8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy. We had a family gathering and the staff were very kind and helpful.
Cons: The bathroom floor needs to be given a good clean with some bleach or steam cleaned. You need to get a few healthier options on your menu with more vegetables or salads instead of chips which appeared to be overdone on most people's plates. You also need to mark shell fish items on your menu as I was very poorly by forgetting that scampi was shellfish.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean and spacious room. The older chef behind breakfast buffet was really friendly and helpful. Older Lady on Saturday breakfast was friendly and very helpful but young male on Sunday couldn't even force a smile. Overall the place is nice and the rooms nicely decorated and clean. Would have been nice to have a top sheet on beds as it was very warm even with window wide open so duvet was too much so we ended up using bottom sheet as our cover instead of duvet.
Cons: The main reason I booked here was because the room description on the site said the room had a seating area and patio. When we checked in the chap at reception said the patio is outside the main section adjacent to the rooms. I showed him the description on their site (screenshot attached) to which he just said it's wrong. I felt we should have been offered some compensation even if it was only 10% off our evening meal or a free drink.

7.0 Good
Pros: The staff in the morning were the helpful and welcoming team that we had expected the previous evening (see below) and very keen to sort things out.
Cons: The booking site was different from previous stays and I could not see how to choose the type of breakfast we wanted, so, on arrival, I asked the receptionist about this. We normally receive a very warm welcome with total attention, but the receptionist on this occasion was offhand and more concerned to talk with another customer, whom she knew already. She told us that we had not paid for breakfast at all and charged us again.
