We had an early start and needed to stay close to the Dome. The hotel was perfectly located for this as well as Centennial park and we could leave the car until 3pm which was a huge bonus as we did not need to find additional parking. The hotel is a typical Holiday Inn but the front desk and valet staff make it amazing. Attentive, happy to help and keen to make sure you have everything you need. Just Fab!
The location was great. Not far from Philips Arena at all. We did have a problem with being so close to the park. They were having a music festival and it started up at 7 am the morning after we didn't get in until around 3:30 from concert.
The room was so tiny you couldn't move. Clorox smell was so strong, both of us got a headache immediately. The carpet was soaking wet in the room. You couldn't walk on it without shoes. We were put right by the elevator, so we heard every single person that got on or off. For the price, this room was not up to par. It looked nothing like the photos on the site. I think we may have been given one of the "bad" rooms. I just felt dirty when I left.
Convenient to downtown
Staff. When we checked in earlier that day, apparently the lady never really checked us in bc the staff opened our door at 3 am bc it showed no one was occupying the room. That was fun.
This hotel had a great location and was within walking distance to many of the top attractions downtown.
The hotel entry is super nice, but the rooms could do with a bit of updating.
People very nice and loved the valet parking....was quick and hassle free
We were there for the u2 concert. Was disappointed that the front desk couldn't help more in finding us places to eat at after the concert or entertainment. Saw the usa paper as we were checking out. Also, neither phone in our room worked. Would be nice if there was a complimentary breakfast. I would stay again though. The rooms were comfortable. More information need to be put in the room....what is located around that area.
Clean hotel. Nice staff. Good location.
Unusual smell to room, loud air conditioner and water ran in commode every 2 minutes
Convenience to what we were doing.
The bartender made the best Lemon Drop Martini I've ever had!!!
