Friendly staff Garden with pool Breakfast Rebuilding
facilities, staff, breakfast, internet access renovation is going on
Best of I like breakfasts and park behind the hotel Nothing
They think of everything!!! internet, great food for breakfast the hotel restaurant, service and food was poor
Fast to do check in Wi Fi conetion very poor
The hotel is perfect - staff, food, location, rooms are exellent
the internet was a bit slow.
We used this hotel in Italy and were happy to find the hotel staff speaking English. Professional and polite staff. Breakfast was exellent. Free and spacious parking. Free internet. Dead air in the bathroom. There were not many channels in English. Of course to have Russian channels would be fantastic! Free Wi-fi Internet was slow and unstable.
I appreciate wireless internet access in rooms free of charge. Room odour was bad.
Nice breakfast. Clean room. LCD TV with English channels. Very good value for money.
Quiet, clean, neat and tidy. Staff were very helpful. Hotel should consider having menu in other languages aside from Italian. Food was average and a little disappointing, but ok. Bread rolls were not fresh.
rooms, position hotel stuff didn't know english
Service was very good. Nice breakfast.
Location in Tripadvisor was incorrect. This hotel is actually 29k from the centre of Verona No aircon. Location incorrect.
Nice location and the rooms if you stay for one night (close to the highway). Good breakfast. Friendly staff
Hotel staff immediately split beds to make triple when we arrived which we appreciated. Good local wines served - meals in restaurant excellent Seemed business orientated. No tourist information available, and unable to get any information re sites, markets etc. Restaurant closed without notice on Sunday.
Staff were very friendly and the rooms were in good condition. The bathrooms were particularly good. The single beds were quite narrow.
Good breakfast, friendly staff - would be a good business hotel Seems more like a business hotel. Although the location is convenient from Verona this appears to be a more industrial town.
The staff couldn't speak English!
situated right next to the old town of Soave no
Easy to find, not too far from Verona, the mediavel city Soave itself (one minute walk from the hotel) is worth for a tour. Spacious room, nice bathroom, helpfull stuff, extended breakfast with fresh friuts.
Great value for money, very friendly and helpful stuff, spacious rooms, nice breakfast, easy to reach from the highway
There were several things that really made a difference. One of things was the front staff, in particular; a young man who worked afternoon/evenings. I cannot recall his name, but he made an impression. He greeted us each time we walked in or out of the hotel, patiently answered our multitude of questions and was professional always. The other staff were just as nice. The convenience of the hotel to where we wanted to go/visit made it a perfect 'home base' for us. I wouldn't say that I did not like it, however; we all wished there was more variety offered at breakfast. What was provided was always fresh, and the staff were exceptional.
I liked wooden floor and marble bathroom, very quiet location and conveniently quick and simple access from A4 Highway. We were not late for breakfast (45 min before closing) but not all the offer was there (most bread and cheese were consumed already and the food was not added)
nice hotel,very clean,beautiful old village
Absolutely everything. One must go to unterstand what the words cann't describe. It is A class. You must have a room with castle view. NO!!!
Excellent hotel and services, comfortable room, I had a good time Nothing.
the room was really excellent, especially for paid price
very good large room with tea facilities, very good breakfast, nice location nearby ancient downtown
This was our second stay at B&B Monte Tondo. One of the highlights of our trip (again) for accommodations. Marta, the daughter of the owners who runs the Front Desk for the B&B and for Wine Tastings and sales, is an absolute charm and she made my wife and I feel very welcome. Prices are some of the best you will find, yet the rooms sizes and comfort are also among the top for B&Bs in Italy. Nothing
it was easy to find. a pleasure to stay in. our room was fantastic and far more luxurious than we anticipated for the price, want to go back now!!
The swimming pool was nice, but was under construction, and the workers made my daughters uneasy. The setting within the vineyard gave a nice appearance. The location is good onlly for Soave; it is quite far from anywhere else. The breakfast was all store-bought, packaged foods. Nothing fresh. The four-person apartment we rented had a very nice king-sized bed, but the bed was in a loft that did not receive any cool air from the a/c and was like an oven in the summer heat. A low ceiling made it impossible to stand upright. The bed downstairs is a pullout sofa which was very uncomfortable. The room appeared clean at first, but any higher rating of its cleanliness was negated when we found a roach crawling in the sink on our last morning there. The guest rooms are all above a basement workroom, which was in use and very noisy until eight in the evening
Nice and helpful receptionist. Daughter of the owner's family. Very knowleglable about wines of the region. Staff slow in refilling the brekafast buffet.
We where met with the most excellent service ever. Recomendation of restaurants, and things to do. That it was a winery aswell, should be mentioned, its a new winery, but their wine is excellent.
Friendly helpful staff and great location, particulalry for wine lovers. The roof of the loft bedroom was a bit low, so we could not stand upright and the stairs to the loft were very steep.
Great location! Soave is an adorable medieval town, also very close to Verona & Vicenza. The B&B was very quiet (despite being close to the highway), with clean and comfortable rooms. Our quadruple room accommodated 3 adults and 2 young children (4 & 2) very well. The breakfast was very good and my husband said it was the best hotel coffee of the trip! We also enjoyed the winery tour and the children had fun playing with the old bottling equipment outside. Very child-friendly! The wine was excellent and we came home with as many bottles as we could carry. We would definitely stay there again if we are visiting the region or just driving by.
Excellent base for exploring the wine route. Within easy reach of Verona , Asiago , Lake Garda and Venice. The bed and breakfast is on an exceptional wine estate run by an energetic friendly family
Quiet semi rural setting close to A4 motorway and Soave town centre Bedroom ceiling in the apartment was to low for all but the shortest person
I could make food in my room pretty cold at night
Helpful receptionist, clean room and large room with A/C, minibar and satellite TV, secure parking. Traffic noise coming from the road. Poor breakfast. The shower kit in the bathroom was out of order. Not easy to find with the coordinates written on the hotel page at night. Real and exact coordinates: N 45° 24’ 26’’ - E 11° 14’ 04’’ or, N 45° 24.444’ - E 11° 14.083’ . This will take you to the entrance of the hotel.
quite, easy parking, rooms are spacious and comfortable
the helpful staff poor breakfast
We had breakfast included and the first morning there was nothing left on the buffet as a tour bus was at breakfast first and the food was not replenished
Location was excellent poor breakfast
Nice, peaceful setting with a breathtaking view. Excellent choice for a night on your way to somewhere (like we were) but I would also consider to stay there for a few nights and explore the region better. Decoration is rustic and modern at the same time, a successful mix. Very good breakfast with cappuchino, bread, ham, cheese, pastries, fruits - all you wish for. What makes this place, apart from the setting and above points is definately the host, Christian. Open, friendly, available yet discreet. Might be tricky to find, especially if you arrive at night. Must point out that this was entirely our own fault though, we could have called before or checked the location better... After 3 phone calls host Chritian went out with his car to look for us in the dark !
