Pros: Comfortable room with a nice breakfast. Gorgeous views of Aizkorri and Aralar from the property. Owner offered cherries from their trees.
Cons: No issues whatsoever!
Pros: The host went out of her way to bake us a gluten free breakfast with homemade butter, jam and cake. Coffee was excellent
Pros: There is a nice view of the sunset from the property.
Cons: It is in a family’s house, with young children running around. The house overall smells kind of musty or mildewy, and the bedroom especially. The sheets felt very humid, and there were spiders in one corner. It kind of seemed like no one had stayed in the room for a long time, it all just seemed musty. Glad it was only one night, but upset that this place was more expensive and lower quality than other farm stays I’ve been to in the area!
Pros: An excellent location with great people and great landscapes around.
Cons: Difficult access and lack of indicators.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable hostel, in a beautiful setting, close to the motorway. The staff were really friendly and prices for food very reasonable. We chose this as a midway stop and it is ideally placed near the border crossing.
Pros: The location was lovely and the hotel itself was an old farm house that had been converted into the hotel.
Cons: It was dirty and the aircon didnt work, neither did the lift nor the bathroom extractor fan. Pillow cases where nylon and grimy. Food overpriced and very little. Staff very nice but seemed amateurish.

Cons: Nithing really. Vert much recommended.
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful and the stay good value
Cons: Quite noisy place, you could hear everything from the other rooms.
Pros: Very welcoming and very simple. The room had exactly everything in it that was needed. It was cool outside but the climate control worked well. The owner was terrific and very helpful to us all -- we were a group present for a symposium -- in everything from meals to packing up an ax that I needed to take home on the airplane! This is not fancy accomodations, but it is everything you need.
Pros: Clean tidy warm quiet and hospitable staff. Easy to find and for me parking was good(I was on a motorbike)
Cons: Leaving !
When you stay at Etxeberri Ostatua in Araitz, you'll be on a river and 10 mi (16.1 km) from Mendukilo Cave. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Property is full of character and the 5 course dinner was superb. Safe cycle storage.
Pros: Very quaint late check in was ideal
Cons: There were 3 flights of stairs to climb and it was poorly lit on the stairs which was a hazard There was no water to drink in the room although there were glasses The breakfast was basic not worth the money
Pros: The proprietors showed us excellent hospitality
Cons: A little remote although beautiful location
Cons: The overall experience did not really match the photos or reviews of other guests. Food was very salty on several of the dishes. No alternative places to eat without a 25 mile drive or more I think.
Pros: The breakfast was buffet style so you can choose to have meat or not. We booked in for an evening meal both nights and the food was excellent. The owner doesn't speak much English but we managed to communicate without too much difficulty. If you do stay here I would recommend the evening meal.
Pros: Rooms are big and spacious. All details are perfect. Amazing garden with Mountain View. Juan is great and helpful.
Cons: The opportunity to have a kettle in the common area, so that even the customers that have to wake up very early and cannot be there for breakfast (which starts at 8.30am) can at least drink something warm before leaving.

Pros: The staff
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It is located conveniently close to both Pamplona and San Sebastian (need a car)
Cons: The hostel is located in a microclimate environment (surrounded by mountains) so even though the surrounding landscape is beautiful, the weather was constantly foggy or raining. And it is located in an industrial area.

Pros: Beautiful tiny village, just 30 minutes away from San Sebastian. Friendly and helpful people, quiet and peaceful environment. The rooms are clean and well lit, we all slept well. There's even a good supermarket in the area and on site, there's a nice restaurant, which offers local cuisine. The dishes are simple and affordable.
Cons: The rooms are not isolated, so you can hear every noise from everywhere.
Pros: Decent budget friendly hotel with fair dinner and breakfast facility
Cons: Noisy hydraulics
Pros: We booked this place as last minute stop on our travel and it exceeded our expectation. The staff was very helpful, the room was comfortable and the location could be described as a lost rural paradise. The place could be definitely recommended if a visitor likes mountains.
Pros: The meal in the restaurant was good value for money.
Cons: The hotel was situated in an area with lots of flats and the area on arrival was very noisy. There was initially difficulty parking and although the welcome was good and the room was ok it turned out our room was over a noisy bar where customers were shouting until four in the morning. On checking out at 7 I complained to the owner who totally ignored my concerns. On trying to pay the bill the card machine would not work and I ended up having to pay in cash which then left me short on cash on a Sunday to travel through France. Overall a bad experience and I would therefore not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good nights sleep.
Pros: Very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Quite a lot of stairs, unsuitable for elderly.
Pros: Everything! Very friendly and helpful. Un lloc fantàstic per estar com a casa.
Cons: One of the beds was a little uncomfortable.

Pros: The owner/ manager was very welcoming and helpful. I don’t speak Spanish at all but he was fine pointing and talking slowly! Locked my bike away in their garage for security.
Cons: No WiFi in the rooms, only in the restaurant below.
Pros: The hostel is easy to find, just next to a gas station and above a bustling, cozy taverna, which also functions as the heart of this cute countryside village serving good coffee, food and beer etc. My single room was quiet, warm (the minimum was around zero one night, so this was important!) and cozy, with an excellent shower and lovely views towards the hills. From here I hiked the Via Verde and San Migel monastery as well as other trails in the mountains, when the weather permitted. Great value for money. Extremely friendly owners and staff. I’ll definitely be back.
Pros: Very friendly & welcoming. Perfect overnight stop on trip from UK to southern Spain. Even locked our motorbike in their garage for more security. Great restaurant.

Pros: Great to have such a large swimming pool on site to relax by after a few days' walking. The hotel was typically Spanish which gave it lots of charm.
