Great location.. .we were able to walk eveywhere!
A little too hairy for us...
The outward appearance and hotel amenities were nice, tired after a long day of travel our bed was quite comfortable and the restaurant on site kept us from having to go out.
Upon arrival, we made our way to the restaurant on site that seemed under staffed. We waited 15 min patiently for service. After returning to our room, specifically the bathroom we discovered it was not the cleanest unless you like curly black hairs all over the shower, a stain that appeared to be rust colored on the bathroom door jam and red weave wig hair all over the toilet seat and counter (for a moment I felt like a forensic files investigator). It made for a bit of a hair raising stay and made me question why I was paying $$$ plus an additional $$ parking fee (and I am not talking valet folks). But, at that point we were too tired to care, not sure I will return to this hotel. A road motel would have been cleaner and cost roughly what I paid for parking.
The staff was super!
Very outdated, uncomfortable bed and pillows, noisy
Did not have a Micro-wave Chair in room torn
I did not like that parking was $27 a day. That wasn't made clear to me and my wife when making the reservation or even after we arrived.
Value for money.
Parking cost. Room Size.
The rooms were clean and the decode was very nice
Was hard to spot and wasn't close to downtown like the description
I love the location and I have always felt safe here. I have had issues staying in Atlanta in the past, but fortunately, I have never had issues at this hotel.
Parking was not included in the price of the hotel. I wish I knew this as I was booking instead of finding out at check in.
Fire alarm ringing all night in the room next to us
Did not live up to expectations
We are frequent Sheraton customers and specifically went out of our way to stay here at the Atlanta Sheraton. The parking is a joke. You have to park far from hotel then take a small path down a small car ramp and with kids and luggage it's not only scary it's dangerous. The hotel wasn't as clean as most Sheratons but most of all the rooms were extremely noisy. We could not sleep at all with the noise. Will not stay here again. On a positive note the pool was nice.
Not clean Super noisy Parking is a nightmare
We loved the setups of the room, pool was amazing kids loved it.
Did not like paying for self parking, valet parking I understand bt paying for self parking wasn't use to that.
