ski lifts just outside the door. We really enjoyed having everything within walking distance: pool, gym, restaurants and stores. Great customer service. We arrived early and we got our room ready very quickly. We'll be back!
Pros: Beautiful setting. Store & restaurants within walking distance.
Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable. Needs a new mattress!
Pros: They charge me extra money for extra person saying that will be an extra bed even I booked two queen bed . In the room was not an extra bed but wall bed
Cons: The coffee maker didn’t work at all . All the stuff very old
Pros: Beautiful location, great facilities, friendly staff
Pros: I love the whole resort, there's things to do for everyone.
Cons: I indoor pool is to hot and the CLORINE levels are way......to high with very little ventilation. Other then that the kids enjoyed the pool.
Pros: Have been to C. Mt. on a number of occasions... GREAT Nordic trails, Good Golf ( Mountain course ) and Good Mt Biking trails
Cons: limited options for eating, and a bit of a drive to find OTHERs.
Pros: Close restaurant with good food and reasonable prices
Cons: No elevator in the building we were staying. Had to carry heavy suite cases up stairs!
Pros: Beautiful resort with wonderful facilities and great staff.
Cons: Price and extra fees.
Pros: Room was excellent, grounds were very nice
Cons: When I booked through Trip Advisor I was not prompted to advise we had a dog. My room was ready at check-in but when I reminded the front desk of the dog they had to switch rooms. Luckily there was a pet friendly room available but they had to have it cleaned. They put a rush on it but the room was not ready for an hour and a half. The staff was very helpful and friendly though each time (3 times) I followed up for our room and I understand it was not the fault of Crystal Mountain. The only disappointment was the time we had to wait for the room to be cleaned.
Pros: Very clean, great place for family's, we had great time
Pros: The village atmosphere, the activities, the pub
With a stay at Coastal Suites Resort in Beulah, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Betsie Valley Trail and Benzie Area Historical Museum. Featured amenities include microwave in a common area and refrigerator in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Breakfast was nutritious. Staff let me into my room early because I had an engagement to get to. Location was in the heart of a beautiful area.
Pros: Loved it being right by the lake. The concierge was extremely nice and offered great tips which actually made our time there amazing. She was so pleasant. Breakfast was basic but good and so organized. The room was very beautifully decorated and comfortable.
Pros: Nice updated room, great location
Cons: No microwave in breakfast area for sandwiches
Pros: Super cheerful, friendly, helpful manager, Cari. Cute courtyard with a couple firepits, cozy furnishings and s'mores ingredients.
Cons: Very limited check in hours. At check in, manager wanted to charge us the full rate, not our booking.com rate. But that was settled quickly when we produced the booking confirmation.
Pros: The staff was welcoming and hospitable. A sweet touch was a smores tray offered at night for all guests. My kids thought it was great!
Pros: The apartment was well furnished and very comfy. The free breakfast was superb! The best thing about this place is that it's so close to the lake given what we had to pay for it! So, overall a really nice experience!
Cons: Although they allowed us to check in late the lady at reception was a bit rude. The suite was pretty good a bit smaller than what we had expected but, still god enough. We didn't get a hair-dryer and you've have to put in an earlier request to get one.
Pros: Large living area and well equipped kitchen with eating area. Quite a few choices for breakfast. We were travelling with our grandkids and everyone found something they liked to eat.
Cons: very little space in bedrooms for suitcases, etc. bed was not the most comfortable.
Pros: Loved the decor and game room, close to lake!
Pros: Decor is modern and adorable! Coastal Suites is steps from public access to Crystal Lake and a short walk to the town beach and business district. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful with great recommendations for local points of interest.
Cons: Bathroom is very small and did not have a good fan. Got pretty hot and humid in the bathroom during showers.
Pros: The location is excellent. Also the hotel is charming with its decor and outdoor seating where guests can enjoy a fire, popcorn etc.
Cons: Breakfast is simple continental, there is a very small space at the reception area.

Pros: Everything. The owner was a sweetie. It was our anniversary and in our room was a bottle of wine/two glasses and a card from them.
Pros: Very cozy and clean!! Staff very friendly!! Accommodated an early check so we could get ready and go to a wedding!! A little pricy for what you get.. but the location is wonderful!
Cons: A little more reasonable pricing!
Pros: Location was great. Walking distance to stores and beach. room was cozy. Onsite free parking. It was great for the activities we did. Small town family charm.
Pros: I liked the fact that it was very cost effective. Also, it's only a block away from the water and downtown. Room was clean and check in was very easy. I liked receiving the phone call stating that my room was ready when ever we were ready to check in. I would definitely and will plan on staying here again.
Cons: Just a suggestion. You might want to put motion sensor lights or some type of light on the building at the end by the road. It's really dark when you come in at night.
Pros: Great location but just a bit overpriced for what you get.
Cons: Not a fan of baseboard heaters. Especially when the controls are in need of repair.
Pros: Very friendly and informative about the areas and events. We were able to walk everywhere, very convenient. Will definitely be back.
Cons: Lighting, loudness of air conditioner, lack of electrical outlets especially in the bathroom.
Pros: I loved the quaint feeling. Very clean, updated and the grounds are well kept. Amy was so helpful and gave us suggestions on where to go for the best sunset. We loved the picnic table and the hammock outside of our room.
Cons: My only complaint was the shower. The water turns from normal temp to freezing and then back to normal temp. There were 3 of us in our room and it happened every time one of us showered.
Pros: The location was great, close to the 'downtown' of Frankfurt, within walking distance of shops and beach.
Cons: My sister was with me and we asked for a cot for additional sleeping. The hosts were not able to provide this for us.
Pros: Off the beaten path. Friendly staff. Clean! Enjoyed the beautiful flower gardens and window boxes. So nice to have outdoor seating. Loved the comfy easy chair in our room. Room also had a fridge, microwave, and coffeepot.
With a stay at The Hotel Frankfort in Frankfort, you'll be just steps from Betsie Lake and Frankfort Beach. Featured amenities include express check-out, coffee/tea in a common area, and microwave in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Great older building, amazing location, lots of attention to appropriately addressing decor. Great value overall.
Cons: Indifferent staff, some minor cleanliness issues.
Pros: The staff was welcoming and friendly. Great service all around from the reception to the restaurant personal. The whole atmosphere at the hotel was warm an inviting. Hoping to be back soon.
Pros: Love the location and the historical aspect of the hotel!
Cons: We didn’t eat dinner until late. But the food was great
Pros: Great location! Very short walk to beach, marina, & shops. Very friendly staff all around. The on-site restaurant was very good as well. Cool wine cellar. Would definitely stay here again!
Cons: Parking is a little challenging.
Pros: Breakfast room always open
Pros: I love the historical nature of the hotel and the location was great.
Cons: The bathroom was painfully small and for as far advance as I had booked the reservation, it would have been nice to have a better view, rather than one overlooking the back parking lot. We were also disappointed there was no restaurant open for lunch.
Pros: Friendly staff and great food and fantastic to be remembered by the staff
Pros: Room was huge, clean, smelled fresh, and the king bed was phenomenal! There was a small loft space up above in the room with a full bed and it was slightly less comfortable but it was a great addition for a third or fourth traveller. The location was A+ awesome! Walk to the beach in a few blocks, bars and restaurants all around. Fun little breakfast spots nearby that are open early, too. We went to a bakery nearby that offered breakfast sandwiches that we ordered to go. The staff at the Frankfort allowed us to eat on the hotel patio, which is really quite nice. Overall we had a wonderful time!
Cons: The Frankfort restaurant is overpriced for the menu offerings. Big city prices for small town fare -- not worth the value (but it is a tourist destination so I suppose that is the justification?). That really was the only down side, which isn't even that bad of an issue!
Pros: The shower was amazing, nice room, great staff, excellent food
Pros: Loved the quaintness and location in downtown and close proximity to Lake Michigan.
Cons: Our room could have used a dresser. We stayed 5 nights. It would have made it easier keeping clothes organized.

Pros: Location is good for exploring Lake Michigan shore. Basic motel, a little bit outdated, but well maintained yard/surroundings (tables, chairs, fireplaces, grill, pergola...) Friendly owners/managers.
Cons: Very basic, small rooms, old and loud A/C, non-comfortable bathroom, worn towels and sheets. (Noisy guests, loud party after midnight.)

Pros: Great location, lots of big parking areas, large pool, hot shower with good water pressure, clean hotel with nice bathrooms & beds, staff and housekeeping was nice, great chocolate chip cookies at desk!
Cons: Pool was closed due to pump was down when we got there but they said it was up and running when we checked out, hot tub was hot but no jets working just kind of bubbled, kind of a bummed because those were one of the reasons we booked it, would have expected more variety at breakfast, decent breakfast but have had a lot better hot breakfast at other places!
Pros: sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter / very friendly and helpful staff
Cons: pool was closed due to maintenance reasons
Pros: Clean room and common areas. A great locale.
Cons: The indoor swimming pool was closed, as in empty, as in it had been closed for a long time. This needs to be addressed by telling people it’s not available prior on the website. I mentioned to the manager my thoughts on the topic. He clearly could care less. He was just a young person clearly related to the owners or he wouldn’t have had such real bad attitude. With a big smirk on his callow face he said he would do something about the “Notice” issue. On rainy day like today an indoor pool would be an option. I doubt that this pool will ever reopen.
Pros: Overall, it was good. At first, we felt like we were in the middle of nowhere - but when we realized how close we were to lots of things to do in nature, it felt like a better location. Bed was alright. It was nice and clean.
Cons: The breakfast was not good. The eggs were mixed in with potato and cheese ... which my husband said was okay - but for me, I can’t eat cheese so it would have been nice to have the cheese as an option on the side. There were hard boiled eggs .... but they were quite hard / chewy.
Pros: Pool was nice, training facility. Breakfast was pretty good.
Cons: Room lighting was a little dim, and ancient remnant of smoking detectable.
Pros: The room was nice. Bed comfy. Air conditioning was ice cold. WiFi was strong. Cookie at check in. Easy in and out.
Cons: The pool was closed. The price was very high.
Pros: Room was large, nice refrigerator with freezer, comfortable seating. The front desk staff were very helpful with travel information.
Cons: The name “scenic view” was a stretch.
Pros: The bed was comfortable and we like that it had a fridge and microwave. Liked the location.
Cons: The bathroom room could have been cleaner (wall and shower). Room was overpriced.
Cons: Pool was out of service. Just a bummer, that’s all.
Cons: Too expensive for the location as well as facilities.
Cons: The room was not clean enough. The pool was in bad repair. The hot tub was broken and empty of water. This place does not deserve Best Western logo.
Pros: Comfy bed
Cons: Pool was closed for three days, they did not have milk during breakfast, refrigerator in room was so loud it was hard to sleep
