Pros: Clean and nice place Very helpful staff
Pros: I like it countryside location. Not far from the beach. The property well maintained, airy, clean and comfortable. Great host. Next time we will probably stay longer.
Cons: Charming house
Pros: Nice rooms and a big well equipped kitchen. 2 bathrooms, one of them with a big walk in shower, the other one with a massage shower. And both bathrooms very clean and equipped with shower gel and soap. Coffee and tea. And a humorous host.
Cons: We stayed 2 nights. Whilst we enjoyed the company of the other guests on the first evening/morning, the 2nd was a bit different as they were slightly overbooked. There came a group of 8 people without a booking. They all went into the remaining 2 rooms. And when they arrived it already seemed clear that they were noisy and did not care about the other guests. So although their behaviour was not the host's fault, the acceptance of the overbooking was. And spoilt a bit our last day in Sweden.
Pros: Beautiful nature and very close to the sea. Roger was great and explained the sights to visit in the area. We will be back!
Cons: The price was higher than Booking. com said, and it was included breakfast. No breakfast was available.
Pros: Clean and nice facilities.
Cons: Renting cost for linen is relativ high and ist not in the description, 25% of the accomodation for a night.

Pros: Good Food at reasonable prices. The dinner was cooked to order and was excellent. Breakfast was also very good. Convenient location for Ringhals as there are few hotels near the site.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
Pros: Very welcoming owner; we arrived early in teeming rain and were invited in to dry off and have a coffee before our room was ready; the Skagen sandwich we had for lunch was excellent; the guest sitting room was perfect for relaxing in; good lock-up for our bikes
Cons: The drawers and shelves in the bedroom had not been dusted for a while or cleared of previous occupant's rubbish
Pros: Old fashon style and helpful personell
Pros: Charming interior especially lobby with big LCD. Friendly owners. Confortable beds. Close to beach good for walking around.
Cons: Small room.
Pros: Food was excellent, both Dinner and Breakfast. The dinner was cooked for me even though I was the only person eating there at the time. The choice at breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold food available. It was a very quiet time at the hotel.
Cons: The Wifi in the bedroom was very intermittent and kept dropping out. When it did, I had to sign in again which was annoying.
Pros: So friendly and cosy, wonderful breakfast in a Lovely Environment, we will return, can highly recommend
Pros: The lady was very nice. Location was easy to find and the room really clean and comfortable. I jsut stayed one night . The breakfast was nice IN a cozy room.
Cons: Just 2 plugs in the room, and just one was working.
Pros: Lovely quirky hotel in a nice setting. Very comfortable beds.
Cons: No toilet on main floor. My travelling companion was elderly so it meant stairs either up or down from the main floor.

Pros: Cosy and warm appartment, with everything you need.
Cons: We booked a double room there but as they gave out our room to someone else before the due time of our arrival (they don't check the bookings on arrival), we got a huge appartment from someone else next door. It was a nice stay but we can't rate Freadals Gård itself.
Pros: The place was overall great, very clean and cosy, I recommend it to everyone who would like to stay outside the 'big cities'
Cons: Everything was perfect!
Pros: Simple rustic accommodation with 4 twin rooms in the eaves on the first floor. Outfitted kitchen, comfy communal area. Owners were pleasant
Cons: Marketed as a B&B, but really, a coffee filter, kettle, toaster and a box of biscuits do not constitute breakfast. We stayed over 4 nights, and the bins were not emptied from before our arrival, the bathrooms were not cleaned, and despite there being numerous heaters around, the place is COLD. When you have 4 rooms using one kitchen and 2 bathrooms (which can be closed off if selfish guests desire...) a little more attention to the wellbeing of your guests would be appreciated.
Pros: Nice house in a beautiful setting; great garden, well equipped kitchen, easygoing and friendly owners. Close to the main road (5min to bus stop; 20min walk to Asa and beaches) but quiet and peaceful
Cons: bathroom could have been a little cleaner
Pros: The B&B is a very charming and a relaxing place. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly, our son loved their dog. There is a sauna and nice common areas. Breakfast was great.
Cons: Extra fees for sheets which we had not noticed. The shared bathrooms are in the sauna/spa area. The rooms are small. There is not much privacy.
Pros: Nice garden & hammocks
Cons: Room small and to much furniture, cramped spaces
Cons: accomodation is not to recommand in wintertime (not very warm inside), but seems to be perfekt in summertime. The bathrooms were not so clean but ok for 1 night.
Pros: We warmly recommend this place, very easily accessible (and signposted) from the highway. The hosts are specially nice and ready to provide info on the area. Our room was so lovely and nicely decorated. We were even upgraded in a larger room thanks to availability. The bathroom area (in the main building) was clean and well-decorated as well. There is a parking just next to the rooms, so very safe. Just a few minutes drive from the sea and several swimming spots. You can even walk to the sea through a residential area.
Cons: It was summer time so no issue for us at all, but in winter time, it may be constraining to have to go out to access the bathroom and toilet, since some rooms have a private entrance with no indoor connection to the main building.
