Pros: Everything! Breakfast was great, the vibe was really peaceful and relaxing, massages were top notch and the spa, while not humongous, was quite decent. Finally, the room was perfect with views of the mountains and the hotel garden. Like if that wasn't enough, there was a misunderstanding involving the availability, but the staff from both booking.com and Niwa were so helpful and thoughtful that we felt like home. To sum up, best whole relaxing experience I remember I in quite a while. I'll be back 100%

7.0 Good
Pros: Nice friendly staff who tried to assist with my issue. staff did take responsibility for noise levels and tried to move me to a quiet room but this didn’t work so as a goodwill gesture the halved the room rate.
Cons: Noise from the local fair ground but I guess it only happens one week a year. Not ideal when you only have 5 hours to sleep and there is literally a party going on in your room.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Attended an event at placio de multiosous. Hotel was great, just a fair bit from the event. Not their fault.

Pros: The hotel is in a great location, very close to the bus station and 30 minutes walking distance from the City Centre; great rooms, very clean, and confortable, fabulous breakfast and great menu for lunch & dinner. Good value for money.
Cons: Express breakfast - we had to check out at 6 o'clock in the morning, so we ordered express breakfast - very poor (2 croissants per person); comparing it to the normal breakfast, is was very disappointing; Service at the bar was not the best and reception staff cannot really give you good advice about local transportation; I would recommend a shuttle service to be included for the future.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We used this hotel for a 1 night layover before departing from Madrid next day. The place is nice, renovated and fresh inside. Hotel is conveniently located next to highway but still offers good comfort and soundproofing. Good breakfast with wide variety of food to choose from. Overall it was a good experience.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Friendly reception! Very helpfull! Got all we wanted.
Cons: Details can make any place better!!! We would have liked a larger choice of good spanish wines....
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very helpful especially as we speak very little Spanish. They helped us with how to connect the wifi and what they had on offer for us to eat so we managed well enough without a translator. We had eaten at the venue previously, maybe over a year ago, when they were very busy but they accommodated us very well even then. This was excellent customer service. On this visit it was very quiet.
Cons: I would have liked facilities to make a hot drink in the room, we understand this is not traditional in Spain but we do find it in other establishments both in Spain and in France so it is becoming more common and internationally accepted. I found the wifi signal insufficiently strong.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice clean comfortable hotel. No food though as the restaurant was closed on Sunday night and there wasn’t anything when we booked to suggest this
Cons: Not being able to get food for our evening meal.

7.5 Good
Pros: The gaffer was very keen to be of help. He tried really hard. Our needs did not fit with his normal scheme of things but he gave us dinner early and breakfast two hours earlier than normal. Bed was excellent.Village clearly very safe. It’s a small dusty village, don’t expect a five star hotel.
Cons: We arrived for one night on a Sunday. We were the only guests, someone ca,e in last minute to do a meal, early, the result was not surprising.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Carefully presented by owners who clearly love their property. Tons of personal touches. Right in the middle of village, which is pretty quiet and doesn't really have much by way of entertainment to be honest. But the hotel has all you need for shortish stay. Restaurant is in covered courtyard in middle. There are choices on each course, 22E each for three courses, wine, lots of little extras. Excellent value. Good food. Having a little Spanish would assist as owners v limited English, but wasn't a problem really as there was so much goodwill. Room we had (the 3 balconies) was on a corner, v light and airy. V large. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Robes. Sherry. No fridge. The energetic lady who runs the place is a delight. Her two elderly dogs are real characters and lend even more charm to the place. The area around the village, despite the fact it is pretty close to Madrid, feels entirely remote. The flowers bordering dozens of miles of roadside and across countless fields are stunning. Beautiful part of the country, we had no expectation of how lovely it would be.
Cons: There were more flies in the room than was comfortable, not sure there is much can be done about that.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The accommodations were great and the staff exceed my expectations the food was delicious over all very very satisfied
Cons: The town has very little to offer but quite interest great place to stop over on our way to Madrid I will do it again if I’m in that area
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely large, comfortable bed. Good breakfast and friendly helpful proprietors. An interesting halfway stopover on the drive through Spain. Amazing swimming pool and spa so bring your cossie.
Cons: Nothing to dislike with the hotel but we were held up in traffic due to accidents around Madrid and had an interesting drive up the mountain in the dark on a tortuous, unlit road!

Cons: No Resturant, they do not provide tissues in the rooms!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Nice breakfast. Nice bathrooms. Nice tv. Very nice staff.
Cons: It is only missing a swimming pool!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern hotel on the outskirts of Guadalajara. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet, despite the hotel being close to the highway. Free parking available. Definitely a good experience.
Cons: The hotel has a restaurant and a breakfast buffet, none of which are really good. Beware the hotel is located on the outskirts of town, so if you don't have a car it might be a bit unpractical. On the contrary, if you have it better to stay here than in the city centre, where roads are narrow and parking is scarce.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great value. Very helpful staff.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: We were shocked when we drove up to this hotel. It was not what we were expecting based on the area and other hotels we saw. It was beautiful inside and out. The staff was very friendly and the room comfortable.

Cons: All was fine - have nothing to complain about.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Nothing Choice other hotel
Cons: No one wait for you in your arrival and the parking is in the - 2 floor and if you are older the luggage are very hard to bring to the lobby and after to the room, during d day no one in the hotel only in the check oficce, I don't recommend the hotel
9.3 Excellent
Pros: After escaping from Airbnb disaster, we're lucky to get one of the last rooms left in AC Hotel during Semana Santa. The location of the hotel is great: (1) right next to La Plaza de DIA supermarket, free public parking and police station, (2) the Tourist Information is right across the street, (3) only minutes away by walk to the center and main attractions. Our double room at 4F is clean, spacious and even with private terrace. The staff is helpful and friendly. It's one of the pleasant memories we had in this small but charming city.
Cons: Considered relatively low expenses in this city, the price for breakfast could be more affordable than €12 per person. The safe in the room was broken although the staff tried to fix it.
7.5 Good
Cons: when we entered the room was very hot and it took a long time to cool down with the AC blasting full power. it was hot during the night too.
6.3 Good
Pros: Breakfast OK. I usually stay here on business visits and this time it was a bit disappointing.
Cons: I have always used this hotel when visiting the area. Usually very accommodating but this time I was given a room not on the floor requested and minus any occasional furniture. It was either sit on the bed or the floor. TV reception not good and channels very restricted.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location and room size
Cons: room too hot
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Excellent breakfast.
Cons: Nobody informed that parking to be paid.
8.8 Excellent

Cons: Very Noisy. Not able to sleep with the window open due to road noise. No tea or coffee making facilities. Big Extra charge for parking. 12 Euro per day that was not described when I booked. Extra charge 6 Euro per day for fast WiFi. Breakfast was extra.13.20 Euro’s each. Expensive, disappointing & extra charges were underhand.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: very nice staff, very helpful. Nice litle hotel
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, helpful and accommodating. Townfolk also friendly. Location (scenery) very nice. Village itself very historically interesting which was not emphasised on website or in hotel. Would recommend this location for anyone to stay more than just pass through.
Cons: Some language difficulties but nothing that caused a problem. Poor information on transport. Restricted menu for lunch meals. English translation information was not available in tourist office or village museum which would have been most helpful.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Good value. Lovely location.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was basic but there was plenty of it, including: a selection of different fruit, bread, jams, orange juice and coffee. The checking out process was much better than the checking in, possibly due to the correct staff being available.
Cons: We arrived at 20:05 (check in is before 20:00) and there was only the barman in sight. He spoke no English, so this made the check in process slightly more difficult due to also having limited Spanish ourselves. It appeared that the person who checks visitors in had left for the day without contacting us to find out our arrival time. We have been in Spain for a couple of months now and feel that the negative opinion of the check in was due to more than just the language barrier we have experienced.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was a bit bland and all bread orientated
Cons: No A/C could be an issue
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. The food at the restaurant is delicious! Sparkling clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous location in beautiful, historic small town. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and despite a language barrier they catered for all our requests. Super restaurant. Gave us a huge jar of home produced honey when we left.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location for travelling to Bilbao, comfortable room and good food. Breakfast a bit basic but great value for money. The village of Hita was a real surprise a medieval village in the middle of beautiful countryside.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was amazing (particularly the Peppers stuffed with Hake), the bed comfy, the shower strong and hot, the surrounding area beautiful, the cultural and historical aspects very interesting, and the staff warm and accommodating. There is also a local food shop and chemist in Hita which are very close by and handy to have around.
Cons: The chairs in the room weren't very comfy.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Central location. Good bedrooms for a short stay. Well cleaned.
7.5 Good
Pros: The location is exceptional, right in the town centre.
Cons: The evening concierge gave us a very dry welcome, on the verge of impoliteness. The room was clean but very cramped and we literally had to step over our luggage. The breakfast was skimpy and uninspiring.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Value for money AND Location.
Cons: A bit worn Out.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good and unexpected. Spacious hotel. The bust of Seneca in the lobby.
Cons: The air conditioning was not under personal control. One had to ask reception to turn it on and off. Quite hot in the room. Location was good in this lovely town.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Worst bedroom ever stayed in. £130 a night for terrible room, had to ask for towels. No daylight in room from windows due to shutters closed off
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It was a very good experience for my 1-night stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, with good private bathroom facilities. The WiFi was good, and the location was perfect! It's an excellent value staying at this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.
7.5 Good
Pros: Interesting location in Guadalajara, plenty of cafes and bars in the area.
Cons: The description says that car parking was available. Despite trying to reserve a parking space, none was available and we had to park in the street. This meant a walk from the car to the hotel with cases. The one way streets in the town made finding the hotel tricky. No air conditioning in the room so had to sleep with the windiows open.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast - you get two types of ham, good cheese, salami (these are the same every day. You get milk, juice, and all kind of cookies that are changing. Very good location, right in the center.
Cons: You could hear every move inside the next door room / bathroom, like if the wall was made out of paper. Still, it was silent after 22, so I could sleep with no problem. Granted, I was very tired every day during my stay. Some of the staff doesn't speak English at all.

Pros: The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly - as were all local residents
Cons: The location is difficult to get too and from via public transport - be sure to pre book taxis
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean and great value. Quiet tiny little village. I have no idea why someone would build a little 5 room hotel here but they did. ‘Build it and they will come!’
Cons: Shared bathroom (not an issue as we were the only guests that night (month) Zero English spoken in this area. We arrived to find the place locked and looking closed down (it’s only a couple of years old tho) and I went for a walk and spoke to some locals playing cards. We were just about to drive away when the host ran up the road to let us in. Not a complaint but be aware if you are expecting a Hilton experience.

Pros: Not a lot. Room very very basic. Could not swing the proverbial cat in the room. Shower tiny but effective. No soap in bathroom, shampoo and shower gel packs tiny. Small sachets. Had to ask for additional packs.
Cons: Where do you start? Soundproofing non existent. The person in the room next door kept getting phone calls during the night - I was awoken by the phone buzzing (not ringing). Each time the phone went they also went to the toilet!!! I retaliated by farting very loudly as often as possible.
