Pros: CleAnliness and efficiency
Book your room at the new ibis budget Basel City hotel at a great price. The modern, bright and air-conditioned rooms are equipped with free WIFI, a flat-screen TV and wonderfully comfortable Sweet Bed by ibis budget beds. Thanks to the central location of the hotel, just a few minutes' walk away from the SBB train station, many attractions including St. Jakob park and the exhibition center can easily be reached on foot or by public transport. You can look forward to a good night at a fantastic price.
Pros: Breakfast and coffee
Cons: Next to a big hotel
Pros: Clean and modern, ensuite bathroom, helpful staff, really nice breakfast. Fine as a base for a night or two, as you'd expect from an Ibis hotel.
Cons: The hotel was a bit of a walk from the main train station, along either a main road where not many people were walking, or a covered walkway. I thought this would be a bit of a pain, as there didn't seem to be any restaurants or shops closer to the hotel, but you can take the tram - free with the Basel card you're given - from opposite the hotel, which takes you to the train station in a couple of minutes, and they arrive every few minutes. So long as you know this, the hotel is fine, and I would stay there again.
Pros: great location a short walk from the railway station. A simple small room that is excellent for an overnight stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Great if you are using the train station for transit, or the airport bus which terminates at basel station
Cons: Seemed a bit expensive for what it was but to be fair it was the cheapest room in that area when i booked, guess its just an expensive town
Pros: Friendly front desk staff.
Cons: Hard mattress, no working wifi, room too hot but staff opened sealed window.
Pros: Good place for visitors to stay in this hotel. Very polite service. The room was clean and well equippted.
Cons: Train sound

Pros: Modern, clean hotel, well located and good value for money
Cons: Check-in a little slow
Pros: Everything ordered for breakfast in the bag delivered to my door - no coffee capsule though. Great views, centrally located hotel, big shower, option to use "rain shower" or normal one, lighted magnifying mirror (youd be surprised at what you discover) ;), pretty large desk to work from (main travel reason), great wifi connection for multiple devices (had 4 on me), big tv (dont expect a huge selection of channels).
Cons: One of the reasons I came back to this hotel is to support them during CoVid19 - however I must admit, that while the hotel is still great, I believe they opened a week too early. Restaurant and bar closed. Forced to raid minibar (it was included last time I came, hope it is now too). The check in receptionist had me fill out a list in order to get breakfast (included in my booking) delivered to my door this morning. I could choose what I wanted and the time to be delivered to my door. Being that the agreed time came and went, I called reception. They picked up the phone as if I was calling externally. You'd think they'd know its an internal call. When asking about breakfast, the receptionist was very apologetic about them being alone at reception and that they dont normally serve breakfast but every guest gets a lunch box instead upon departure. okaaaay....weird. Did get what I ordered though, almost double the quantity I ordered, delivered to my door not even 10min later. Great service there! :) thanks for that! Main downside: only 1 coffee capsule in the room / no milk and I had asked for coffee with breakfast. No further capsule included in the bag. For a non morning person, essential need. Surprised to have gotten plastic cutlery, but I guess the assumption is to take away.
Pros: Stay in good location, easy access, great view of the city
Pros: The view, the location, helpful staff. Free travel around and free minibar!
Cons: Bar rouge connected to it, thought there would some kind of discount or something for going in. Pillows are to soft.
Pros: The location, service and breakfast was exceptional! The receptionist who assisted us provided service of which exceeded our expectations.
Cons: Air conditioning was not functioning well, given the time we were there was 30 degrees heat.
Pros: I got an offer to upgrade the standard room which I booked to a business room with 50% discount. This was a good choice. The business room gave me more space, and more luxury and above all, free use of mini-bar and of executive lounge. The lounge has a fabulous view over the city and has free drinks and food all day. The food in the restaurant is also very good.
Cons: The hotel is rather expensive...
Pros: Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, pretty room.
Cons: Double room was prepared for one person (2 towel set and bed covers size for one, torn bed sheets...)
Book your room at a great price in the new ibis Styles Basel City hotel. At ibis Styles, WIFI and breakfast are always included in the price. Pros: Staff, breakfast, rooms were perfect. Location is not centered for turism but it is only 7 min walk by tram (free with the Basel car you received at the check-in)
Cons: Everything was fine

The Basel Muhlhouse International Airport is 10.6 mi. away. The hotel has 94 comfortable rooms with air-cooling system, free WiFi, pay parking and a restaurant nearby. Enjoy an economical stay on a weekend or during the week in Basel for two, with the family or in a group.
Pros: Room was clean but very small for 3 people
Cons: Size of the room was very small for 3 people. Bathroom and toilets had no locks
Pros: Location just off the highway, very convenient for a stopover. Parking available (although for a 10 CHF fee). Friendly staff. Very clean.
Cons: No hairdryer in the room (only available at reception leaving a deposit) Only one towel per person provided, instead of hand towel + shower towel as per hotel standards, a bit disappointing. WC door without lock (broken in our room)
Pros: The position was very good, close to the hightway and to a commercial centre
Pros: Breakfast was good, nice clean setting. Very friendly and helpful staff too. Room temperature was perfect.
Cons: Just too small for 2 people. The cubicle WC and shower are ok, but the bedroom needs a few more m2 Felt like being in a capsule, not a room
With a stay at Basel Backpack in Basel, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Basel Zoo and St. Jakobshalle. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
Pros: Good cheap deal in Basel.
Pros: Nice and friendly reception. Good facilities. It has an elevator that you can go to your room so conveniently although you have so heavy carriers.
Cons: They are little far from the main station but you can reach there by feet in 10 minutes.
Pros: I arrived at about 7pm on a Friday night and the man behind reception was very welcoming and helpful. He even wished me happy birthday as it was that day as well! He handed me a Basel Card which is exceptionally helpful! I was in the green room and it was clean, comfy beds, genuinely a lovely room. I would definitely stay again and I’d highly recommend to travellers. The value for money is great. I didn’t use the kitchen services so can’t comment on that but the rooms themselves were great.
Cons: There was definitely not enough plugs in the green room. Myself and fellow hostellers had to fight (not literally) over who could charge what when! WiFi was AWFUL. Needs to be improved.
Pros: We booked private double room with private bathroom. We were earlier than our intended arrival and was greeted by a very friendly guy who chatted with us and made us feel very welcomed despite being earlier than check in time. The room was great, it was spacious and had a big bathroom. The room felt cold but the comfy blankets kept us really warm. The towels and sheets were clean too. It was also surprisingly stylish even in the room, there were nice artistic touches even i a simple room. We loved it. Upon check out, a sweet, lovely lady helped us with our luggage and everything was a breeze! Mika, the dog, was also cool and nonchalant.
Cons: High price, per one night 88 euro for two persons
With a stay at Hyve Hostel Basel in Basel, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Basel Zoo and St. Jakobshalle. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and express check-in. Limited parking is available onsite.
Pros: Free tea & towel, good location close to the train station
Pros: The atmosphere in the hostel is really fantastic, the staff is friendly and helpful, the price is very reasonable, the rooms are very clean, and there are plenty of facilities like washing machine and dryer, breakfast available for purchase, billiard tables, food and drink and ice cream and a very nice patio with garden.
Pros: Location is great. Eight near the main station and a park. Appreciate the bike rental option.
Cons: Not enough cutlery. Staff was a bit stand-offish. As an American, I'm use to people in the service industry being more warm and friendly. Would have appreciated more information on what all was available. I learned while sitting on the toilet that there is a gym. Overall M the facility is nice and comfortable and I love the location. Would stay there again.
Pros: Modern and clean. A good place to work from the café downstairs or the Co-Working space
Pros: Clean. Good friendly staff. Good well equipped kitchen. Great shower. Comfy beds. V clean linen and blankets. Modern checkin system. Quiet and not noisy at night. Good Cafe place to hang out and meet other travelers. Great location close to everything and central Station. Free basel transport card. Lockers in the room.
Cons: I was in a dormetory and there was a very weird old man there too. He was creepy. I asked for a room change and was given one so that I liked. But I didn't like that old weird man in the room who seemed to be living there and didn't seem like a traveler.
Pros: very clean bathroom and toilet clean kitchen late check in without problems very friendly stuff Basel card for free very googd equiped kitchen close to supermarket, market hall (good food from all over the world) and city center
Cons: noisy room (you hear everything from outside)
Pros: Nothing besides the location
Cons: I had the absolute worst experience ever! I would never, not in a 100 hundred years recommend this place to anyone. I was arriving quite late, but didn’t think this was an issue as my reservation mentioned you could check-in 24/7. I got to the front door, but it was locked. There was a note that I should have received an email with an entrance code, so I went on their guest Wifi, but unfortunately no email. (The email only came through the day after... yay!) What I did find was another email of the reception to let me know that they charged my credit card. What for?! I wasn’t even there yet!Sure I could’ve guessed it was tourist tax, but still. There was no description, no nothing. There I was. Couldn’t enter and it was midnight. Luckily (?) another hostel guest let me in. Great... but I still had no clue in which room I was. I asked some people, nobody could help me out. “The reception closes at 10:30pm.” I started calling the phone number on the reservation. I called it 4 times, no one answer. Why have a phone number if you’re not planning on answering. Then I found another phone number via Google, same story. Then I left some messages via Facebook. Nothing. Not even the day after. No reply, no phone call back. Nothing! Is this even normal?! Basically if anything ever happens at this place, staff is unreachable and/or refuses to deal with it! Plus, everyone can freely walk in and out, because people let you in anyways?! It then took me another 30min to find someone that actually knew the late check-in keys are kept in the luggage storage. He went in and got my key. Note: this was another hostel guest! All good. I figured: I’m ok, I got inside, I’m in bed, let’s forget about this ordeal. The day after I’m outside all day. I come back at 10:30pm. My key card didn’t work. I couldn’t enter. Again. Same thing all over. Another guest let me in. Tried calling. I gave up after 1 try. Tried my key at my room, nothing. I had to knock until someone let me in. I was actually planning to have a drink, go out. I couldn’t because I couldn’t get back in. This hostel actually ruined my entire Saturday night. What a joke. On top of that, the lady that let me in, told me she had to let another guest in a few days before, because her key card also didn’t work. I’m all for making the world more digital, but please make sure your stuff works and there’s a back-up plan. I don’t think I’ve ever been as pissed as this. Also walls are as thin as paper. And don’t think people care about being quiet after 10pm. Seriously, customer service is unknown and the place is not safe. Do yourself a favor, maybe spend a few bucks more, but go somewhere else. Never coming back here. Update: tried filling a formal complaint through the booking site. Management was again unreachable. - Sorry, these guys are crooks. PLEASE, I beg you, go somewhere else.

Pros: Breakfast was extensive and of very good quality
Cons: Temperature in room was a little high, even thought we set airco low and fan high. Opening window was only option to lower the temperature, but the cars in the streets made a lot of noise
Pros: Super friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good price. Multiple options to select from in the buffet.
Cons: That i couldnt add points to my account in accor
Pros: Clean modern hotel, nice lobby, ticets for public transport included
Cons: Climatisation didnt work, it was too hot in the room and windows locked, so you couldnt get any fresh air inside. Whole our familly suffered. :(
Pros: Good location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms
Cons: Terrible view from the window overlooking something that looked like a squat. Expensive parking.
Basel is not only a Swiss city with a big heart, with a smile on their face people from Basel proudly declare it a major city in pocket size format and they are right. The city by the Rhine offers everything you could wish for in a city trip. Culture and business go hand in hand while the Blackforest is only a stone's throw away. The same holds true should you decide to stay at the Swissotel Basel (4**** superior) where you will encounter elegant guest rooms and real Swiss hospitality.
Pros: Comfortable beds, quiet, very clean, helpful staff, amazing breakfast.
Pros: Convenient location - a short walk to the historical old town, via the bridge which crosses over the river

Pros: The location of this hotel is perfect; right by the train station. It is clean, renovated, comfortable and the rooms are very quiet.
Pros: Convenience, next to the train station.
Cons: We were confirmed for a higher floor and was given the lowest floor with the rooms.
Pros: Everything was perfect and top of the standards. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers.
Pros: The location was great, the room was nice and quiet. I would definitely return here.
Pros: Unbeatable location steps from the main railway station
Pros: Right across from the train station, bus terminal, and trams.
Cons: The air conditioning didn't seem to work very well, so I had to open the window, which was over a busy intersection by the train station.
Pros: The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and made us feel special
Cons: We were very satisfied
Pros: Large room and bathroom .
Pros: Brilliant reception charming Swiss gentleman and lady on reception. As I had stayed there a couple of weeks ago they instantly recognised me and gave me a lovely room upgrade - that is outstanding service and shows that they genuinely look after returning customers. Great breakfast room huge and beds oh so comfortable- best sleep in last couple of weeks. Fab location can walk across the road or take a 10 min bus to airport and go almost anywhere you fancy . Restaurant staff welcoming and efficient food really good for price. A benchmark hotel
Pros: Location Location Location. Whether you are arriving via the Euro Airport or the Basel SBB train station the location is perfect. Just walk across the street from the station and you are there. FREE local bus to and from the airport!
Cons: The first room we had, had a musty smell so we moved rooms. Second room was fine. Had trouble with the wifi. Asked at the desk and was given a different way to access then the connection was great!
Pros: nice clean room the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly
With a stay at Apaliving - Budgethotel in Basel, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Basel Zoo and St. Jakobshalle. Featured amenities include luggage storage and an elevator.
Pros: very clean and efficient
Cons: no AC
Pros: superb value for the price
Pros: Everything was clean, enough light in the room, I appreciated table for studying. All spaces in hostel were quiet, there is a coffee macchine near the reception for Nespresso.
Cons: There is a little fridge in the room and also a kettle, but beside one glass and little cup no other dishes. It would be fine to have a plate or bowl, fork and spoon for preparing fast breakfast or simple dinner.
Pros: Very comfortable and value for money
Pros: It’s fine
Cons: Smaller room
Pros: Perfect really clean!
Cons: nothing to tell
Pros: free wifi, FREE TICKET FOR THE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION FOR OUT ENTIRE STAY, easy and simple check-in, clean, new, modern
With a stay at Dorint An der Messe Basel, you'll be centrally located in Basel, a 5-minute drive from Basel Zoo and 11 minutes from St. Jakobshalle. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Planning an event in Basel? This hotel features 1970 square feet (183 square meters) of event facilities. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: breakfast is very good. Basel card prepared for guests which is excellent.
Cons: heating at room was not turned on at first two days.
Pros: It is near the tram and bus stations, also the staff are really accommodating and helpful :)
Pros: Very good location, comfy and adequately equipped room, clean and tidy and of course the very tasty buffet breakfast with delicious bread and variety of dietary choices.
Cons: Nothing in particular, perhaps street-side can get a bit of road noise at night but it's typical and not overly intrusive.
Pros: The staff was very helpful. The fact that a city pass is included in the stay is also very positive. The location is good. In a quiet neighborhood, on a walkable distance from the inner city centre or faster by tram or bus. The bathroom was well equipped and the overall cleaning status of the room was very good.
Cons: Personally, the pillows. Too big, and too soft for their size. Since a double bed offers 4 pillows, I would suggest having different sizes and hard/soft choices, and not all the same. Also, the fact that a double bed was basically two twin beds joint together, makes it not ideal for a couple to sleep together. One other improvement suggestion: instead of having a coffee machine per room and then offering a so limited number of coffee pods, the hotel could place the coffee machines in the hallway, shared by several rooms (saving on the machines), and then offer more pods per room. However, I consider these details, as the overall quality of the room was very good.
Treat yourself to a relaxing stay at Pullman Basel Europe! Besides the spacious, minimalist, stylishly decorated rooms, our luxury hotel in Basel offers 6 modern and bright conference rooms for business and private receptions. A fitness studio is also available. Relax over a glass in our charming bistro or our courtyard garden. Our hotel has a parking lot for convenience with arrival and departure.
Pros: Loved the breakfast and the service was great
Cons: The only issue was that half of the gym equipment was broken (it happens) but I hadn’t been repaired all week and it made it awkward to try to do your workout in the morning with a line of people behind you waiting for the same machine
Pros: Everything and I will suggest to any of my friends who will travel to Basel.
Pros: The beds were wonderful, especially the blanket. Breakfast was delicious. Location very convenient.
Cons: We had to pay city tax, although the booking invoice stated it to be included already!?! This was just not handled properly, but we did not complain, as I had my parents, who are aged now, with me and did not want to ruin the day quarreling about some Swiss francs more or less. Still, I will keep that in mind for the future.
Pros: Everything from the minute we arrived The front of house staff where so helpful we got an upgrade which was fabulous. We didn't use the gym but I can highly recommend the restaurant for an evening meal five stars for me....
Cons: There's nothing not to like

Pros: Location , Quality of accommodation , device, facilities, comfort service
Pros: Well located in a quiet area with restaurants nearby. 10 minutes walk to old town. Easy access from/to the airport. Room was clean and comfortable with all things required for a short stay. Good breakfast available and lounge area for enjoying an evening drink.
Pros: Good location close to centre of Basel and close to supermarkets, cafe, restaurants. Hotel was clean and room had plenty of space and facilities, library of products to borrow for room. Staff were friendly and helpful, with great English.
Pros: Modern and fresh!
Pros: we had a great time in Basel. one of hotel staff (his name is Matthew) helped us very well. He explained everything about nice places in Basel. very friendly and professional. we will want to go to this hotel more often.
Pros: The location of the apartments is excellent being only a short walk across the bridge to the old town of Basel and just around the corner from a tram stop. The apartment was 'no frills' but reasonably comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had all the basic equipment to prepare meals if required and, in a very expensive city, it was useful to have that facility. It was good to find English TV available. The secure parking was very convenient and, although expensive, about average for Basel. All in all we had a pleasant stay in the apartment and it was a great base from which to explore this lovely city.
Cons: Perhaps a little more comfort - eg. a couple of comfortable chairs. The kitchen crockery and cutlery should be checked for cleanliness.
With a stay at GAIA HOTEL in Basel, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Basel Zoo and St. Jakobshalle. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Planning an event in Basel? Pros: Friendliness Breakfast Staff All Bio/Vegan etc. Cleanliness
Cons: Badly decorated / no charm (is a personal taste) No restaurant for the night and no alternatives close by
Pros: Easily accessible to station with great staff
Cons: Not enough time there to fully enjoy it
Pros: Great hotel!!. Been here many times, always a pleasure to stay.
Pros: As always - perfect hotel with lovely staff and professional service
Pros: From check-in to leaving, an excellent experience. Hotel is literally across the street from the train station. It's a nice walk to the old town area and the river. And a quick trolly ride back with the included free town pass. Room was large and well equipped. Bath was spotless, well-equipped and with large walk-in shower. Included breakfast was delicious and offered good variety served in beautiful dining room.
Cons: Nothing. This hotel was great.
Pros: Friendly family-owned staff, warm atmosphere.
Cons: Massage and business center are very awkward. The massage staff is never on the property, the front desk always had to text them to see about availability. They were basically never available. Very frustrating. Business center has a lockout feature that closes you out of your work after 2 minutes. Forces all the web pages closed. When you log back in you're forced out again after 2 minutes. Extremely annoying.
Pros: Cleaned hotel. Quiet hotel. Near to Basel train station. A walking distance approximately 5 minutes away. Friendly and english speaking staff at the reception.
Pros: Food was all Bio and of exceptional standard nothing was too much trouble for the owner who clearly prides himself on the quality of the services he offers
With a stay at Sorell Hotel Merian, you'll be centrally located in Basel, within a 15-minute drive of Basel Zoo and Congress Center Basel. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and express check-out. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Cons: No air conditioning in hoy month of july.
Pros: location and service are perfect
Cons: equipment a bit outdated, could be refreshed
Pros: Very pretty view out the river side.
Cons: NO AIR CONDITIONING! Early Sept. and it was hot. Open window and the noise made it impossible to sleep along with the flys etc. BEWARE! Breakfast was $75.00 USD for 2. And not worth it at all.
Pros: Great location and very clean. The staff were very helpful.
Pros: Balcony room had a wonderful view of the river. I Breakfast was excellent in a heritage dining room. Free public transport with booking accommodation.
Cons: Bit too much air freshener! It would have driven some people crazy. If I can smell something it must be really strong
With a stay at City Inn Basel, you'll be centrally located in Basel, within a 10-minute drive of Basel Zoo and St. Jakobshalle. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Planning an event in Basel? This hotel has facilities measuring 3423 square feet (318 square meters), including a conference center.
Pros: The location was ideal. Very close to the train stations. It was also very clean and modern. Friendly staff!
Cons: I’m wasn’t a fan of the mattress. My back hurt in the morning.
Pros: Convenient location, less than 5 minutes walk from the station (look for hotel Euler). Clean room and bathroom. Decent buffet breakfast.
Pros: I only slept here. Everything was correct, but I arrived late and left early. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. Otherwise - it was not my choice, just an emergency stay when Europe was closing down before the Corona pandemy. Everything in Basel is expensive, but you can stay here, safely and comfortably, if you don't want to spend too much and don't mind the corridors and stairs. It seems that this is a budget annex to another hotel. It is near the train station.
Cons: Corridors and stairs.
Pros: Really close to the station and airport bus. This makes a great place to stay between flight and onward train. We have spent an afternoon and evening exploring Basel from here and found it easy to walk to places. The economy room is more than adequate for a quick overnight stay. This is the fourth time we have stayed here. Remember, the entrance and check in is at the Euler.
Cons: Nothing, although had we been staying longer the view over the bins would have been disappointing.
Pros: Charming cosy little room, amazing staff, a minute away from the central station and close to the sightseeing part of town. A real great stay!
Cons: There was some issue with the elevator so I had to carry my luggage up stairs but that is likely to be resolved soon.
Cons: The main sign was so small indicating which hotel it was, even the staff said it's not clearly marked which doesn't help locating the hotel after travelling and wanting to sleep. There are not adequate lifts in the hotel so getting luggage to the room was very difficult.
Pros: Great breakfast, awesome location, friendly staff.
Cons: Expensive, as is all Switzerland. Room was tiny.
Experience the unparalleled friendliness of our atmosphere from the rst moment in the Airport Hotel Basel. Dynamism, exibility and warmth, coupled with the optimal accessibility of local companies, oces and the city of Basel with its various cultural highlights make our hotel the perfect springboard for business travellers and leisure tourists
Cons: The area is very industrial
Pros: I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and it's consistently pleasant. The staff are friendly, the rooms are modern and well-appointed, and it's a decent value for the money. There's also a casino next door if that's of interest (I haven't tried it yet)
Cons: The location is not particularly central unless you're going to/from the airport or plan to hit the casino next door. Otherwise, it's a pretty short Uber ride (10 or so minutes) from the central train station. There's no mini-fridge in the rooms (even executive rooms), which would be a nice addition.
Pros: The hotel is very close to the airport just 8 minutes with the nr 50 bus. The bus runs very often. The hotel is convenient even has fitness and sauna. You can have light dinner in the hotel or visit the restaurant next to it. The breakfast is really excellent, served until 11.00. Just three stops with bus nr 50 and you are in the train station of Basel. From there there are several ops to get to the old town. The ticket was provided by the hotel even access code for the hotspots close to the museums and other siteseeings. They also have their own airport shuttle you can book free of charge.
Cons: If you want better dinner you can go the restaurant next to the hotel which is joined with a casino. I am not a gambler so having dinner ina casino is not a good option for me.
Pros: Super close to BSL airport, 2 stops on the bus. Great aviation memorabilia throughout, including staff dressed in flight crew gear. Super food.
Pros: Modern rooms, comfortable beds. Nice and quiet, easy to reach via the airport bus (free with the reservation). Nice staff on the reception. Breakfast well sorted and nicely prepared. Always a pleasure to return!

Cons: Room was dirty. Garbage can had left over from female menstrual items. Sofa bed had blood stains in the bedding Horrible!
Pros: Perfect location, easy to access (except parking options were not intuitive upon arrival, only after talking to the staff at the reception), big room, clean and tidy
Pros: The room is bigger than the average. Friendly staffs.
Cons: Food optiond
Cons: The male reception on the most left station who served at 7-8 am jan 17 2020 is very rude and has discrimination on people from Asia. I have paid the breakfast the day before but he claimed that I have not paid and forced me to open the luggage to show the receipt ，and this gives me bad feeling. And when I showed him the receipt.he said he knows I have paid. It is like playing and not respectful at all
