Pros: This completely blew my mind. We stayed in a twin room looking over the river on the top floor. How cool is the tablet that you can use to control everything?! I have never stayed anywhere like this before and I don’t think I’ll stay anywhere else now lol. Well worth the money. The staff were amazing. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Complimentary chocolates every evening, the robes and slippers were great and we just had the best time!
Cons: Parking at the towers was $55 per night. We chose to walk the extra distance and park in the casinos free parking. After paying $750 for 2 nights we didn’t want to fork out another $110. But if this is the only thing to complain about it’s not that bad hey!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful and friendly owner who went out of her way to make you feel welcome.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Travelling with an active dog is a challenge and this property took some of the stress away. It has a huge front lawn, like an acre, and the resident Collie dog, Scotty, is happy to play and socialise with other dogs. For me there was a pool at the back of the house that overlooked the Swan river with a path leading down to the banks. The hostess was very genial and just went along with anything I did. If I wanted breakfast and to sit in the wood fire heated living room of an evening, browsing the bookshelves, drinking tea and chatting she was great company or if I chose to stay in my room and watch tv she never intruded. The 'dog room' I stayed in had it's own patio doors facing a little patio area with seating and a large variety of plants and foliage. It also had a gate I could lock and the dog was then kept in a smaller area close to me. A short walk took me to the row of historical shops selling home made baked goods, a variety of artisanal products and an eclectic assortment of second hand wares. It was also a hop skip and a jump to the local wine region, the Swan valley.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lesley was very friendly, helpful and nothing was too hard. Lovely property
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about the property was excellent and the host - Lesley, was very friendly and outgoing, and only too willing to please. The location was also excellent and I would recommend this property to anybody.
Cons: Nil
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This is the 4th time we've stayed and we'll be back. Leslie is a great hostess... NOTHING is too much trouble and her home is spacious, extremely comfortable and a must see as it's an outstanding '70s period piece. A great experience.
Cons: Nothing... it was great.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Leslie, Scottie, garden and riverfront setting.
Cons: We would have liked waste baskets and kleenex in bathroom facilities and in room. Maps and particularlyahand drawn very local map would be helpful. Because of the cul de sac, Google instructions are confusing. Leaving should start with L or R on North Road.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the comfortable bed and homey environment. The warm welcome. Companionship for our pup.. lovely, easy to reach location. Nice and handy for our quick trip. Thankyou
Cons: It as all great
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was fantastic Lesley was such a lovely lady
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lesley was very nice and friendly from the start, especially her dog Scotty. We felt at home and the view from the house was picturesque. We definitely suggest this place!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Be prepared for the view. Breathless! Lesley was a lovely host. Our toddler had vomitted and hence stained the sheets, but Lesley was showed empathy for our little girl instead. We felt bad and offered to pay for her sheets but she graciously declined. She even offered to help us put our wet clothes in her dryer so that we could keep it in our luggages.
Cons: Cleanliness of utensils and cutleries can be improved. Lesley took feedbacks really well and worked on some items immediately though.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location & comfort. We ordered room service a bit & nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We only had to ask. Drinks on the balcony looking out over the river each night was very relaxing.
Cons: The outside balcony was quite dusty and as a result that dust was tracked in through the inside. We were wearing socks as slippers & they became quite grubby. Also there is some sort of fragrance spray on the balcony that squirts randomly. Very floral & overpowering. I had to take an antihistamine to stop sneezing. A minor negative for us but might affect others. You are under the flight path for Perth Airport.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Easy access to the winery, brewery and restaurants. Location is great for exploring the swan valley region although Mandoon has everything you would need.

What lovely service! Also Beds and pillows very comfortable with all the necessary facilities for a great short term stay. Also was a nice thing to hit the city after a long drive and not have to travel another half hour to get to your accommodation so location was perfect. The pool area looked inviting if it hadnt been winter we would have loved to use that too

6.8 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, nice pub with food, relatively clean inside rooms however needs some finishing touches I.e big hole in ceiling...
Cons: Looks terrible from the outside, bars on windows, broken glass, graffiti, however once inside rooms are pleasant enough. Not an overly desirable area, however you get what you pay for.
