Everything Very family friendly. NA
Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Also had a Valentine's Day special for champagne and strawberries for only $20. It was really a great room. The lighting situation could have been better.
sleeping elbow too pointy
price-quality ratio for a 4 star hotel internet is charged at $13 per day
Clean room; polite front desk staff. There was an unadvertised conference at the hotel and our first room split a large group of families that had their children running and yelling outside of our door. Evidently this activity caused one of the children to vomit in front of our door. The front desk politely moved us to another floor. At the 2nd room, security decided to knock on our door at 9:30 PM to help a man that left a robe the night before. I have no idea why this couldn't wait or go through the front desk.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. It could use some updating and painting for the price. It was still good overall.
My booking was not found at the hotel on checking in.
Nice desk staff; nice room. A bit hard to find if you miss the sign on the road that leads behind the various restaurants and other businesses that ring the hotel.
We love this hotel and always try to stay here. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is huge and we love the indoor pool. We do wish the breakfast would open just a little bit earlier on the weekends.
It was very clean, looked exactly like the pictures, very healthy breakfast, very nice front desk staff I'm very particular about hotel beds because of the bedding materials or funny smells but this time my shwets were lovely as well as pillows even though I brought my own anyway no funny smells, very spacious and the staff is very helpful
Booked the king suite, it was very spacious, but didn't have a separate bedroom with door as led to believe by the description of the room as a "two room suite." Bed was very comfortable, but lacked the privacy one would expect when booking a "two room suite. ' Room had a whirlpool tub, that wasn't clean, it had lots of dust and hair in it. One small T. V. For the whole suite, which was very far from the bed.
The beds were extremely comfortable, and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was great! Great to have a fridge and microwave in the room. I had to check in late (11pm) and the hotel's policy is 1st come 1st served for room assignments, no matter what time you confirm your stay. By the time I got there, the one room left was next to the highway and extremely noisy. I could not sleep the whole night, and was exhausted the next day for my conference! They were able to give me a quiet room the next day, but I had to come back from my conference in the middle of the day to make sure that happened and move my stuff--- a big hassle. This whole mess hugely affected the quality of my trip.
We will being staying here again on our next trip to Atlanta. It's very clean and the staff is very friendly.
It was walking distance to the mall and restaurants. The staff was wonderful. The sleeper sofa was broken, the sliding doors were not on the hinge correctly, the toilet kept clogging up and there were stains on the walls. The indoor pool was a little cloudy and the jacuzzi was covered up.
BBQ on open air, Disney park, Universal Studio park
Great experience, very clean, and spacious Outside my window was a busy street so it was a little loud from cars traveling.
Comfortable suite hotel with excellent beds and bedding. Well furnished living area and spacious.
The staff were great with handling any issues and problems that I may had. I had an issue with the pull out sofa sleeper but other then that my stay was great
the room was very nice. the beds were comfortable and the water pressure was perfect. a I didn't like the fact that when I went to check in they tried to give me a room with only two beds and I said no that is not what I paid for and they said well booking with an online company you cannot always guarantee that's what you will get. so I will probably not use kyak anymore or sheraton.
The location is excellent, we attended an event at the convention center and were able to walk there as well as to shopping and restaurants. Very disappointed that our room was not made up in a timely manner. We left the room at 10 am and the maid was next door cleaning another room. We indicated we were leaving so our room could be made up. We returned at around 3:30 pm and the room has not been serviced. We had to request service and of course were inconvenined by having to leave the room.
Love the renovation! My room had a great view of what will be Suntrust Park. The bar area is cozy and kudos to the lady bartender who made my friend an awesome hot toddy to take to the room since he wasn't feeling well. The parking elevator is less than desirable.
The rooms were superb! The friends we took down for the game noted that they hadn't stayed at a Sheraton before...we ususally book a Marriott. Your hotel surpassed everything we've ever experienced before. We had a memorable time and we will come back!
The staff & Room was Great! Absolutely Loved the location!
The location, staff, service & wonderful rooms
room service attendant very accomodating and went above and beyond to offer great service during payment conflicts; location of hotel great, access to highway/interstate, close to malls, restaurants and other resources within City. Insects in the bathroom and living room (large and small caterpillas) reported to staff but not written up or followed up to be taken care of; front desk communications were not good regarding checkin payment process and room service; gift shop attendant was rude; no bellhop service offered or available during checkin.
The room was comfortable Bathroom was ridiculously small. Definitely should have had a sliding door instead of a swing door.
The rooms are spacious and clean
It took all that I had not to walk away from this hotel the first day my husband and I walked in. The front lobby smelled like a wet urine mop, and proceeded to smell the same the entire stay. I requested a quiet room, and it was anything but quiet. We were placed on the side of the hotel to the busiest part of the highway outside, and had an AC unit in the room that rattled, squeaked, and was way too lout for a good night's rest. The shower was not clean and neither were the lamps inside the room . . left over hair and lots of dust. We got this stay to relax and not have to look for a place to go and eat too. The breakfast here was ok, nothing great, and not enough seating. I would not stay here again.
Staff was warm, helpful, and friendly Hotel was clean and updated Breakfast was good The rooms were too small for four people (2 adults and 2 young children)
Welcoming colors in room and furniture. Staff friendly and helpful.
Security of hotel and parking lot The hallways had no air conditioner (the clerk stated it was turned off), it was so hot I felt faint while transporting my luggage to my room. My room smelled musty and the carpets were sour. The night clerk charged my credit card twice for incidentals which I found out should not have been charged at all since I prepaid thru Kayak. Overall will NOT stay again!!
Plenty of room for meeting with colleagues in the lobby. Free breakfast and coffee, not a continental breakfast. It was a small "buffet" - eggs, bacon, coffee, cereal, etc.. Plus you can make your own waffles. The room was modern and clean. The bed, pillows and comforter were very comfortable. It was excellent value for the money. It was raining, and the side entrance was not unlocked with my key card.
Friendly, accommodating staff. The breakfast is the best of any hotel in the area which made this my go to hotel in the Atlanta area. More expensive than last year.
There appeared to be blood on the bed sheets and comforter
Great location to the mall. Really comfortable and clean. Friendly staff Nothing. It was all good
A good place to spend the night if passing through Atlanta. Amenities are basic
The bed was soft and comfortable.the location was very close to where I wanted to go.the room was a good size for a king sized bed.room was always clean. For the 300+ dollars I spent to pay for the room....the breakfast wasn't complimentary...it had to be paid for with the room.....seriously? Good hotel or not,300+ with no complimentary breakfast/dinner is kinda jerkish.
I liked the idea that they were willing to go the extra mile for you during inclement weather. Kudos to all of the staff that could make to the hotel. It was all good!!!!
Clean rooms My do not disturb sign was taken off my door and we came back to our things moved and the room cleaned
The double room was a welcome retreat from a busy vacation visiting family. With a toddler, it was especially nice to have a separate area with a second television for some chill time after he fell asleep. The full kitchenette was an unexpected surprise, stocked with dishes and silverware. I was very impressed with the amenities in the room, and my husband was happy with the price. A bit outdated decor, but that's hardly a complaint.
rooms breakfast buffet , not isolated rooms, therefore noisy
Clean, nice decor, friendly staff, nice amenities Beds were too soft - woke up with a backache
VERY NICE hotel with all the bells and whistles and a great price.Walking distance to restaurants . Close proximity to concert venue and soon to be Close to Atlanta Braves new stadium
This Hotel is brilliant, nice peopel they work there nice and clean....the only thing its fair away from everything you need a car or you lost...
Location is great. Continental breakfast was tops. Rooms small but clean. Staff does a good job. Make you feel welcome.
