Pros: Lovely house in a beautiful garden with a great swimming pool. The room was very comfortable and we slept really well. Great air conditioning in the bedroom, almost completely silent. Generous breakfast and really delicious meals prepared with great care by Didier and Christine - perfect hosts. We will certainly return and hopefully stay a bit longer than 2 nights next time.
Pros: The food was absolutely fab!
Pros: Very friendly and helpful owners who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Rooms clean, bathrooms with showers, plenty of hot water. Air conditioned. Laundry service available.
Cons: We stayed for four nights and took advantage of the laundry service. Unfortunately and unexpectedly all the laundry was tumble dried without checking and consequently some was ruined by shrinking.

Nîmes is a 45 minutes' drive away while Avignon is a 54 minutes' drive away.
Pros: We really enjoyed the tables d’hotes - meals eaten with the other guests who were charming. Karin cooked really well too! We also loved the salty, large pool with less chlorine in and the outside shower surrounded by bamboo.
Pros: Peaceful and relaxing location. The dinners hosted by Karen and Rob were excellent.
Pros: The location is totally beautiful - I could return time and time again.
Pros: It's a beautiful place to stay. Lovely environment in the middle of nature, well-kept and well-designed grounds and rooms, warm hosts. The pool is great and you are swimming surrounded by olive trees and lavender. Would definitely repeat.
With a stay at Château d'Arpaillargues in Arpaillargues-et-Aureillac, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Uzes Cathedral and Chateau Ducal dit le Duche. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Beautiful setting and grounds. Room was a good size with great bathroom. Helpful staff. Good WiFi. Village had a cafe if wanted. Close to the lovely town of Uzes which is well worth a visit.
Cons: Pool had quite a few bugs in it by late afternoon but it was cleaned in the morning. Table tennis table was neglected.
Pros: Another pitoresque small village in southern France!!! And delicious french cuisine! Living in history for affordable money
Pros: Location. Room. Vibe.
Cons: Staff was very lazy. They wouldn't give us ice saying it's late to serve. When we walked out all of them were having drinks together. This happened during all days of our visit which was 2 nights.
Pros: This hotel was great! I had to grab a last minute hotel and this one popped up. It wasn't far from where my meetings were taking place so I booked it. I was extremely surprised when I arrived, the hotel was gorgeous! The reception staff were lovely, they spoke French and English. My room was spacious and quiet, the bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. I had a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom was lovely, bathrobes and towels ample. A good hairdryer. The hotel also has a pool, but I was on a work stay so I didn't get to see or use the pool. The hotel is in its own grounds which were so peaceful. Breakfast was great, a good variety on offer from local cheeses and hams to tasty croissants, fresh fruit salads and oranges and grapefruits to squeeze your own juice. The evening restaurant was quite pricey, but the food was nice. The staff were very attentive.
Cons: The only thing I found was that the free wifi didn't quite stretch to my room. My phone said it was connected but it was so slow that I gave up. There was a desk in the room where the TV was, but no chair to sit on, so I had to work on the bed which wasn't so easy. There was a chair in the room, but it was too low to use at the desk.
Pros: Beautiful historic property.
Cons: Room was ok. (5) Quite shabby, as was the bathroom. Needed repairs in the bathroom. No comforters on bed. Blankets old and felt dirty.
Pros: The ambiance and setting are perfect. The courtyard is picture perfect and lunch by the pool is fabulous.
Cons: Sometimes you only want something simple for supper which was not available.
Pros: Didn't have breakfast as we decided to go back into Uzes to the market. Very handy for Uzes
Cons: I felt the restaurant was very expensive and we would have preferrred something a little less formal so we decided to go back into Uzes to eat.
Pros: A great environment to relax in whether it's around the pool or in the cafe style gardens. On site secure parking is a bonus. Rooms are comfortable and have some charm.
Cons: Only thing we didn't like was the toilet. It had a bit of an odour that wouldn't go away. However it didn't spoil our time there.
Pros: Great team, nice athmosphere, good food, wonderfull large pool, helpfull staff. Child friendly even though average guests are a bit older. Wonderfull romantic setting. Stunning
