The staff was awesome and friendly. I can see myself staying there again my next visit.
Comfortable clean room and bed.
Lack of hot water due to maintenance I was not informed about. Pillows a little too big and hard. I have stayed here several times and it can sometimes be a little loud depending on the groups of people staying here.
All of staff were great.
Parking charges unnecessary
I enjoyed the King size bed and view from my hotel window. I like how available room service and the restaurant were in providing meals to guests .
The customer service could have been better. Staff seemed either overwhelmed or bothered by customers needing assistance.
No free Internet access from the room, they charge you to get on the internet. You have to pay for parking alsoThe wall to the room are thin, you can hear the person in the next room
It's beauty, ambiance, and customer service
$22.00 a day for parking
free shuttle from airport
Dirty, everything was dirty. Carpet, wallpaper, bathroom all dirty and not taken care ofShould've known why there so many empty rooms and how the price so low. Clean but dated lobby will fool you into thinking you're going to be ok, but then you get upstairs. Super 8 quality lighting and carpeting, dated decor and surroundings. If your room doesn't disappoint you enough you could head to the bar and restaurant. I kept reading 'modern' in reviews and description of this place. They must've meant it in an urban blight kind of way. I'm all for kitch, and slightly run down places as long as they have character. And don't have the name Sheraton attached to them. This place is tired looking in a chemotherapy kind of way. If you gotta stay near the airport, pick a cheap hotel. You're going to get one either way.
Didn't provide clean linens in a timely manner
Honestly, nothing worth writing something here.
It's hard to believe that you are staying in a Sheraton since the rooms are so old and ugly. The fan in my room was so noisy that it woke me up a couple of times during the night. No free WiFi, which sucks.Avoid this hotel and go to Holiday Inn Airport South. MUCH nicer.
