Everything seemed worn and dirty. The shuttle did not run timely and was about 20 minutes late.
Moldy tiles in the shower Club level messy and food display was disorganized
Staff, location, cleanliness, comfort, all great
This one time only- bar drinks- running out of sll kinds of drinks from wine to vodka to local beer (draft and bottles) I ended up going across the street to ruby Tuesday to get a mixed drink for the night. Said it was something to do with changing management staff and as a business owner if you advertise you have this product you have it. If it was one item of say ok but it was at least 10 diffrrent items because I saw other people leave like me. I will still stay here again though.
Friendly and helpful staff.
theres was no fridge or microwave in room
Starbucks coffee in the rooms
I think it is ridiculous that I had to pay $8 for parking when I was a guest there.
I loved everything. The staff was friendly and made me and my travel companions feel welcome and comfortable. (You have something called a ham and cheese muffin. I still say eeeew, but I thought that was kinda nifty! :-)
Check in and check out was very simple, the staff was friendly and it was a very close trip from the airport via the free shuttle.
The staff was very unhelpful. The first night we stayed there, the power went out do to a large lightning storm. The next morning the power was still not on and we needed to leave. We called the front desk and they said that they would send someone up to escort us down the stairs. 30 minutes later, we gave up waiting for someone to come up and we decided to go down ourselves. The stairs had no emergency lighting and were pitch black. The hotel staff thought it would be plenty to drop a glow stick on every other landing which it was not and we ended up going down 10 flights of stairs using our cell phones and flashlights.
Just the Loby
