Staff went above and beyond to address some help that I needed. It was very much appreciated.
Location. It is is a pretty rough part of the city.
Very nice clean hotel with nice modern rooms
Shower tub was too narrow and hard to stand in to take a shower. Even though we were on a non-smoking floor we could severely smell smoke from adjoining rooms. We complained about the cigarette smell and was only told "sorry".
The staff were extremely warm, friendly and helpful. There was an issue when we checked in, finding our reservation, and they did not skip a beat to accommodate us while it was resolved. Breakfast was spectacular, the room and bathroom were exactly what we were looking for after a very busy days. The shuttle service closer to town was a huge help.
The hotel is a little bit of a walk from the areas we wanted to stay in, but the shuttle resolved most of our concerns.
Everyone was so nice. The person that assisted us when we checked in went above and beyond. Even though we were checking out at 3 am before breakfast, he told us to call room service and they would have breakfast ready for us when we wanted or they would pack a breakfast to go! They were very accommodating!
The comfort, safety and great location.
too expensive breakfast.
I thought the concierge was very helpful and the free shuttle service was convenient.
The rooms were dated, I felt like the fact that I booked through booking.com I was a “second-rate” guest, and the cost of the breakfast was exorbitantly expensive considering what you got (and early in the morning you were forced to pay, considering the hotel's location).
The hotel room was excellent. Huge, clean, comfortable. The lobby is great, the cafe' is great too. I like everything at Athenaeum Intercontinental, everytime I stay there!
The location. Far away from the metro station, which is the best way to move around in Athens. There is a tram connection though very near.
Very comfortable hotel, roof bar and restaurant had a fantastic view of Athens by night
Cleanliness and luxury.
I find the breakfast prices ridiculously high!!
Everything is perfect.
Clean & spacious rooms and bathrooms
My plan didnt include a breakfast. The breakfast was very expensive (35 Euro per person!).
The hotel should have a bus for the transfer to the nearest subway station which is far away
I like the location, the facilities & the hotel staff
