Pros: Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean.
Cons: Although rooms were clean they were aged and in need of some attention. Good value for dollar.
Pros: Great little motel; clean, comfortable and cosy, perfect for an overnight stop. Family run and v friendly, breakfasts are simple but delicious with plenty of everything. Our late arrival after 10pm was no problem and we were made very welcome. Highly recommend
Pros: It was quiet and cosy. Rooms were clean and had AC
Cons: Wish there was a park of some kind where kids could play and that had picnic tables
Cons: Difficult to adjust the faucet to the right temperature. Please consider upgrading them

Cons: Nothing, all good

Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Some stains on the carpetu
Pros: Staff were available and helpful.
Cons: Poor internet service, it made it difficult to do my work.
Pros: The price and staff are both great!
Cons: Maybe it helps keep the price down but if you use the coffee maker to make a cup of coffee you have to do the dishes or will get charged $10.00 which is a little strange but overall a great place to stay

Pros: Bed was super comfortable!
Cons: Not much to walk to at night.
Pros: Staff were very nice and accommodating, clean room, clean property, lots of free DVDs you can borrow from the lobby.
Cons: Very poor water pressure in the shower, not a fan of the memory foam topper on the bed.
Pros: Very comfortable and clean. My husband especially like the complimentary brownies in the lobby. The included breakfast was great also.
Pros: The staff
Cons: Bath tub choked. Poorest plastic cutlery at breakfast. Was unable to understand what they cooked.

Pros: Great quiet and clean
Cons: The hot tub wasn’t working again
Pros: First time at a Super 8. Pleasantly Surprised! The room was spacey and bed very comfy. Good choices of beverages always available. Make sure you use the swimming pool.
Cons: Booked on line for a King size bed and when checked in received a double queen, not what expected. When discussed with front desk they (front desk and Manager) said there was nothing they could do about it. Not impressed, should be customer satisfaction. Will be returning to Athabasca but may check out other hotels. Thanks.
Pros: The make your own waffles were amazing!
Pros: The Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the inside swimming pool several times in this one week ,
Cons: We got a Room ( 212 ) facing the swimming pool with 2 Air Conditioners on the Roof ( see pictures attached ) which were running on and off within 15 Minutes intervals and very noisy / loud which woke us up numerous times , this was not noticeable the first few days , however the 5th to the 7th night we woke up quite often , we phoned twice at night however , the night clerk told us that she was afraid to go out and check 2 things : an Oil Tanker tandem Truck with the Motor running all night .. and of course the noise from the Air Conditioners on the swimming pool roof , we did tell the day clerk , perhaps ??? some day it will be repaired , but we would definitely not accept a Room facing the Pool side again ever ….
Pros: Clean, great room services never had a hotel bring me full size chocolate everyday
Pros: Friendly Staff , good Breakfast , inside swimming pool
Cons: noise from air conditioner (s) on swimming pool roof top just opposite our Room woke us up numerous times , electrical problem ie; the outlet and Hairdryer did not work , nor repaired after telling the Front Desk Clerk ….
Pros: Room was clean and comfy, morning breakfast was good, A&W attached.
Cons: Little bit dated, pillows quite poofy and solid (not squishy), room stayed humid after shower.
Pros: We had two rooms - a King Suite and a room with two queen beds. Both were excellent - roomy and comfortable. The King Suite had a nice Jacuzzi and a spacious seating area. Everything was sparkling clean. The place is located just off Hwy 55 about 2 km from town. There is an A&W just at the doorstep and there was a nice complimentary hot breakfast every morning. There are good skiing trails in the area and the Multiplex provides excellent sports facilities (we enjoyed a family badminton game). And, for sure, the 49 Street Grill provided delicious Greek food for our festive dinner. Generally, a very pleasant stay!
Cons: Sadly, the swimming pool was closed for maintenance. But there is Athabasca Landing Pool just 5 min drive away to cover for this. Also, the hotel service desk called us in advance and forewarned about this. The Internet reception was unstable.
Pros: Room was clean. The breakfast was decent, and had a nice mix of some hot food and cold food. The staff were pleasant during check in and check out.
Cons: The room smelt a bit musty when we first arrived, so opened the window to freshen the room up a bit.
