the personel were excellent-room was nice-the trolley to the ranger-tiger game was great. and the hotel had a quiet policy which I liked. and the pool and hot tub were still open and attended to.
through no fault of the hotel people, the air supply (bubbles) to the hot tub would not consistently come on. attendant was very polite and called out for an electrician. and I do not like the $20 charge on my card for incidentals-when I do not have any
Did not receive the room that I was shown on the website. Was told it was the last room they had left after I had made reservations in advance.
Tried to take shower and knob was in sink .Night shift desk clerk came to fix it but said it would be in the morning Told him that we needed a shower now .He finnaly suggested moving rooms. Other then that ok stay Nothing super special just normal hotel
Location was GREAT!
Everything! This hotel exceeded my expectations. Beautiful room,a PM social with hot dogs, burgers, wine and beer! Free trolley to the ball park. A wonderful breakfast with huge choice of food.
Carpet stains everywhere
Location was great, easy to find. Loved that the city shuttle picked us up & dropped us back off from the Rangers game, for free. Beds were comfortable, sheets were clean. Water pressure in shower was awesome!
The smell of the suite we stayed in was not pleasant. It smelled like it had previously been a smoking room, & maybe we carpet not cleaned properly and those odors were being covered up w/a very citrusy/fruity fragrance. Breakfast was ok, but not great.
Hotel was great but in our room, the bathroom door would not close.
The clean spacious room!
The staff was very nice great location
It was very clean. Great location . Very friendly employees.
It was a VERY nice room and clean. The staff is the friendliest I have ever encountered.
Location was great.
I liked that it was close to six flags
The rooms AC did not work very well at all spent the night sweating told the manager and there was nothing he could do about it and didn't even try to make it right The room was very small and the beds were extremely uncomfortable way over priced
The location of this hotel is ideal if you are going to Six Flags with your family and the breakfast would be great if they were prepared to keep it stocked and clean.
We couldn't open the pull out bed becasue the TV stand was in the way. When we asked about this we were told the knew it was a problem but we could move the furniture ourselves. The tv stand was VERY heavy. They would not move us to a room with 2 beds.
great staff, and location. catered to all of us who were attending the cotton bowl.
Ran out of nearly all items during breakfast.
Rooms big enough to sleep our whole family (6 people) Hot Breakfast
Construction made it very hard to get to...Not the hotel's fault obviously
I liked the location.
Yes the breakfast was awful and in organized. The plumbing was bad and no one fixed it at all or gave us a discount for it. We had to use the bathroom down stairs. The beds were very uncomfortable and there was no hot tub when told there was.
It was fairly clean
Pool and hot tub were out of order. Breakfast was horrible. Road construction made entry and exit hazardous.
Price from Price line
Great deal of noise and construction all around
It was dated, almost inaccessible and felt deserted. A gloomy, dated ambiance.
I needed a double bed, but they did not allow for that. I was staying in the room with a friend and it would not have been appropriate to share the bed. I slept on the couch. Not ok! Construction was AWFUL! Nearly impossible getting in/out of ho
I liked the hotel's proximity to the convention center. Free breakfast and Internet are always a plus, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was seriously understaffed at times, but staff were extremely helpful and friendly and went the extra mile.
The hotel is more like a 2.5* budget hotel. The bathroom's sink area is tiny with very little counter space and no hook for a cosmetic bag. Only one staff member on the night shift, so I had to go to the front desk myself to get washcloths.
Location was excellent for attending Rangers game and/or Six Flags
Pool wasnt working so they sent us down the street(which was fine)although it was an ice bath. Breakfast on game day was only manned by 2 ladies (who were working their tails off) but couldn't keep up had to wait for food. Stairwell was stinky.
Had reservations for 2 suites. Called 1 day before arrival to verify reservations and guarantee late arrival. We arrived at 11:45pm and 1 of our suites had been given away. NOT HAPPY.
Location and wonderful staff
Toilet was clogged as soon as we got into the room. After the maintenance staff unclogged toilet, the shower got clogged soon after.
Close to six flags.
Beds were very uncomfortable. Hotel had mixed up my reservation when I got there and had to change the room preference.
I stayed here with my parents over Thanksgiving to go to the Cowboys game and it was great. Perfect for what we needed and a good price too. We couldn't really walk to the game like I had originally thought since it's all freeways and kind of hard to access, but it still worked out just fine. Hot tub and pool facilities were nice to have as well.
The room was very clean. Staff was nice. Housekeeping was nice. They do not provide enough towels in bathroom. 2 adults and 2 pre-teens in room and only 3 bath towels, 2 handtowels, and 2 washtowels. We had to get more but if the room handles four people, it should be equipped for four people. Refrigerator in room not very cold and no dials to adjust coldness. Microwave worked good. One little dresser with only 3 drawers. Pool was ice cold. It's outdoors and if it is open year round for use, then it needs to be heated. Breakfast was excellent. It says it's continental but it's actually a full breakfast buffet. Make your own belgian waffles, 3 kinds of milks, bagels, muffins, sausage, eggs, bacon, toast, fruit, all kinds of cereal.....too much more stuff to list. Breakfast is 7 am - 10 am. So don't miss it. Excellent location....only 1/2 mile from Six Flags. Club chair with ottoman, coffee table, huge desk, sofa sleeper all in room. We were off season rates at $79.00 and that's all I would pay for the room. I see it goes as high as $129. I would never pay that. I give security/safety a bad rating because your room card 'key' is suppose to be swiped on all outside doors to get in. But on our 2nd night there, it would not swipe to open the doors. We were way in back of hotel. Had to walk all the way to front and it was night time. Girl at desk was on phone, she helped us anyway. Checked computer and said 'ok' now. No explanation as to what happened, no apology, no nothing. That was not appreciated by us. I would stay again though.
